Hi Arthur, Late Monday, when Democrat-controlled newspapers reported what Buffy Wicks, a Gavin-Newsom-loving Democrat state Assemblywoman told them, I rejoiced that the proposed statewide "vaccine passport" of AB 455 is "dead for the year." Look at these headlines: "Democratic lawmakers drop their idea of a California statewide vaccine mandate" "California Democrats drop plan to require COVID vaccines to work, go to most public places" "Proposed California vaccine verification bill on ice" "Vaccine requirement for California workers shelved for the year" The demise of this unscientific proposal, to deny health-conscious people basic necessities and jobs unless they get a risky injection in their arms, is a result of thousands of righteously angry Californians calling and emailing. Because a "vaccine passport" is controversial, and since the "lobby" in favor of it is new and not overwhelming, this was a definite opportunity to win. And so quick action by liberty-loving citizens paid off, flooding Sacramento with thousands of calls and emails for several days, and stopping this monstrous bill before it was formally introduced. The ruling Democrats wanted to avoid loss and protect Gavin Newsom from upset voters! If you participated with SaveCalifornia.com in helping to expose and oppose AB 455's proposed "vaccine passport," you are part of this victory -- thank you big-time! However, with Gavin Newsom's tyrannical "vaccine mandates" upon state workers, health care workers, and schoolteachers, and with too many big businesses becoming Newsom's human-crime accomplices, health-conscious Californians need help overcoming the decidedly un-American threat of "the jab or your job." Here's my advice: Get your religious exemption, which is your right under the U.S. Civil Rights Act Don't quit your job over the "jab," but resist and let them reassign you, or even fire you (this way, you'll qualify for unemployment payments) Get educated and stimulated by watching the August 31 San Diego BOS meeting Urge your legislators to oppose AB 1102 and HR 71 which try to force risky "jabs" Grasp the fact that Covid-related deaths in California is currently 0.01 or 0.02 "deaths per 100K." (Partial) Victory! AB 455 Dead (For Now)

I must start this post with an essential quote from Thomas Jefferson:

For now, let's start with the good news:

I received great news from multiple sources today.

The Vaccine Passport/Vaccine Mandate bill in Sacramento is dead.

AB 455 is going nowhere. The truth is that there was no way that the corruptocracy in Sacramento could have every pushed through that terrible bill. There was no time. The deadline for all legislation is Friday, September 10, 2021, and normally the state legislature does not conduct any real business on Friday.

So, the bill is dead. The vaccine passport scheme is dead

Well, it's dead dor now.

And this is a victory! Yes, people should rejoice.

Well, a partial victory.

I am so relieved to hear that AB455, which would have imposed a statewide "Covid Vaccine Passport,” is now dead. I am so proud of the army of Californians who answered the call. THANK YOU!!! If it had passed, this bill would have created a vaccine mandate on private industry by requiring ALL employers in California to require all their employees to be fully vaccinated, including all Independent Contractors to be fully vaccinated. Secondly, it would have required everyone 12 years and older to be fully vaccinated to enter any indoor spaces. Our fight is still on with the other bill. Now, all eyes need to be on AB1102. This one must not pass either. We still have to oppose AB1102. The digital vaccine passport comes in tandem with this second bill, currently drafted, called AB1102, On Page 7, Item (E), is the digital vaccine passport in the form of the SMART HEALTH APP. Hi Arthur, Take quick action against a Democrat scheme to impose a statewide "Covid vaccine passport" and publicly stand with others to protest medical tyranny in California.

Democrat state legislators scheme for a statewide 'vaccine passport' It was predictable and now it's here. A squad of Democrat state legislators want to require vaccination proof nearly everywhere you shop, do business, or visit in California. The amendments to AB 455 (currently a transportation bill) would essentially segregate Californians by unfairly discriminating against, denying service to, and even impoverishing health-conscious citizens. In addition, the proposed bill would require every employee anywhere in California to get the "jab" or take a weekly test showing a "negative" result. This is so wrong. Requiring "Covid vaccine passports" statewide would discriminate against, segregate, and punish health-conscious Californians who are wisely resisting "Covid vaccines" because they know these injections have killed tens of thousands and injured millions: U.S.: 9,027 dead, 1,517,211 injured Europe: 21,766 dead, 2 million+ injured U.K.: 1,559 dead, 1,135,579 injured Brazil: 32,000+ dead AB 455, if it's introduced early next week, as proposed, would be "gutted and amended" by six Democrats, including the Legislature's chief medical tyrant Richard Pan of Sacramento and the very immoral Scott Wiener of San Francisco. Its worst part would require most Californians to show proof of injection with a "Covid vaccine" by displaying a card or paper or a digital document -- or else they cannot enter most "places of public accommodation," which is very broadly defined in California law to apply to nearly every type of commerce, exceeding even this exhaustive list in the federal ADA law:  (A) an inn, hotel, motel, or other place of lodging, except for an establishment located within a building that contains not more than five rooms for rent or hire and that is actually occupied by the proprietor of such establishment as the residence of such proprietor; (B) a restaurant, bar, or other establishment serving food or drink; (C) a motion picture house, theater, concert hall, stadium, or other place of exhibition or entertainment; (D) an auditorium, convention center, lecture hall, or other place of public gathering; (E) a bakery, grocery store, clothing store, hardware store, shopping center, or other sales or rental establishment;  (F) a laundromat, dry-cleaner, bank, barber shop, beauty shop, travel service, shoe repair service, funeral parlor, gas station, office of an accountant or lawyer, pharmacy, insurance office, professional office of a health care provider, hospital, or other service establishment; (G) a terminal, depot, or other station used for specified public transportation;  (H) a museum, library, gallery, or other place of public display or collection; (I) a park, zoo, amusement park, or other place of recreation; (J) a nursery, elementary, secondary, undergraduate, or postgraduate private school, or other place of education; (K) a day care center, senior citizen center, homeless shelter, food bank, adoption agency, or other social service center establishment; and (L) a gymnasium, health spa, bowling alley, golf course, or other place of exercise or recreation. PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION There is a real chance to stop this extreme medical tyranny. The proposed amendments would make AB 455 an urgency measure, which requires a two-thirds vote by both houses of the California Legislature. The chance to defeat AB 455 is highest in the 80-member State Assembly. Despite having a super-majority of 59 Democrats, if 6 Democrats don't vote yes (and if none of the 19 Republicans -- or the 1 Independent -- vote yes), this awful bill will be defeated. But it's best to try to stop bad bills before they're even introduced, which is the current status of the proposed amendments. So please call and email your own Democrat and Republican state legislators now (find your representatives here). Whether you call during the day or leave voicemails at night, or email them using their web forms, tell them, "Don't you dare segregate and discriminate against people by denying them their own choice of what goes into their own bodies. Stop AB 455 and stop it now!" Want to do more?
