Why Won't Speaker Rendon Demand Wife-Beater Hernandez' Resignation?

This is beyond shameful.

It's another election year, and Democrats are still behaving badly in Sacramento.

In 2014, four state senators were arrested, arraigned, tried, and convicted of serious felonies.

Why do Democrats keep trying to achieve a supermajority? They keep losing power as fast as they attain it!

Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon put on a nice show, standing at his desk to receive the speakership, as if he was a man of the people.

Will he man up and defend the honor of California's women?

One of his colleagues, Roger Hernandez, has been accused of beating other women.

He was placed on trial for beating his girlfriend.

His soon-to-be ex-wife has issued a restraining order against him.

Now he's on medical leave?!

What is going on with Sacramento Democrats?

They take bribes.

They engage in voter fraud, refusing to live in the district with the very people they claim to want to represent.

Now they beat their wives.

This is outrageous!

Hernandez was forced out of all his committee assignments only after all the Republicans raised their voices and demanded Hernandez' ouster.

All the voters in the state of California need to stand up for the women in our state, and demand that Rendon go one step further.

Hernandez need to resign or he needs to be suspended from the state legislature.

How can this man claim any money or benefits from the law-abiding taxpayers?

This is wrong!

Call Speaker Anthony Rendon's office, and demand that he uphold the rule of law and defend the honor and integrity of the state assembly.

Tell him to demand Hernandez' resignation or push for his suspension!

Why Won't Al Muratsuchi Denounce Wife-Beater Roger Hernandez?

The Democratic Party loves to play the gender card.

Hillary Clinton thinks that she is entitled to the Presidency just because she is a ... woman .

At least, that's what most people still believe..

Whether she has retained any motherly feeling or not is another story altogether.

And yet ...

The Democratic Party has a disturbing history of waging war on women.

They push  abortion politics onto the country.

How many countless women's lives have been lost because they were thought to be non-human?

They Democratic Party and their left-wing minions think that it's OK to allow men to go into women's bathrooms, even though this "transgender" bathroom policy puts women and children at risk, and destroys the very essence and  meaning of being a woman.

Hillary Clinton is a serial enabler for a serial womanizer and rapist.

The Democratic Party has been denying women choice in schooling, housing, economic opportunity, life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

And now the latest iteration of their War on Women.

Assemblyman Roger Hernandez (D-West Covina) is termed out of office.

He is supposed to be finishing his last few months in the state assembly.

His wife, a councilwoman serving in Baldwin Park, has filed a restraining order against him.

The evidence is mounting, the pressure is growing.

Roger Hernandez

The assembly speaker, Anthony Rendon, finally had to cave to the pressure of his caucus, and all the Republicans.

He stripped Hernandez of all his committee assignments.

But the accused abuser is now on medical leave, still drawing a salary.

Roger Hernandez should have resigned by now.

And why haven't any of the Democrats competing for office made any statements about this abusive man?

Al Muratsuchi wants to play up the War on Women nonsense, but has not denounced wife-beater Hernandez!

Shame on Al Muratsuchi! Shame!!

What gives?

It's time to demand that Muratsuchi campaign speak out.

Contact the Al Muratsuchi campaign, and demand that Al grow some spine and stand up for women against his own corrupt, anti-woman Democratic Party machine!

Assemblyman Roger Hernandez (D-West Covina): The Democratic Party's War on Women

The Sacramento Bee and the Los Angeles have take the time to spread the news about another malefactor Democratic lawmaker in Sacramento.

Roger Hernandez.

He has been charged with assault and battery.

His case went to court, but the charges were later dropped.

His now ex-wife issued a restraining order against him.

The California Republican Party and the members of the state legislature demanded his removal from the floor.

He has since then gone on medical leave.

With the passage of Proposition 50, the state assembly could strip him of his pay.

They have not done see.

Once again, the Democrats in Sacramento are playing poorly, behaving badly, refuse to hold their fellow liberal peers accountable.

How can the Democratic Party continue to claim that they are pro-woman, when they have so many lawmakers who break the law and harm women.

Roger Hernandez is a symptom of the Sacramento statehouse arrogance which has overtaken the liberal California Democrats.

They need to be held accountable.

Hernandez is a danger to women, and to the state of California.

He should not just be stripped of committee assignments.

He should be stripped of pay and suspend altogether.

Roger Hernándezisn’t the only one who needs job protected leave

BY THE EDITORIAL BOARD
How ironic that Assemblyman Roger Hernández was out sick this week as the Legislature reconvened from its July recess. After refusing to remove a huge obstacle to paid leave for legions of new parents, Hernández took – wait for it – paid leave.

His absence is doing some good.  As long as the state legislature lacks the necessary number of people to accomplish certain destructive agendas, then the people of the state of California can breathe.

Many workers can only dream of the job guarantees and benefits enjoyed by the Baldwin Park Democrat, who was stripped of his committee assignments earlier this summer after a judge issued a domestic violence restraining order against him. Hernández, accused by his now-ex-wife of beating her, submitted a doctor’s note excusing him from work, his return date uncertain. He has denied ever hurting his wife, blaming their messy divorce for the abuse claims.

Most people can only dream of finding adeuate employment in the anemic, pro-Silicon Valley economy.

Everyone is struggling--poor, middle class, professionals and blue collar workers.

And what is the state of California doing about all of this? The Democratic legislature is pursuing these fantasy bills which do very little good, and in many cases cause more harm.

Thanks to state job protections, his medical leave won’t jeopardize his $100,113 salary, or put him at risk of being summarily fired before he terms out at the end of this session.
Employees at companies with fewer than 50 employees don’t have such luck. If a new dad at a small company avails himself of the modest, partially paid paternity leave he automatically funds via paycheck deductions, his boss doesn’t need to hold his job for him.

Senate Bill 1166, a priority bill of Democrats in the legislative women’s caucus, would have extended job protection to new parents at companies with 10 or more workers. It would have been a game-changer for adoptive parents and new dads at small companies.

The woman's caucus ought to make pension reform, lower taxes, and public safety issues a priority,

Hernández said no; he is challenging U.S. Rep. Grace Napolitano of Norwalk for Congress. And shortly before the judge found the wife – who had photos – to be more credible than Hernández – who had been accused of abuse before, by a girlfriend – SB 1166 died in the Assembly Labor and Employment Committee, which he chaired.

This man has a history of violent behavior! Get rid of him!

Let's not forget that he has a DUI on his record, too.

This man is a lawless thug, an arrogant elitist who thinks that he can run for Congress just because.

He has no chance of winning a Congressional seat against Grace Napolitano.

How he's claiming medical leave, and getting the six-figure salary!

OUTRAGEOUS!

Don’t ask why Hernández won’t be suspended from the Assembly altogether. Proposition 50, passed by voters in June, lets the Legislature not only sideline him on a majority vote if it wants to, but, if it can muster a supermajority, take his pay. He’s a reliable liberal vote, and Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon might need him by session’s end.

For precisely the above reason, every Californian should hope that Hernandez stays far away from the state assembly.

It's time to demand the suspension and resignation of Roger Hernandez.

He is waging a war on women who do not cave to his abusive behavior. He is abusive to individual taxpayers and their liberties, too.

Shame on Hernandez!

Hernandez the Wife Beater? Napolitano the Taxpayer Cheater?

Assemblyman Roger Hernandez (D-West Covina) is in a heap of trouble.

In 2014, he was a vulnerable Democratic under investigation from the Fair Political Practices Commission.

Now he is challenging another ethically challenged incumbent, Grace Napolitano.

And the stories about him just get worse:

From the Los Angeles Times:

Judge orders West Covina assemblyman to stay away from wife following domestic violence allegations

Ouch!

A California assemblyman seeking a congressional seat has been ordered to stay away from his estranged wife, a Baldwin Park City Council member, after she said he violently abused her during their marriage.

Democrats should be ordered to stay away from public office in the state of California!

Four California Democratic lawmakers were arrested, indicted, and/or convicted for serious public integrity/corruption charges in 2014. Their spate of corruption continues unabated.

What is the matter with these people? Do they really believe that they are above the law, or something?!

Los Angeles County Superior Court Commissioner Alan Friedenthal granted a temporary restraining order Wednesday that requires Assemblyman Roger Hernandez (D-West Covina) to have no contact with Councilwoman Susan Rubio, whom he is divorcing.

The Democrats are facing deep divides in the state of California. The grassroots v. the Establishment, and now they have to start asking themselves: "Will more races come down to who is out of jail and who is still siting in jail?"

Hernandez, who has served in the California Assembly since 2010, is challenging Rep. Grace Napolitano (D-Norwalk) for her 32nd Congressional District seat.

Married in June 2013, Hernandez and Rubio began divorce proceedings in 2014. Rubio alleges in a declaration seeking the order that during the marriage, Hernandez engaged in “pushing, shoving, hitting and choking” her.

They were married for barely a year?

Rubio said that after an April 5 divorce hearing, an enraged Hernandez came “aggressively” toward her and began shouting in her face.

Roger Hernandez

“I was frozen and not able to react,” she stated, noting that her attorney blocked the assemblyman from moving closer.

Rubio said the act was “extremely frightening” and gave her “flashbacks” of the violence during her marriage, so she decided to seek the restraining order, according to court documents.

Rubio said in her declaration that she was “physically attacked, assaulted, battered, and suffered injuries.” She attached several photos, including one of a bruised and scratched left arm. She also accused Hernandez of damaging “numerous items of personal property in his violent and out-of-control anger.”

Hernandez attorney Steve G. Fox told The Times that he and his client have not seen the restraining order.

Steve Fox is the attorney? Is this the same one who lost an assembly seat in 2014 to Tom Lackey?

There's a who lot of trouble brewing in the San Gabriel/710 corridor.

Napolitano has caught with her hand in the political cookie jar, too!

From the Los Angeles Times:

Napolitano herself came under fire in 2009 when it was reported that she collected at least $158,000 in interest on loan she made to her 1998 campaign.

From Breitbart:

Rep. Grace Napolitano has bagged at least $294,245 since 1998 by loaning her congressional campaign money at interest rates up to 18%–a scheme that effectively funneled campaign contributor donations directly into her personal bank account.

The self-loan ruse was exposed Sunday night during a joint investigation by 60 Minutes and Government Accountability Institute (GAI) President Peter Schweizer based on Schweizer’s forthcoming book, Extortion: How Politicians Extract Your Money, Buy Votes, and Line Their Own Pockets.

Wow! Democrats make a stink about Republicans who rely on donors to pay for their campaigns. Then they take taxpayer dollars through high interest schemes to fund their own?!

After numerous attempts to interview Napolitano, Kroft finally confronted her outside a Hispanic Caucus meeting.

“She told us that as a woman and a minority, banks wouldn’t lend her money, so she had to withdraw $150,000 from an investment account to lend it to her campaign,” said Kroft.

Kroft then questioned why she would charge 18% interest. “That’s what the Mafia gets,” said Kroft.
“It isn’t like I’ve really profited,” said Napolitano. “I still live in the same house. I drive a small car. I am not a billionaire, or a millionaire, for that matter.”

Napolitano double-dips taxpayers
with political loans

OH! So it's because she's brown? She could not get a necessary loan to finance her campaign from a bank, so she took tax money.

And they refused her because she is Hispanic ...

More like ethically challenged. And she does not live in the district that she represents, either.

Playing the race card is getting all played out. Someone needs to deal Napolitano out of her district

Schweizer exposes Napolitano’s self-loan money extraction technique in Extortion.

In 1998, Rep. Grace Napolitano (D-CA) loaned her congressional campaign $150,000 at a staggering 18% interest. Napolitano then let the loan linger unpaid for 20 years. In the first decade of the loan, Napolitano bagged $200,000 in interest payments. Then in 2006, Napolitano lowered the interest rate to 10% and kept drawing interest checks. In the 2008 and 2010 elections, the California Democrat pocketed another $94,245 in interest.

WHAT?!

So, Roger Hernandez is a wife-beater, and Napolitano a tax cheater.

Can't the San Gabriel Valley do better these two Corruptos?!
