United We Gripe: Open Border Activists Complain After Trump Executive Order

Republicans in Washington DC and conservatives all over the country need to understand this singular mindset about the regressive Left  in this country: They will never be happy, no matter what compromises, capitulations, or full-on accommodations are passed.

These George-Soros funded hate groups are determined to have full-on cultural Marxism overwhelm the United States of America. They will never rest until they get everything that they want, which is that America turns into a massive NOTHING.

Their latest eblast, released following Trump's executive order to halt the practice of separating illegal alien border-crossers from their children, shows the arrogant, elitist, entitled sense of demand which comes from these outrageous criminal enablers:

Arthur,
Trump just signed an executive order to lock up parents and children together in cages, as if that’s going to stop family separation. This does not solve the problem. It worsens it.
This is inhumane. Families deserve to be free to move, free to live, and free to thrive. Families belong in our communities, not in cages. What Trump has just approved is unconscionable. Now, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will put even more families in jails and cages. That’s why we’re joining together now to make our voices heard -- and why we’re asking you to join us:
Sign your name!
The agencies that are locking up children in cages are the same agencies that are killing and deporting our brothers and sisters. Too many have died at the hands of ICE. Too many have been deported to their home countries and been brutally murdered. We cannot let this violence continue. We demand that Congress defund ICE and CBP. We demand #FreedomForImmigrants now!
This must stop and it must stop now,
Adrian from United We Dream

Did you see what Adrian wrote at the top?

The executive order to stop the separation of families has made things worse!

The whole point of the outrage industry among these open-border fascists is nothing less that the erasure not just of the borders but of the United States and all other nation-states.

They want unfettered globalist socialism, and they demand that We the People of the United States pay for it.

There is no giving even an inch for these people and their insatiable demands. The President and his executive team had every right and responsibility to separate illegal alien families at the border. Otherwise, the children and the parents get released into our communities, take jobs, damage the environment, and put American lives at risk. All of this cannot be tolerated.

The executive order simply outlines that the Departments of Homeland Security and Health and Human Services will take all steps to determine which groups are indeed families, and then take steps to keep them together.

They will remain detained, however. There will be no more catch and release. The president and his team are enforcing our immigration laws, sending a loud and clear message to the world that the United States of America will not tolerate mass migration and illegal immigration.

WTPR to San Bernardino Board of Supervisors: Bring Back the 287g Program!

Press Release

We The People Rising  http://wethepeoplerising.com/

Date: October 23, 2017
For Immediate Release: Contact Robin Hvidston at 909.749.1382

CITIZEN GROUPS SAY TO SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY SUPERVISOR:
BRING BACK THE 287g PROGRAM!

The Trump administration has reinstated the U.S. Department of  Homeland Security 287g program.

Local activists met with San Bernardino County Supervisor Curt Hagman

The 287g program was named for a specific section of the Immigration and Nationality Act. According to DHS, the 287g program, one of ICE’s top partnership initiatives, allows a state and local law enforcement entity to enter into a partnership with ICE, under a joint Memorandum of Agreement, in order to receive delegated authority for immigration enforcement within their jurisdictions. http://tinyurl.com/y7bwduoq

The program was introduced by the Bush administration but was discontinued under the Obama administration.

At a meeting last week, representatives from the Chino Tea Party, We The People Rising and The Remembrance Project met with San Bernardino County Supervisor Curt Hagman at his district office in Chino Hills to discuss the Countywide Plan.

"In addition to opposing the Countywide Plan, we requested that San Bernardino County Supervisor Curt Hagman reintroduce the 287g program to ensure that criminal aliens are turned over to ICE. During the Bush administration, the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department participated in the 287g program but then suspended the agreement in May of 2014 because of a federal court ruling," Robin Hvidston, Executive Director for We The People Rising and CA State Coordinator for The Remembrance Project, said. "Supervisor Hagman claimed that the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department is cooperating with ICE; however, implementing the 287g program would provide specific federal level training and jurisdiction."

San Bernardino County Sheriff Jim McMahon publicly opposed the CA State Sanctuary bill and is recorded as official opposition in the bill.

"We will continue to encourage San Bernardino County Supervisors to reinstated the 287g program in the county," Hvidston said. "This is a matter of public safety as well as supporting the Trump administration in their push to enforce immigration laws."

Rumored DHS Secretary Pick has Little Immigration Experience

The media is reporting that Pres. Trump may nominate Kristjen Nielsen as the next Secretary for the Department of Homeland Security. According to the reports, Nielsen is a cybersecurity expert, but has little to no experience in immigration even though she would oversee Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Border Patrol, and Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Please send a Tweet to President Trump telling him that the next DHS Secretary should have some immigration expertise.

Below are several pre-written Tweets that you can send simply by clicking on the text. But as always, we encourage you to write your own.

.@realDonaldTrump Kristjen Nielsen may know security, but does she know #immigration? #DHS Sec. must have strong immigration expertise.
Thanks!

DACA Phase-Out Is Here! Here is What it Looks Like

The winning never stops!

So much winning.

The Department of Homeland Security has already prepared memos telling the young illegals to get ready to leave the country.

The DHS has now set up guidelines for phasing out the unconstitutional program!

So much winning!

It's time that this country, that this government put the needs of Americans First!

From Breitbart:

Recognizing the complexities associated with winding down the program, the Department will provide a limited window in which it will adjudicate certain requests for DACA and associated applications meeting certain parameters specified below. Accordingly, effective immediately, the Department:
  • Will adjudicate—on an individual, case-by-case basis—properly filed pending DACA initial requests and associated applications for Employment Authorization Documents that have been accepted by the Department as of the date of this memorandum.
  • Will reject all DACA initial requests and associated applications for Employment Authorization Documents filed after the date of this memorandum.
  • Will adjudicate—on an individual, case by case basis—properly filed pending DACA renewal requests and associated applications for Employment Authorization Documents from current beneficiaries that have been accepted by the Department as of the date of this memorandum, and from current beneficiaries whose benefits will expire between the date of this memorandum and March 5, 2018 that have been accepted by the Department as of October 5, 2017.
  • Will reject all DACA renewal requests and associated applications for Employment Authorization Documents filed outside of the parameters specified above.
  • Will not terminate the grants of previously issued deferred action or revoke Employment Authorization Documents solely based on the directives in this memorandum for the remaining duration of their validity periods.
  • Will not approve any new Form I-131 applications for advance parole under standards associated with the DACA program, although it will generally honor the stated validity period for previously approved applications for advance parole. Notwithstanding the continued validity of advance parole approvals previously granted, CBP will—of course—retain the authority it has always had and exercised in determining the admissibility of any person presenting at the border and the eligibility of such persons for parole. Further, USCIS will—of course—retain the authority to revoke or terminate an advance parole document at any time.
  • Will administratively close all pending Form I-131 applications for advance parole filed under standards associated with the DACA program, and will refund all associated fees.
  • Will continue to exercise its discretionary authority to terminate or deny deferred action at any time when immigration officials determine termination or denial of deferred action is appropriate.
To assist illegal immigrants who may or may not currently be in the DACA program, USCIS officials released the following:
If …Then …
You currently have DACA
You will retain both your period of deferred action and your employment authorization document (EAD) until they expire, unless terminated or revoked.

USCIS received your properly filed initial or renewal DACA request and associated application for an EAD on or before Sept. 5, 2017

We will continue adjudicating your request.

Your DACA expires between Sept. 5, 2017, and March 5, 2018, and you wish to renew it
USCIS must receive your properly filed renewal request on or before Oct. 5, 2017.

You did not request initial DACA on or before Sept. 5, 2017
The DACA process is no longer available to you.

Your DACA expired on or before Sept. 4, 2017, and you did not properly file your renewal request on or before Sept. 5, 2017

The DACA process is no longer available to you.

You have DACA and your still-valid EAD is lost, stolen, or destroyedYou may submit Form I-765 to request a replacement EAD.

Trump admin ends Obama-era protection of undocumented immigrant parents

Trump admin ends Obama-era protection of undocumented immigrant parents

Deferred Action for Parents of Americans children, DAPA, has been embroiled in legal battles since 2015, when it was put on hold. Texas and 25 other states filed a lawsuit to block President Obama's policy which would have granted deferred deportation to nearly 5 million undocumented immigrants.

The Trump administration on Thursday night ended an Obama-era policy that protected undocumented immigrants with children who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents, known as DAPA or Deferred Action for Parents of Americans, according to multiple news reports.

Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly sent a memo to agents Thursday telling them not to follow the Obama-era rule, which was enacted by his predecessor Jeh Johnson in November of 2014.

In a press release, the Department of Homeland Security said that it was ending the DAPA program because there was "no credible path forward to litigate the currently enjoined policy."

My Reflection

Slowly but steadily, President Trump and his team of executive secretaries are rolling back the damage done by President Barack Obama and his corrupt Saul Alinksy Acolytes of Anti-American hate.

DAPA was shut down by the Supreme Court, or at least so I thought.

But we need to see DACA repealed once and for all.

We need to send the clear message to the rest of the world that the United States will not serve as the Battered Women Shelter to the entire world.

We the People of the United States need to take care of We the People First!
