BUSTED: Racist Child Abuser Silvia Merlos Lies to Huntington Park Children

Please expose this woman.

She abuses children, telling them lies about "white people" and "white supremacy".

In this video, she even tells the kids not to talk to a Trump supporter because they might "get deported".

Why would she say such a thing?

Does she assume that every person who has dark skin is automatically an illegal alien?

UPDATES:

Regarding my brief incarceration in the Huntington Park holding cell:

I was booked, including fingerprinting and photos. I am hoping to get a copy of my headshot soon.

I waited for about two hours, from sitting quietly on a bench in the booking office, then resting in the holding cell for another hour and a half.

I was released at about 10:30pm.

Members of We the People Rising had eaten their dinner then returned to meet me. No bail was required or posted. WTPR and LA County for Trump were a great help and assisted me in getting all my possessions together to prepare for the next steps.

At this time, I have been charged with two misdemeanors:

148(a)(1) PC – Failure to comply with the lawful order of a police officer (it was not lawful)

403 PC – Disturbing a public meeting (which I did not do, hence the above charge is baseless).

I am ordered to appear in Downey Superior Court on September 6, 2017 at 8:30am.

Following my release and return home:

Less than 24 hours, the Huntington Park police department released my cellphone back to me. They did not seek a search warrant to break into my cellphone. I assume that they could not achieve standing or probable cause to obtain a warrant.

I am seeking to retain legal counsel to seek legal action against the Huntington Park City Council and any other necessary parties for this egregious violation of my First Amendment Rights and violations of the Ralph M. Brown Act.

Hello Everyone. Yes I was arrested last night in the Huntington Park City Council chambers. Unjustly.

I was recording live this very tumultuous city council meeting, completely with Brown Supremacists, plus La Raza and Mexica activists, all of whom believe that the United States is “stolen land” from the indigenous peoples who lived in North America thousands of years ago.

Huntington Park forced itself into the national discussion about illegal immigration when they city defied federal law and appointed two illegal aliens to city commissions—positions which are for citizens only. This and a long spate of corruption and fraud ripping off law-abiding citizens while turning a blind eye to corruption and rampant street and gang crime.

On the evening of June 6th, 2017 Huntington Park City Council and police engaged in numerous Brown Act violations, including the unjust out-of-order rulings against me--and my subsequent arrest.

I was never out of order. The city council and the police acting at their corrupt behest were out of order.

The Huntington Park Police officers lied to the crowd of people who were lining up to enter the chambers the room. "The room is at full capacity."

No it wasn't! People in the chambers informed us that there was still plenty of room. Violation of the Brown Act!

Two trumped-up (pun intended) charges were issued against me--that I disobeyed the lawful order of a police officer, and that I was creating a disturbance in the meeting.

Both are wrong. I did not disrupt the meeting, and therefore it was not a lawful order. The Presiding officer for the meeting, Mayor Marilyn Sanabria, had not directly ruled me out of order for any reason. One police officer, Sergeant settled told me to stop looking behind me(?), and then the police chief recommending a "warning" against me. WHAT?! She gave Nick Iaonnidis three warnings, and then he was escorted. Other members were routinely calling out and disrupting the meeting, but they were never reprimanded or ruled out of order.

I was targeted, discriminated against,

One man was cursing at me from behind. Another woman was flashing her camera light in my face. I spoke to Officer Andrade and a volunteer police officer about the matter. They were bothering me, and yet nothing was done about it. Other disruptive people received one or two warnings, and they were not ordered to leave the meeting

When I was given two warnings (for what reason? None.), I was then told that I had to leave the meeting. Since when was it two warnings as opposed to three?

This time, I could not justify allowing them to remove me for no just reason. I thought of Rosa Parks and other patriots who stood up to worse injustices. Pastor Rob Owens reminded me that Parks' decision not to give up her seat helped inspire more people to fight for their rights.

It's time that every American follow her example, along with the example of Martin Luther King Jr. and other freedom fighters who helped Make America Great Again.

LA For Trump in Huntington Park Demand Rule of Law

For the past year and half, We the People Rising have protested in Huntington Park, California.

We have demanded respect as well as local enforcement of our immigration laws.

Now that Donald Trump is President of the United States, and now that Senator Jeff Sessions has become Attorney General Jeff Sessions, there is no longer any room or opportunity for lawless municipalities like Huntington Park.

February 7, 2017 was a memorable night for We the People Rising and Trump supporters all over Los Angeles County. With less than two days notice, Trump supporters and pro-immigration enforcement activists showed up with us to Huntington Park.

The city council was so alarmed about this, that just before public comment, Mayor Graciela Ortiz had to correct the record and inform the public that none of the members of the city council were illegal.

It's all about the two illegal aliens on the city commissions, but the point still comes across: the corrupt city council approved the appointment of two illegal aliens to the city commissions--and removed at least twenty people who are lawful, law-abiding residents. How awful does it get!

We had citizens from  West Hollywood, Los Angeles, Santa Clarita, East LA, West Hollywood, and even Fullerton show up to stand up for our country, the rule of law, and Donald Trump!

It was awesome!

Right away, we noticed at least 8 police officers--EIGHT!--in the chambers that evening.

What were all those police officers watching for?

What was the criminal city council afraid of?

They were afraid of God-fearing, law-abiding Americans, even though the city is overrun with corrupt and illegal aliens taking advantage of lack enforcement in our country ... up to now.

We had new supporters on the other side of the room also holding up signs:

Then We the People Rising, headed by Robin Hvidston, arrived!

They had been protesting and putting pressure on the Riverside City Council to prevent them from becoming a sanctuary city.

Members of the team were worried that they would not be able to drive over to Huntington Park in time.

But they made it before public comment began!


At one point, the city clerk discussed the the upcoming elections in Huntington Park:

Janet West debunked some of the comments mentioned by the city clerk.

The truth is that the Democrats in Sacramento have created more laws which make it easier for illegals to vote and ramp up voter fraud without any follow-up to ensure that no one can stuff the ballot boxes.

Then came public comment.

As expected, the mayor sorted out the cards and made us wait, even though I was the first person to put cards in!

What a crock!

Members of the city spoke out about the public facilities and their need for better upkeep. George Franco mocked the city council and the public employees for non-enforcement of city codes.

Then Councilman Amezquita addressed the need to repeal the moratorium on charter schools:

Then it was OUR Turn to speak!

It was like old times! The new members of our crew were not afraid to hold the corrupt city council accountable for their wicked lawlessness.

They were visibly uncomfortable. They realized that they were not in charge anymore. The election of Donald Trump sealed the deal for us, and now there's real behind power behind our words to speak out against the corruption, the lawlessness, the pandering and promotion of illegal immigration.

Her daughter is starting out a teacher, and now she can't get a grant for loan forgiveness from the state of California--but illegal aliens still get cheaper of free tuition to enroll in our schools?

We really brought the house down at that point.

The mayor and two of the police officers tried to force Janet and Robin to take down the Trump banner.

I refused. I demanded that they stop  my time to resolve the matter--a problem which they had created.

Janet West showed some real spunk and stood up to the police officer.

We won that fight, calling out the discrimination of the city council. Let's face the facts: they simply did not want to see Donald Trump's name paraded in the city council chambers.

TOO BAD!

I also exposed to the audience--including our new friends--that Sergio Infanzon, who was seated in the front row--had once told a black woman to "Go back to Africa." .He gets a six-figure salary, too, and at taxpayers' expense

Jhonny Pineda arrived late -- and so did Karina Macias!

And just as I was mentioning her, too!

Other people in the audience made the case loud and clear:

Donald Trump is President - and we repeatedly hammered the Huntington Park City Council that Jeff Sessions would be confirmed as the next Attorney General.

Now it's a done deal!

He's coming to enforce the law!

The city council tried to pass off everything as though nothing had happened:

But the know full well that their time is coming to an end.

Play time is over, and this lawlessness will cease.

And the two illegal aliens Julian Zatarian and Francisco Medina will flee or get deported!

We the People Rising joined forces with more Los Angeles County Trump supporters to hammer the Huntington Park City Council for their rogue decision to appoint two illegal aliens to city commissions!

The fight is on, and with Attorney General Jeff Sessions​ in power, we will finally se Justice in our Land!
