Praise GOD for HIS abundant grace and forgiveness. If this ministry had to rely on the church for anything, even fellowship, then we would really be in trouble! I am heartbroken for the state of the church, which explains the state of the world! The church has failed.

~ As for the legislators, lost causes... when I claimed the false identity of a homosexual that stood against the TransQueer Cult there were endless communications w/ legislators looking to chat, inviting me to testify, seeking info to expose the TransQueer Cult... these legislators are willing to stand against the TransQueer Cult but they are petrified of the homosexual movement... as soon as The LORD reeled me back in and I denied the false identity of homosexual, the legislators stopped communications immediately. So please, do not respond now.

~ I mean, to hell with the country if the church cannot get it together. 

~ There are churches who cannot invite me, or anyone with a certain criminal background, to testify because they have insurance and by-laws that actually shut the doors to certain people; but leave them doors wide open to fornicators, murderers, liars, cheaters, divorcees, abusers, alcoholics, drug addicts, etc etc etc... but not someone who has ended up on the sex offender registry and then got saved... GOD forbid redemption be for ALL PEOPLE. The church has a scale on which they weigh the depth of sin.

~ I have cancelled the GiveSendGo campaign to raise funds for the ministry, and am not asking for anything from anyone, especially the church. I get tons of messages that say, "if GOD is in it then HE will provide" or "don't fret brother, God got you covered." I wonder if they realize that GOD does provide, but HE does so through HIS Own. I just shake my head and pray for them.

~ To Art, thanks for sharing the campaign for the ministry on your website... you are one of two people that actually shared the campaign. You are an amazing brother! Thank you. 

~ This is not a shame/guilt message... Hopefully, the truth of the matter will give many a chance to see that we must do more... we must recognize when The Holy Spirit is placing something or someone in our path, or before us, and we must act. Personally, I am just done with the aggravation, that's all.

~ I am not interested in furthering this ministry's efforts... when I see how short life really is, and what really matters, it is then that I make the choice to act. And I am acting now. 

Moving forward, I am acting, and making the choice to...

1. discontinue fund raising of all sorts as it has become abundantly clear that the church does not believe in redemption any more than the world does.

2. revoke all offers of giving testimony or speaking anywhere, I am not burdening myself with travel, preparation, materials, etc any longer. I am not available.

3. stop trying to reach out to the "church" and to brethren for fellowship, assistance, invites, etc... this Faith walk ain't no cake walk! I understand why most of the church just prays and stays at home waiting for JESUS The CHRIST to return, the church is harder to deal with and navigate than the world is. 

5. stop putting such faith in men, and keeping my focus on The LORD... I have 2 brothers in my life that are true and pure... that is enough for me at this time.

6. just giving myself space and time to breath without ANY social media or tasks to keep up. This month the website will disappear totally, as well as the YouTube, faKebook, X, and TruthSocial. I give too much ammunition for nothing at all... and I am done. There will be no more eNewsletters, memos, posts, etc after this month... it is just not worth the aggravation of dealing with people who have their own agenda and aren't truly interested in anyone else's purpose.

It is very clear that my fall from 2021-2023 is not only what many hold onto and think of, but I also see that it can also give me relief from continuing this ministry in the way that it was prior to my fall. I tried, I did. There is only so many roadblocks one can take before just walking away. This ministry is all I know, since it has been my entire life since 2009, but I am going to learn how to let it go. I worry too much about why others can't forgive, forget or how long before they come alongside me and help me to rebuild... now I believe that it is because they're not supposed to... and this ministry is not meant to be rebuilt... it is time to let it go and give it all to GOD... I am certain HE is not pleased with HIS Own... that is between HIM and them. If HE is not pleased with me, that is between HIM and I.

The church has always been my biggest hurdle. I can reach out to, establish connections with, and witness to the lost all day, every day... but the church is the most difficult to deal with because they do not grasp redemption and purpose, they're too focused on what others will say/think, their own agendas, making themselves look good, do-gooding, and not to mention that they know it all, believing themselves to have already "arrived!" Sad situation. I repeat, to hell with the country when the church cannot get it together. Ignorance is not bliss; ignorance is bondage.

Thanks for your messages, the encouraging words and the prayers. I do expect and appreciate your prayers moving forward... there just won't be any updates, posts, communications, testimonies, etc moving forward. I just need a break before I have another heart attack that I cannot recover from. I put a lot of energy, time, focus, and effort into the ministry... I wear my heart on my sleeve and there is nothing I think of more but how to reach the lost, AND the church... it has become my entire life and I do not know what to do moving forward, but I do believe that it is what is needed to be done.

I will NOT be removing my books from Amazon and Kindle. Unpublishing the website is one of the "scariest" tasks I have on my to-do list because it has been up and running since 2010. But this is not my task or concern any longer. Feel free to copy and keep any of the blog posts while the website is still up and running... utilize the information that has already been provided... don't hesitate to share the power of this beautiful testimony that HE has provided me... and keep pressing forward. Who knows what HE has in store for me moving forward... I don't even have a clue... I just believe right now that this ministry is not it... and that the past of this ministry and those who were a part of it are the past, not the future. That has been proven since in the last 2 years of reaching out to them.

Again, this is not a guilt or shame message... just one where I am putting a lot out there and it may come as a surprise to some, but it is what it is and it is done.

Hello, You are all receiving this important & vital information because too many are using the excuse, "I just didn't know.";

My name is David Arthur Kendall. I am the Founder of IBA Ministries. I'm also an EX-gay man that spent 30+ years as a member/advocate of/for the lgbTQia TransQueer Rainbow Cult. Please do not let my bold choice of words deter you, I know this movement from the inside out and can assure you, it is a cult. 

I was a transgender "woman" for over 20 years. 

I was the suicidal transkid always exploited by those trying to push a TransQueer agenda, but what they don't tell is that I was also a suicidal trans-adult because affirmation, acceptance & transition does not remove the confusion, depression, angst or suicidal tendencies. What removes suicidal ideation is removing the confusion and indoctrination of the lgbTQia TransQueer agenda as well as those "therapists" or "social workers" that push the agenda. THAT is the ONLY way to stop the confusion, angst, depression & hurt that these children are experiencing. And the ONLY way to stop their suicidal ideation.

My story is exactly what is happening in your town & schools. I was targeted, desensitized, groomed, indoctrinated, sexualized, victimized, criminalized, sex-trafficked and conditioned by the lgbTQia TransQueer Rainbow cult. Just like your youth are being targeted now. That rainbow flag that is flying high all around your town and schools? It represents perversion and chaos! An actual cult is being promoted and encouraged to continue it's assault on children and families everywhere.

I have proof that this movement is composed of groomers, pedophiles and pedo-apologists. My proof? My past! I am a registered sex-offender due to being sex-trafficked and groomed/conditioned to become an agent for my handlers. Not an excuse for my past choices, just truth/facts.

Pushing for "gender-affirmation" (mutilation & sterilization) opens pandora's box and promotes/endorses dangerous affirmation that WILL cause irreversible damage. When I was a member of this cult I was "happy, content & secure" according to anyyone who knew me. Nobody had a clue I was miserable, depressed and very suicidal. Just remember that very important fact whether you agree with me or not.

Many therapists, gender clinics, and misled money hungry doctors are already experimenting on children. They are already giving puberty blockers & wrong-sex hormones to children WITHOUT parental consent. They are already providing wrong-sex hormones (HRT) to children. They are already either referring surgeries or conducting them depending on which clinic you go to. The combination of wrong-sex hormones and puberty blockers ALWAYS results in sterility and are NOT REVERSIBLE. But either can sterilize a child without the other. These drugs are NOT safe, NOT reversible and DO cause serious lifelong irreversible damage, creating lifelong medical patients. 

I was on wrong-sex hormones ONLY (not puberty blockers) at age 14 and by the time I was 20 years old I was sterile and had Osteopenia, by the time I was 30 years old I suffered from Osteoporosis. By age 15 my mental deterioration (from the wrong-sex hormones) was out of control. Age 16 I attempted suicide for the 2nd time (age 13 was the 1st). I was an emotional, physical & mental wreck from wrong-sex hormones and from the confusion of this debilitating mental illness. I now have the bones of an 80 year old woman as a 51 year old man. 

Youth are being subjected to social contagions through gaming, internet and surroundings (peers, curriculum, etc) while also suffering from underlying issues that are not being addressed. These comorbidities make them even more susceptible to this contagion; this cult. PLEASE heed my words. I know this cult better than most and have endured, survived & overcame!

Adults prey on these mentally disabled youth that suffer from gender dysphoria, which literally is defined as "an abnormal condition of mental confusion." They do this online, in apps, at gender clinics, pediatricians offices, in the public government school system and especially in "therapy" sessions. These predators lure children, that suffer from a mental disorder, away from their parents/family (keeping secrets from parents lets the children know that mommy & daddy are the enemy) and "advocate" for that child to get trans-affirming "care" and that child would then be used, abused, profited off of, passed around and then tossed out like common garbage when of no more use, OR be conditioned to be an agent of his/her handlers. This IS what WILL come if this lgbTQia TransQueer Rainbow Cult AGENDA is allowed to continue.

I am telling you all, to please please please know that there are thousands of detransitioners out there. Of course the peddlers of this agenda and trans-organizations (which happen to be funded by Big Pharma Companies) tell you that the number of detransitioners is low with biased statistics, but detrans people NEVER return to the same doctors, therapists or clinics they hold responsible for destroying them mind, body & soul! Many detransitioners are still marked down as "happily transitioned" for statistical purposes. I believe there are more detransitioners & desisters out there than actual "happily transitioned" individuals.

10 years ago I was yelling from the rooftops that children were the target. That children were being desensitized and sexualized with obscene, explicit materials and now you all see that very clearly. 10 years later these materials are now available in the schools and fulfill their purpose to desensitize and indoctrinate children, while furthering a pederast/pedophile agenda.

In 2017 I warned everyone within the sound of my voice that the lgbTQia TransQueer Rainbow Cult has infiltrated the schools as well as the minds of the youth and there would be a WAVE of trans-identified children. NOW we have a 4000% increase in youth that identify as trans. Social Workers are NOT using evidence-based materials. They are using research done by pederasts/pedophiles, pedophile-apologists and pederast organizations THAT ARE FUNDED BY BIG PHARMA to manipulate the system which gives them more access to children as well as the personal thoughts & secrets of these vulnerable children!

Not here to say I told ya so to anyone! But... can we afford to take a chance that I may be right this time as well? I am begging you all to give heed to my words because these gender-affirming policies WILL destroy any hope left to rescue these children from this cult that has lured, bamboozled and confused them. Tell the children NOT to run into the rainbow and join a cult. That cult WILL destroy them mind, body & soul.

What about medical & mental health facts? There is NO consensus among all medical providers on how to treat gender identity disorders in youth. Without differential diagnoses or treatment of their mental co-morbidities, vulnerable children are being ushered mindlessly by their doctors & therapists towards puberty blockers, synthetic wrong-sex hormones, procedures and surgeries that will cause IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE. The evidence proves that these methods sterilize youth and destroy their sexual function, physical bodies, and mental health.

Progressive European countries that pioneered these trans-affirming medical treatments recently conducted a Systematic Evidence Review and discovered that these treatments are ineffective and harmful because they lead to severe medical & mental health issues as well as social ones. Consequently, since 2021 a number of European countries began abolishing pediatric transgender medicalization.

In actuality, ALL medical affirming procedures must be stopped! For now, I will settle for stopping the barbaric sterilization, mutilation and experimentation of CHILDREN. We must stop medicalizing and destroying children; mind, body & soul!

Regret Is Common. Please remember that. There is a tidal wave of depression, suicide, and law suits coming. Can your towns, cities or school departments afford to pay out millions, maybe billions, in settlements because of biased information provided by tainted therapists and board members? These "therapists" have no integrity, they have a responsibility to the lgbTQia TransQueer Rainbow Cult! That is where their devotion lies.

GoOD Morning Everyone... This is a LONG READ... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, take the time it deserves. There is much to be done.

Many of you already know that I have (once again) been reeled in by GOD Almighty and I have renounced my stand that homosexuality is innate or part of our design. 

I do NOT want this to come in between my relationship with many others that believe differently. We must ALL be united against the TransQueer Rainbow Cult as it rapidly moves in on the youth!

The last 2.5 years that I have attempted to be an example of what a "gay Christian" is has failed miserably because it is literally impossible. GOD allowed me to see that very clearly.

I have some amazing relationships with folks that identify as homosexuals & lesbians, I will not toss them under the bus and walk away just because I believe it is sin.

I will remain friend & associate to all who will embrace me AS I AM. I will NOT be beating anyone in the head with Scripture or my beliefs. I WILL be the example in Word, Deed & Action as I am called to be... and that may be different for each unique relationship I have with others. 

My goal is to introduce anyone that comes into contact with me to The CHRIST by not beating them in the head with Scripture or doctrine.

The only goal is to unite as many as possible to stand against the lgbTQia TransQueer Gender Rainbow Cult and to protect the children from being targeted, preyed on, and devoured by this diabolical political agenda threatening to consume the entire planet!

As a detransitioner (former trans-identified person), with decades of life's knowledge & experience in that world, I tell you all that the confusion of gender dysphoria, better known as transgenderism, is absolutely mutable & curable! The underlying issues are what must be addressed.

Confusion is a condition; conditions need healing, NOT hormones; conditions need treatment NOT encouragement. 

I once stated, and I sincerely believed at the time, that I “felt like a woman” but that statement was absurd; having never actually been a woman, I could not possibly know what a woman feels like. Truth be told, I felt like a man; a confused man that was suffering from trauma induced dissociative disorder and a slew of other disorders/comorbidities.

IBA Ministries has one goal; to bring HIS Truth, in Love, to a lost and dying world by exposing the darkness of the lgbTQia Trans-Queer Rainbow Cult to those it has lured into it's web of deception as well as the sexualization, abuse & confusion that comes with being a part of that cult, while also revealing the difference between the lgbTQia+ TransQueer cult and those who are, were or will be victimized by this movement and are used as pawns to further a very wicked political agenda!

Truth can be, and often is, offensive to those who do not live in it. I am not out to mock others, put them down, belittle them, debate, argue, yell at people or any of those things, I leave that up to those who utilize those methods. I'm just here to tell the Truth, by telling people all about themselves by telling them all about myself. This very powerful tool, my testimony, exists for a purpose.

There is no limit to the men that I can reach, and that can relate to me or my history.  At a very young age I was targeted, groomed, sexualized, victimized, raped, sex-trafficked, conditioned and criminalized by members of the lgbTQia TransQueer Rainbow Cult. I eventually felt as if I had no purpose, no dreams, no goals, no hope; only desires & lusts. I was a sex-addict as well as a conditioned victim before I even became a teenager.

As a victim of sexual abuse & mental anguish I chose to dissociate from who/what I was in hopes of escaping all that I was enduring.

Suicide. Molestation. A life doomed & littered with drugs, alcohol, prostitution, victimization and even murder. It was a prison guard that reached me, with Truth, in Love. I was blinded & confused; but now I see with clarity like never before. 30+ years of darkness and death; I now live in Light and Life, even after falling away for the last 2 1/2 years. I have learned a lot of very important lessons & material, and now I'm back!

GOD pursued me. HE fed my hungry heart with Truth. GOD chose me, For Such A Time As This. GOD Loves us all, sinner and saint. However, HIS Love doesn't get us into The Kingdom of Heaven; HIS Mercy does that! We do not have to obtain HIS Love to get into The Kingdom, but we must obtain HIS Mercy.

After living for 30+ years in darkness (transgender confusion, homosexuality, prostitution, sexual brokenness, drug-addiction, alcohol addiction, sex-trafficking, perversion, deceit, trauma and tragedy) there is nothing more Joyful than having GOD Almighty stop you in your tracks, wake you from your slumber and give you exactly what you've been asking for & seeking your entire life! I was lost, broken, hurting, destructive, confused & deceived. HE rescued me more than once!

HE has given me clarity & focus, as well as purpose.

I am a man of GOD that chooses to deny self and all of the perverted lusts & desires of this ole flesh. I have tried to embrace same-sex attraction as a "lifestyle" but was adamantly reminded that it is a deathstyle! Being homosexual is no different than being a sex-addict or being a liar, cheater or fornicator... sin is sin, guilty of one makes you guilty of all.

2 Corinthians 5:17 says, "Therefore, if anyone is in The CHRIST, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come."

I have surrendered. I am in The CHRIST. Old things have passed away. All of my confusion and deceit, as well as thoughts & emotions, have truly passed away. I am a New Creation. Again!

This one topic of same-sex attraction has given many people only one choice to make; choose either "the church" or choose your "orientation." There has been no common ground, and that is the problem. 

We have abusers in the church building begging for forgiveness, and getting it. We have addicts falling at the alter and receiving forgiveness and being embraced. But those folks KNOW what they're doing is wrong, homosexuals (for the most part) do not know! They believe that it is a part of their design.

Nobody should be forced to make the choice between who & what they believe themselves to be VS seeking The FATHER'S Face. Just love them and fellowship with them, let GOD'S Holy Spirit do the rest.

The difference between the lgbTQia+ TransQueer Gender Rainbow movement and those who have been used & manipulated by this movement is not the actual individuals or people, the movement itself is a dark political mass of wickedness and evil that is using, confusing, bamboozling & abusing individuals to believe deceptions and lies over Truth. This ole world has given these confused deceived people a platform and a foundation to sincerely believe their deceptions.

The lgbTQia+ TransQueer rainbow movement is a cult, not a "cause", it is a prideful & spiteful ignorance that is damaging, traumatizing and raping the minds of individuals that are weak, weary, worn out, confused, broken, hurting, deceived, emotionally unstable and just seeking affirmation and Love. The bright, colorful, shiny, 'happy-go-lucky' rainbow movement has truly done serious damage to individuals, especially the youth! The youth are being targeted, preyed upon, indoctrinated, sexualized, victimized and lured in by way of their emotional fragileness and need to belong!

You do not have to be a Christian or even agree with me on doctrine to help make a difference or communicate. Just keep it real... people are NOT projects. We all deserve the opportunity to grow and mature in HIS time and as HE reveals Truth to each of us as only HE can do.

This cryptic message is wnat people saw when they went to the MassResistance website on Sept. 20.

On Thursday, Sept. 20 the MassResistance website was suddenly taken down by the hosting company, HostGator, reacting to frivolous “complaints” by a homosexual activist (a convicted sex offender – who molested a minor). People who tried to access our website were met with a cryptic message but no further explanation.

HostGator caved immediately.

By Friday evening we were back up and running. We have moved our site to a web hosting company run by a fearless Christian. But our email was affected right up until today..

The same activist had recently taken two other pro-family sites down by “complaining” to other companies. And other sites (including a major pro-family news site and a talk radio site) have been seriously threatened with shutdown.

Looking back, something like this was inevitable. First it was conservatives being banned by Facebook. Then Twitter and YouTube. PayPal and some credit card companies also started banning conservative groups. All of these were the result of pressure by left-wing and LGBT activists – and liberal companies enthusiastically complying.

According to one Internet company executive we spoke to, the next wave of attacks against pro-family conservative groups is beginning: Internet companies shutting down entire websites of conservative groups using the excuse of (frivolous) “complaints” by left-wing or LGBT activists. “It’s so easy that it’s frightening,” he told us, referring to the recent shutdowns. “Internet companies cave in very quickly because they’re full of liberals anyway, and one customer among thousands means nothing to them.”

In many of these cases, the companies just provide "throughput" services for the web companies and have no legal liability for the content. But they all seem to have "terms of service" clauses which allow liberal activists to exploit (e.g., claiming "hate speech") and the companies simply cooperate with them.

HostGator is a large web hosting company headquartered in Houston with thousands of customers. They completely sided with the homosexual activist.

An angry homosexual activist

The homosexual activist behind these attacks is Adam Flanders, who lives in California. Flanders has a long history of fraudulently referring to US Copyright laws and company policies to attack pro-family websites.

MassResistance tangled with him before. Back in 2007, Flanders lived in Maine. He wrote an article in a local newspaper admitting that he and other homosexual men had sexually abused underage boys at a local LGBT “youth” organization. (We had been warning parents about this kind of thing.) Flanders was subsequently convicted of sexual abuse of a minor. We posted documentation on his case to illustrate the general threat to families from LGBT "youth" organizations and adult activists.

In 2012, Flanders filed several frivolous lawsuits against MassResistance claiming “damages” by us for posting what was public material about his case. That is a common intimidation strategy. We were doing nothing illegal, and all of his lawsuits failed. Since then, other groups have re-posted our information.

In his current attack, Flanders targeted the material about him on our website that we had posted back in 2012. But keep in mind, a complaint could have come from any homosexual or left-wing activist on virtually anything posted on a pro-family site.

HostGator’s Orwellian process

The whole experience was with HostGator was Orwellian. First they claimed our site was taken down due to a copyright violation. Then they changed their mind and said it was about “personally identifiable information.” Then they simply stopped communicating with us entirely.

Here’s the series of events:

On Sept. 19, the HostGator Legal Department sent us an email saying that this activist had complained to them, and they presented us a list of 25 links to the MassResistance site of postings, photos, and documents that were deemed to be violations of the US Copyright laws. The activist was the copyright holder, they said. We had 48 hours to either take them all down or have a lawyer create a “valid counter-notification” for each alleged violation, and submit that to them.

But Sept. 19 was the Jewish holiday Yom Kippur, so we did not check our email. By the time we got around to it the next day, Sept. 20, the site was already taken down (i.e., we didn’t get the 48 hours to respond that they promised).

We emailed the HostGator Legal Department. We pointed out that none of the alleged violations could possibly be copyrighted by the homosexual activist. They were all either court documents, newspaper articles, a police mugshot, documents received from the government, or similar material.

On Sunday, Sept. 23, we got an email from the HostGator Compliance Department. They were no longer claiming that we were violating any US Copyright laws, they said. Instead, they said, in that list of 25 links we are violating their company policy on “Personally Identifiable Information:”

Here’s how they define that:

"Personally Identifiable Information is information that can be used to distinguish or trace an individual’s identity and is not otherwise publicly available. Such information may include:

• an individual name along with his/her photograph;
• an individual's name along with his/her telephone number, home address, and/or email address; or
• an individual's name with his/her social security number, date of birth, place of birth, or biometric records.

We immediately informed them that all the material in that list of links with any “information” was publicly available on court websites or other government sources. And it was years out of date. These things are on websites all the time.

We also challenged HostGator’s bizarre rule that simply posting a person’s photo with a name constitutes violation of HostGator’s “personal identifiable information” policy, prompting a possible takedown of the site. Every news site in the world does this, plus millions of other websites. It gives HostGator a reason for taking down any site.

After that, HostGator stopped communicating with us, and our site there has remained completely blocked.

Moving to a Christian-run host company

As soon as we discovered that our site was blocked, we called our friends at Altha Technologies in Maine. The company is run by Jared Heath, a fearless Christian ex-Marine. Altha Technologies is a “super” hosting operation that has security and protections far above the average shared-hosting company. Jared told us that he would not back down to any phony threats by the Left.

These guys don't back down, ever.

He told us that he personally knew of four pro-family websites that have recently been targeted besides MassResistance. Two of them, LifeSiteNews.com and Dr. Michael Brown’s page, have weathered the attacks so far. The other two, including AmericansForTruth.com were taken down by their hosting companies – and so they moved to Altha.

And as a result, Altha’s also been under attack by the LGBT movement. They threatened his Internet supplier, causing them to break their contract with Altha. Altha’s data center got scared and decided to stop doing business with them. But Altha has come up with solutions to stay up and running!

MassResistance immediately began the process of moving our site to Altha. After a day we were back up. But it’s been a bumpy road, and our email took days to start coming properly.

However the move to Altha is worth it to us. It will hopefully provide a good long-term solution. Given the vicious political climate among Corporate America against conservatives, fearless companies like Altha run by really smart technical people who solve problems fast are the wave of the future.

A big problem on the horizon

Make no mistake. These attacks on the MassResistance and the other websites are only the beginning of a coming larger wave of website takedowns by the Left and particularly the LGBT movement. They know that the Internet companies are virtually all run by liberals and cowardly to boot.

This is bigger than most people realize. HostGator is owned by behemoth Endurance International Group, which owns a large percentage of the web hosting companies in the US, including Blue Host, Site5, and literally dozens of others. They aim to be like the Facebook and Google of Internet Hosting. This is what we’re all up against.

Moving forward

It will likely continue to be a bumpy road for the MassResistance website as Altha moves to a new data center. We are committed to keeping our information available to you, no matter what it takes.

Paul LePage: Economic Facts Don't Care About Fantastic Initiatives

Election 2017 in Maine, and the voters approved by 60% the Medicaid Expansion in the Affordable Care Act. This is more welfare, but on steroids, since single, able-bodied adults without dependents will be able to solicit government subsidized health insurance without working.

This is wrong, this is destructive, and this proposal is unaffordable.

Governor Paul LePage reminded voters that nothing is free, and therefore he would not expand the program as long as there was no money to do so.

Her was his email press release blasting any decision to expand Medicaid without first ensuring that funding was readily available--and without raising taxes or destroying the state budget in the process.

LePage has issued a statement in response to Mainers approving a referendum that will cost taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars to give “free” health care to working-age, able-bodied adults, most of whom do not have dependents. “The last time Maine experimented with Medicaid expansion in 2002 under then-governor Angus King, it created a $750 million debt to hospitals, resulted in massive budget shortfalls every year, did not reduce emergency room use, did not reduce the number of uninsured Mainers and took resources away from our most vulnerable residents—the elderly and the intellectually and physically disabled,” said Governor LePage. “Credit agencies are predicting that this fiscally irresponsible Medicaid expansion will be ruinous to Maine’s budget. Therefore, my administration will not implement Medicaid expansion until it has been fully funded by the Legislature at the levels DHHS has calculated, and I will not support increasing taxes on Maine families, raiding the rainy day fund or reducing services to our elderly or disabled.”

Right To Work Coming to Delaware?

I have been following the Right-to-Work trend of the last four years.

One of the biggest disappointments that I came across took place in New Hampshire.

The state has a GOP trifecta, and the governor Chris Sununu ran on a platform of right-to-work.

Yet the Republican majority in the state house had diminished during Election 2016. The right-to-work bill passed in the state senate, but in the House enough Republicans voted against it along with Democrats to kill the proposal for the session.

One can only hope that for Election 2018, Republicans will gain seats in the state house and then pass the legislation.

In other states which have not enacted right-to-work, state leaders have sought other means to give workers some freedom whether to join a union or not.

Governor Bruce Rauner of Illinois issued an executive order to protect public workers from forced unionism. The major union leaders immediately filed a lawsuit, which has worked its way up to the Supreme Court.

Governor Paul LePage of Maine enacted a budget and contract with one of the public employee unions. In the contract, the workers must be granted the opportunity to opt of the union and payment of dues. In a sense, LePage was finally able to get a form of right-to-work enacted in his state. Not perfect, but a compromise which inches towards worker fairness and equity.

Now, it looks like another blue state, Delaware, is looking towards enacting right-to-work provision at the local level.

The Daily Signal reports:

SEAFORD, Delaware—One Delaware county is poised to change its economic climate, with a council member prepared to fight for a right-to-work ordinance introduced Tuesday.

“This is not about ruffling political feathers, but is about the status quo no longer being tolerable for Sussex County and … the need for private sector jobs,” said Councilman Rob Arlett in an interview with The Daily Signal.

“Actual real wages have decreased in Delaware,” added Arlett. “Why should that be OK?”

Right-to-work laws prohibit private sector employers from entering into agreements that make union membership and payment of union dues a condition of employment.

Later in the article, the reporter indicated that legal challenges to local or county ordinance right-to-work initiatives have failed, which would allow jurisdictions like Sandoval County, New Mexico to pursue a similar process as Sussex County, Delaware.

This is great news for the Freedom to Work movement.

These reforms could also signal another necessary blow to Big Government labor unions and the regressive leftist agenda still holding states and cities hostage all over the country. The last line of easy money for the diminishing Democratic Party has been Big Labor. With the end of forced unionism and coerced dues, you can expect the Progressive Left to lose even more ground in their hateful, anti-American culture wars.

Maine GOP Calls Out Maine Democrats' Obstructionism on Healthcare Reform

These are the kinds of press releases we need to see more of in California.

Maine has as a Republican Governor, one GOP Congressman, one GOP (?) US Senator, and they control the Maine State Senate.

They are taking back their state with unprecedented stride, and they don't rest on their laurels, either.

They want to Make Maine Great Again, and nothing is going to stop them!

MAINE GOP EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR STATEMENT ON KING AND PINGREE HIDING THEIR OBSTRUCTIONISM WITH A NATIONAL DEMOCRAT TALKING POINT

 

AUGUSTA – Today, executive director of the Maine Republican Party, Jason Savage, released the following statement on Senator Angus King's and Representative Chellie Pingree's taking orders from national Democrats to attack Republicans and distract from their obstructionism on healthcare: 

"Mainers are independent and they expect their representatives in Congress to be, too. Unfortunately, on healthcare, instead of offering constructive solutions to the crisis caused by Obamacare, Senator King and Representative Pingree are hiding their obstructionism by using national Democrat talking points dictated by Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi, falsely claiming Republicans are seeking to 'sabotage' healthcare. 

But if Schumer, Pelosi, King, and Pingree want to talk about sabotage, let's talk about sabotage. Obamacare sabotaged Americans' right to keep their doctors.
