One Commissioner Says NO To The Pledge of Allegiance On The Agenda SEE THE VIDEO BELOW Last month, at the LA County Sheriff Civilian Oversight Commission meeting, Raul Rodriguez requested that the meeting begin with the Pledge of Allegiance. Chair Robert Bonner said no. Not to be deterred, Raul Rodriguez led the  audience in saying the Pledge of Allegiance during his public comment segment. Because of citizen action, for the first time, at the July 7/27/17 LA County Sheriff Civilian Oversight Commission agenda, the Pledge of Allegiance was officially listed as the #2 item.   Commissioner Rabbi Heather Miller Said NO To The Pledge of Allegiance Being On The Agenda However, at the beginning of the meeting, one of the commissioners, Rabbi Heather Miller, formally objected to saying the Pledge of Allegiance. She said that because the Pledge of Allegiance references God, it is a violation of church and state. Then she listed the various Los Angeles Commissions that do not say the Pledge of Allegiance. Following her objections, Chair Robert Bonner said that the commission could debate the issue of the Pledge of Allegiance on the agenda, at the next meeting. The topic of the Pledge of Allegiance will be on the August agenda and that meeting will be at 9:30am on 8/24/17. Then Chair Robert Bonner called upon Commissioner Harris to lead the Pledge of Allegiance. Because the commission had discussed the topic of the Pledge of Allegiance, the public was eligible to speak out on the issue. Six Trump Supporters spoke out in support of the Pledge of Allegiance on the official agenda at each meeting and two leftists spoke out in opposition to the Pledge of Allegiance being listed on the official agenda. In its Nov. 1, 2016 action, the Board also appointed nine commissioners to serve on the panel and approved hiring an executive director, attorney Brian K. Williams. Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas and Supervisor Hilda L. Solis authored the December 2014 motion that started the process that led to the commission’s creation. The new commissioners include community and faith leaders, a retired Sheriff’s lieutenant, and attorneys with a broad range of experience—from former prosecutors and public defenders to professors and executives from legal non-profit organizations. —Dear Representatives of the LA County Sheriff Civilian Oversight Commission:

I stand before you, the People, and  the God who authored "the Laws of Nature" himself, to remind us all of our equal obligation to be subject to the same laws. There are three things we must never forget if our Government is to remain legitimate over a free People—since it was founded on the authority of "Natural Law," as described in the Declaration of Independence.

First, an understanding by "We The People" of the authority of Government we have adopted.

Secondly, a consent of the Constitutional majority of "We The People" to be governed by that authority.

Thirdly, a conduct by the governing representatives of "We The People," which consistently reflects that authority.

But if this Commission insists on combining with other local agencies to resist the Natural Law of co-operation with the immigration enforcement efforts of ICE; thus, making us citizens "subject to a jurisdiction that is foreign to our Constitution," then let me be clear, "We the People of the United States," will ONLY conform to the Constitution to which we have pledged our allegiance. And we will continue to publicly demonstrate our contempt for any policies that contradict this supreme Law of the Land.

Another California Democratic Congressman Refuses to Recite Pledge of Allegiance!

First, Cousin No-No Nanette Barragan refused to lead her town hall in the Pledge of Allegience.

Then Lou Correa refused to recite the Pledge of Allegiance.

What?!

Congressman Correa was really angry with We the People Rising, claiming that they were responsible for his shutting down the meeting in Santa Ana.

The truth is that Correa should have never hosted a town hall teaching illegal aliens how to avoid capture and deportation. That is treasonous conduct, and the American people should not have to tolerate any of this.
