It's arguably good news and a sign that Covid tyranny is coming to a head that the Tyrannical Democrats' "public health" lies are breaking down.
Because they can't explain why "vaccinated" persons are getting infected, why "vaccinated" persons must revert to wearing masks, why natural immunity is stronger than the "plastic immunity" of vaccines, or why children -- who aren't threatened by and don't spread Covid -- must be continually masked in schools.
So, in their mad push for power, they're pleasing Big Pharma and themselves (and Satan) by trying to make you obey whatever comes out of their mouths -- as if their words were "the law" passed by a legislature and signed by a governor. "The vaccine's the thing," they sing, as they and prostituting big business order you to sing along or be punished. But the emperor has no clothes -- because there's no "problem" for the "vaccine" to solve!
Please look at this official State of California chart and show it to others:
This chart spanning March 2020 to the present week from the State of California's Covid-19 dashboard currently reports a "7-day average death rate" of 0.02 per 100K, which means if you catch any form of Covid in California (this chart includes "variants"), you have a 1 in 5 million chance of dying from it (0.02 x 50 = 1; 100,000 x 50 = 5,000,000). This is an extremely low death rate -- much lower than your chance of dying from eating, walking, driving, or being struck by lightning. If reasonable people grasped this reality, their unhealthy fear and compliance with unscientific tyrants would end.
The Liberal Left is lying to you
How? Let me count the ways:
"Public health authorities" are lying to you by trying to erase natural immunity from their unscientific definition of "herd immunity"
Democrat politicians are lying to you about everyone's "need" for face masks
Biden & Co. are blatantly disobeying federal law protecting you from forced or coerced injections
And what about the "effectiveness" of the "Covid vaccines" against Covid variants (which are caused by the vaccine)? Listen to expert Dr. Peter McCullough:
McCullough highlighted “five key messages of scientific truth” surrounding the pandemic that need to be taken into account. First, the virus doesn’t spread among asymptomatic people. Second, asymptomatic people should not get tested, as it is “generating false postives, creating extra cases.” Third, natural immunity gained after having the virus is “robust, complete, and durable.” Fourth, COVID-19 and even the variants are easily treatable at home with early intervention. Fifth, the coronavirus jabs by Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, and AstraZeneca are “right now are obsolete.”
In fact, McCullough pointed out that the experimental “vaccines” must “be considered unsafe and unfit for human use.” He mentioned some of the dangerous side effects brought on by the injection. Meanwhile, he also said that safe and effective medicines and treatments have not been promoted, even though they have saved lives — and could save more.
McCullough noted that social and mass media companies have agreed to promote the notion that “vaccines” are safe, and to shun information on early treatment and vaccine injuries. He called this “an overt censorship program.”
He further stated that with growing disinterest of the public toward the COVID jabs, its promoters are “getting down to pressure, coercion, threats of reprisal, and even forced vaccination.”
Resist the scamdemic
In light of the significant risks of the non-vaccine "vaccines," I encourage you to NOT comply with any attempt to coerce or force you to be injected with any of these experimental biological agents. Again, federal law prohibits it!
If you work for someone who's thinking of imposing "Covid vaccines" upon you, do not comply. Tell your boss you do not agree to be vaccinated, show them the federal law, and give them your letter requesting a religious exemption (edit this template).
If you're a small business owner or manager who either respects people's God-given rights, or the federal law, or the science showing these "vaccines" are unnecessary, ineffective, and dangerous, please tell other small business owners why and encourage them to care for -- and keep -- their employees by NOT coercing injections upon anyone.
Shop maskless
Wherever a grocery store permits vaccinated customers to shop maskless, just mix in. This is the position of most California grocery stores SaveCalifornia.com has researched. In addition, if their position is to exempt from masks customers with "health issues" or "medical conditions," you could let them assume that too. Visit their websites for updated policies. "We synthesized this [treatment for Covid 19] into this protocol which is very comprehensive, and many could condense this, but once someone contracts Covid 19, the patient quarantines at home, we do contract tracing, the patient ventilates the room, and gets fresh air. If the patient age is under 50, we use just nutraceuticals: zinc sulfate (220 milligrams contains 50 milligrams of zinc) vitamin D3 5,000 units, vitamin C 3,000 milligrams, quercetin 500 milligrams twice a day. You could add lysine or n-acetylcysteine. Medical personnel maintain “watchful waiting,” maintain complete quarantine. Once recovered, the patient goes back to work, with no additional testing. I’ve treated people in their 90s at home, and they’ve gotten sick, but they have not been hospitalized. I’ve treated multiple families, people with oxygen saturations into the 70s, without them being hospitalized. It can be done at home because once the patient goes into the hospital in the United States, they get worse care. We can actually do much better in treating patients at home using these drugs. So fortunately, in the United States we can do this now…"

In addition to our-numbering the illegal alien enablers in the November 7, 2017 Huntington Park City Council meeting, we also reasserted our rights to show support for our fellow activists when they addressed the city council.
We applauded during public comment as we saw feet. It is wrong, it is abusive for an elected official to announce that men and women in the audience cannot clap or laugh to show support.
So, we decided to take back our freedom. It is outrageous that this kind of abuse continues unchecked. It has to stop.
We Trump supporters, anti-illegal immigration activists demand the rule of law, and that means that men and women in elected official cannot squelch our natural rights or stomp on our freedom of speech.
I was arrested on trumped-up (pun intended) charges in the Huntington Park City Council chambers.
Three different videos of the unjust incident will confirm that I had committed no crime. I did not disrupt the meeting. I was not in violation of public access or decorum lies.
In fact, Sergeant Joseph Settles had unjustly tattled on me, claiming that I was disrupting the back of the room, when two people behind me were cursing at me or shining a light in my face. They were the individuals deliberately disrupting the meeting for everyone else.

OK, now that the obvious has been taken care of ...
I have to admit ... I wondered if I had taken my stance too far. Was it really worth the trouble of not giving up my seat? The police officers in the Huntington Park City Council chambers had been used to following and dictating clear orders to the members of the audience, and expected everyone, including myself, to get up and leave. In November 2016, I was very reluctant to leave after I called out the selective enforcement of then mayor Graciela Ortiz.
But to no avail.
Yes indeed while sitting in my chair, I was thinking of Rosa Parks. After a long day of work, she was tired, and she was tired of disrespect. Everyone of us has our breaking point. For Mrs. Parks, it was the unjust, unfounded inconvenience of having to give up her seat at the front of the bus.
For me, it was the repeated disregard and abuse of our First Amendment rights in a city which has prized illegal aliens ahead of law-abiding citizens, a city which embraces lawlessness and ignores our Constitution and the rule of law, all while opening their corrupt city council meetings with invocations and pledges.
I had had enough. The Brown Supremacist with the ubiquitous Dodgers cap deliberately lied about me and even bragged about it as I was escorted out of the city council chambers in hand cuffs. The Latino media and the Brown Supremacist groups which have poured into these city council meetings have sought to shame, silence, or at least slow down freedom-loving, law-abiding patriots in our country.

We will no longer be treated like the barbarians at our own gates. We are taking back our country, and we are taking down the unruly, hateful, bigoted mobs who justify themselves with more pandering to the amnesty, La Raza, Mexica frauds in our midst.
The treason stops today, and I decided that if the Huntington Park city council and police department were going to violate my rights, then they should be put on full display for their crimes. It's time for law-abiding citizens to lay siege to the conquered cities and restore them to American sovereignty.
Yes, I felt like Rosa Parks that evening. The liberal Jewish man who had lied about me and claimed that there was alcohol on my breath left and shamed me about that comparison. One week later, I would confront him, only to see the true, secular coward that he was, chronically turning his head left and right, and right next to his son.
Rosa Parks refused to comply with an unjust law--I refused to comply with an unjust order based on an unlawful ruling. Cities are for citizens, and no one can take that away. No one in this country should be ashamed of being an American and exercising their rights. When I was in high schoo, I watched a one-woman show about Rosa Parks and her courageous refusal to give up her front seat on the bus.
So, Sergeant Settles with Officer Saul Duran placed me under arrest and I was escorted out of the chambers, down the back steps. I asked for the names and the badge numbers of both police officers who were leading me to the holding cell. Just like any person taken into custody, I stood by as the police officers removed the contents in my pocket, my necktie, and my belt--this is standard procedure so that incarcerated individuals do not attempt to take their lives.
When I had final sat down, I noticed the other prisoner down on the other side of the metallic bench in the holding cell. He was drunk, and pretty much slept the entire time.
I was safe, for the most part, in spite of all the setbacks and unjust behavior from the Huntington Park police department and the corrupt city council. They had gone too far. Still, for a little while, I wondered if I had gone to far.
Then I remembered Paul and Silas, and Peter. They apostles in the book of Acts had fought for the truth and for liberty. They had endured stripes and beatings. Instead of bemoaning their fate, they sang songs! For me, I meditated on key scriptures. No matter what may be happening around me, even if there are dire consequences for my bad decisions, I know that I can trust in God and keep receiving the twin gifts of righteousness and grace (Romans 5:!7) to reign in life.
Jesus did not die on a Cross so that men and women who trust in Him would feel that they are in bondage. Here's one verse that I found particularly enlightening when I meditated on it:
"Surely goodness and mercy will follow me, all the days of my life, And I will dwell in the House of the Lord forever.: (Psalm 23:6)
The House of the Lord is not limited to a building in Jerusalem. His house is no everywhere, because I cannot be separated from Him:
"Thus saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest?" (Isaiah 66:1)
and then
"Howbeit the most High dwelleth not in temples made with hands; as saith the prophet,
49Heaven is my throne, and earth is my footstool: what house will ye build me? saith the Lord: or what is the place of my rest?" (Acts 7: 48-49)
Even this verse brings great comfort:
9If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;
10Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me." (Psalm 139: 9-10)
So I cannot be separated from Him who is my peace, even if I am in a jail cell.
After the initial booking, Officer Benitez conducted the fingerprinting and took my booking photos. I thought of Tom DeLay, the former Majority Leader who was unjustly indicted in 2005, then vindicated ten years later. I also remembered that Rosa Parks, Martin Luther King Jr. and others had been put through the same "incriminating" process before, only because they were fighting for what is right.
What did I have to worry about or feel ashamed of? After the photos were taken, I thought about getting a copy and making shirts. After all, that's what former Governor Rick Perry did after the false indictment against him, right?
Then I went to the jail cell. I rested there for about two hours. I was meditating on key Scriptures. The drunk guy who had booked before me slept the entire time. I noticed on the phone in the middle of the wall that prisoners could call Mexico or the United States! Unreal!
I had no idea what to expect. Was there going to be bail set for me? Would I have to go to county jail? Would I have to put on prison clothes? It's amazing the tricks that our minds can play on us. After the two hour mark, the officer on staff gave me all the things confiscated from me and released me through the back door of the jail.
I didn't expect to be released like this so soon. Then again, with Prop 47 and AB 109 determining that fewer and fewer people can stay in county jails and state prisons, it all kind of made sense. I committed no crime to begin with, and even then it was the slightest of charges. Two misdemeanors: refusing to obey a "lawful" order and disrupting a meeting.
As soon as I could, I sat down at the bench underneath the steps, I saw Vaughn Becht and then the rest of We the People Rising arrive to help me. They had been waiting in the parking lot, hoping for my release.
They were even ready to raise up the bail money for me--if needed.
I cannot think the men and women, the fellow patriots of Southern California who stood with me and assisted me in that dire time of need.
While I was looking over my returned effects, I noticed that my phone was missing. Within second, I went over the Huntington Park Police lobby. I learned that they were holding onto my phone as evidence. Evidence of what?
Probably any evidence that would corroborate the fact that the city council and police had no right to remove me from the city council chambers. The next day, I got my phone back, and over the next two days police, retired and acting, informed me that the Huntington Park Police Department had no right to hold onto my phone in the first place. They had no probable cause for a warrant in the first place! I am sure that judge probably laughed in their faces and kicked away the request without a second thought!
I wonder how the DA will feel when the ridiculous charges cross his desk?!
