Green Party Candidate Jill Goes to Jail?

Election 2016 is a panoply of choices, or a perverse display of the impala-table.

Who will you vote for to be the next President of the United States?

There's Donald Trump.

There's Hillary Clinton.

For the voters who don't like the major party candidates, there are two other stranger than fiction candidates trying to break into the mainstream.

Libertarian Gary Johnson thinks he has a real shot, especially because #NeverTrump want to hang their hopes on someone with limited government chops. Will Gary Johnson make the grade? Not to me, and not to many more. He supports a carbon tax. Yes. He also agrees with Barack Obama's executive amnesty, and he has no qualms about locking up people of faith who refuse to bake a wedding cake for a homosexual wedding.

Whatever happened to the non-aggression principle essential to libertarian thinking?

The Libertarian Party faithful believe that the Johnson-Weld ticket was another triumph of Establishment political pragmatism over people and principle. Their suspicions are justified.

Not a libertarian? Like the idea of more government as a ballast for spreading more "wealth"?

Maybe you should vote for Jill Stein, the Green Party uber-socialist former medical doctor from Boston.

She has a strong albeit limited following, on social media as well as on the ground.

California Berniecrats will not vote for Hillary Clinton under any circumstances. They joined the Bernie Revolution, and they are not uitting even after he sold out and endorsed Hillary Clinton for President, even after the Wikileaks revelations exposed the corruption of the DNC swaying the primary to Madam Hillary.

Jill Stein is Big Green writ large.

She is a full on eco-socialist. She cares about the animals, as if they are real people.

Obamacare is not good enough. She wants a single-payer healthcare system, just like the failing fatal bureaucracy in Great Britain. She wants labor unions to have all the power and fun, but businesses and rich people must pay more of their fair share. Lesson to be learned: if they are paying their fair share, haven't they paid enough?

She issued a press release in memory of Harambe, a gorilla who was shot in order to protect a young child who fell into a zoo compound.

Her campaign flight took her to the wrong city for an event. Ouch!

Then she protested the construction of a pipeline in North Dakota. The native tribes protested, blocked the construction of the line. Presidential candidate Jill Stein and her running mate also joined the fight, blasting the liberal establishment which refused to do anything. They allegedly tampered with drilling equipment, and now there's a warrant for their arrest.

She's even fundraising off the warrant for her arrest!

Dear Arthur,

If there are warrants for her arrest, then their protest was not peaceful, was it?

Sheriff Kyle Kirchmeier of Morton county in South [sic] Dakota, is charging them with trespassing and criminal mischief.

And for what? For their commitment to defend the planet and stand in solidarity with the struggle of the Sioux people? For standing with those who are defending their rights to clean water and sacred burial grounds?

There is nothing wrong with defending the planet, but your right to defense cannot offend the natural rights of others.

If we did not have human beings, there would be no moral imperative from anyone anywhere to care for the planet.

Today, we need your help.

How does the act of Jill and Ajamu’s peaceful civil disobedience compare to the crimes being committed by the fossil fuel industry - threatening the water of millions and using dog and pepper spray attacks on peaceful protectors of the land.

What are the crimes that the fossil fuel people are doing? 

I wonder if Green activists ask themselves questions about the earth and its resources. Should human beings forgo all innovations and just settle for living in caves? Why does the earth contain so many blessings which human beings can use? All of these wonders do not exist just to be admired:

"The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD'S: but the earth hath he given to the children of men." (Psalm 115:16)

God made this beautiful earth for us!

As far as I know, the Green Party and its people are agnostic or atheist. Where do they think the earth came from? Does it just exist? Or was it created? The "Mother Earth" rhetoric suggests deification of the planet.

Sheriff Kirchmeier should be charging the oil company with crimes, not the protectors. In a recent statement to the press the sheriff was even quoted as saying, “We must do everything we can to marginalize these protestors.”

What crimes have the oil companies committed? Is there something wrong with making money?

This kind of corruption and double standard exposes the class interests and political interests of the state once again. Will you give a protest donation $49 today and help us today?

Excuse me, but the company that was building the pipeline was not breaking the law.

Jill and Ajamu allegedly did.

During the event, Jill had this to say:

“We are facing a climate emergency that requires us to halt any further investment in fossil fuel infrastructure, and instead to transition to 100% clean energy as soon as possible,” stated Stein.

So, the rhetoric has gone from global warming to climate change, and is now "Climate Emergency."

Cal 911!

The earth is not facing an emergency. Human kind is in a crisis, with radical Islam striking at the West and attacking natural rights. Liberty and equality based on opportunity are under unprecedented attack in our world, too.

Certainly one would think that the world can take care of itself, right?

She added “North Dakota authorities should be pressing charges against the real vandalism taking place at the Standing Rock Sioux reservation -- bulldozing sacred burial sites, unleashing vicious attack dogs, endangering drinking water and pushing us toward climate meltdown."

Wait -- is it North or South Dakota? Get your geography straight, there, Jill!

Energy Transfer is the name of the oil company responsible for the Dakota Access Pipeline, and apparently, our campaign is giving them a big headache.

It’s apparent because they seem to be collaborating with their cronies at the state level - pulling out all the stops to issue arrest warrants for Jill and Ajamu!

We are the thorn in their side, the rock in their shoe - and glad to be.

What about the rule of law? Doesn't that matter? In countries where lawlessness and big government corruption are the norm, do you think those dictators care about the environment? Not a chance!

As Ajamu Baraka, our vice presidential candidate, said:

“Our campaign is all about standing up to the rich and powerful who believe in their right to exploit the rest of the planet’s beings and resources for their own profit. The state should be prosecuting the crimes of threatening the water of millions and the attacks on peaceful protestors.”

The political revolution continues here. We will not stand by and watch the destruction of our planet and the brutal treatment of our First Nation brothers and sisters.

That key word "revolution" stood out.

Final Reflection

I still did not get any information from this eblast as to what crime the oil companies have committed.

Jill and Amaju were breaking the law by tampering with equipment at the drilling, pipe-laying site.

Jill Stein is now wanted by the federal authorities!

This rap sheet adds to Hillary Clinton's misuse of emails, classified information, the deaths of four diplomats at the American embassy in Benghazi, Libya.

Hillary Clinton: An Animal More Equal Than Others

Washington DC brings out the wild, wild worst in people. Those unruly creatures need to be corralled or contained! The only difference between the political animal and the savage creatures of the zoo? The hairy apes and beasts of the field do less damage and don’t hide their brutish nature.

Who’s the current Queen of the DC Beasts?  Not Michelle (although the wagging tongues have ceased to reserve judgment.)

It’s all about the Hilda-beast, i.e. Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Her elitist tyranny knows no limits. Damn, it must feel good to be a Clinton!

Hillary Clinton, that is. Of course, Bill Clinton has done his fair share of unfair criminality, and unfairly gotten away with it.

But let’s focus on one zoological oddity for now.

For years, Hillary (with Bill) has worked the backrooms of crony deals.

The Barry Goldwater volunteer turned into an acolyte for ultra-leftist Chicago ape Saul Alinsky. No integrity there. A chameleon with lips?

She was deemed an unethical and unprofessional lawyer during her tenure as assisting council to the House Judiciary Committee, following their impeachment proceedings against Richard Nixon.

As a reminder, Nixon shaved off eighteen minutes from in-house recordings, and continued denying any wrongdoing until impeachment was imminent. He resigned. Secretary of state Clinton has lied all her life, from state office to federal campaigning. Her hands are completely dirty, but she gets to run for President?

As First Lady, she claimed that she had avoided enemy fire in Bosnia. Nope.

She took furniture from the White House, had to return it. The liberal late-night talk-show hosts amused many with those indiscretions.

She stood by her man when he was pardoning tax dodger oil tycoon Mark Rich. How did the Clinton clan get all that oil money, anyway?

Now, about her tenure as Secretary of State …

She stood by her other man—Barack Obama—whose feckless apology tour gave way to a wildfire of Islamic subversion throughout the Arab world. Her “Don’t Do Stupid Stuff” foreign policy has exposed a wicked disregard for the balance of power in the Middle East, and enabled the barbaric rise of ISIS.

Back at home, Clinton mishandled everything else.

She was transmitting classified information on private servers. Wikileaks recently rolled out tens of thousands of classified material connected with Clinton. Ouch!

She has routinely lied about her ability, or inability, to handle two different email servers at one time.

And yet, the Clinton crime spree persists (and let’s leave out the other legal dalliances of her partner in crime (literally and figuratively) Bubba.

Let’s consider another tremendous failure during her disastrous tenure as Secretary of State.

She did nothing while four American diplomats faced horrendous attacks from a deliberate terrorist attack on American soil in Benghazi, Libya.

The Obama Administration repeatedly played the line that this was an unpremeditated attack. Or that a YouTube video incited that riots. Nope. The destruction of the Libyan embassy, and the murders of J. Christopher Stevens, Sean Smith, Tyrone S. Woods and Glen Doherty.

So much for trusting whoever answers that 3am phone call.

Still, she brazenly decried their deaths as an aberration, an accidental bureaucratic slip-up: “What difference does it make?”

Let’s not forget all that money flowing into the Clinton Foundation, and the favors flowing out of the Secretary of State’s office during her tenure.

Damn, it feels good to be a Clinton!

The FBI invested time and resources investigating Hillary Clinton’s frequent mishandling of documents.

General David Petraeus endured worse consequences for less.

So have other at least ten other high-profile political creatures from the DC military-industrial complex:

1. Bill Clinton’s National Security Adviser Sandy Berger: 2005, probation fine, and loss of security clearances.

2. State Department Official Peter Van Buren, who worked for Secretary Clinton, a foreign service officer for Hillary’s State Department: fired and security clearance revoked, but for uoting emails from Wilkileaks. Perhaps a bad case of overzealous prosecution?

3. Bill Clinton’s CIA Director John Deutch. This guy had classified info on his computer—after he  left the CIA. Bubba issued a pardon, because he was already declared guilty of a crime!

4. Navy engineer sentenced for mishandling classified material: Bryan Nishimura of Folsom, California. He served in Afghanistan! Sentence? Probation, fine, loss of security clearance.

5. Navy intelligence specialist Bryan Minkyu Martin smuggled classified documents then sold them for $11,500 to was a Chinese national. Sentence? 34 years in prison.

6. Low Level Submarine Shipmate Kristian Saucier allegedly used a cellphone camera to take photos in the classified engine room of the nuclear submarine. He was indicted on one felony count of unlawful retention of national defense information. Careful where you take selfies!

7. Marine Corps. Major Jason Brezler was dismissed from the Marine Corps for sending email to his superiors … on his private email account. WHAT?!

8. Lab Tech Jessica Lynn Quintana pleaded guilty in federal court to “knowingly removing classified information from the national security research laboratory. Just for taking them home!

9. Intelligence analyst Bradley “Chelsea” Manning was dishonorably discharged and sentenced to 35 years in prison for providing classified material to WikiLeaks.

10. NSA Manager Thomas A. Drake plead guilty to a misdemeanor after allegedly sharing classified information with a news reporter. His reason? To expose mismanagement at the NSA.

11. State Dept. Official Donald Willis Keyser earned over a year in prison for taking classified material home. He was severely reprimanded for this breach of trust.

Other low-ranking officials have earned similar punishments for mishandling national security secrets.

But not Hillary. And the FBI decides not to indict.

What do we do about such injustice? The law of the jungle is no law at all, and even the most dispirited of civilian creatures have denounced this double-standard.

Of course, such injustice is par for the left-wing course.

The State of the Race for Hillary Clinton

The race is on between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.

Trump is only now getting involved in the fundraising game.

Hillary Clinton has been raking and scouring supporters for years.

Yet, there is a sense of uneasiness from the Clinton camp.

Arthur, yesterday marked the first quarterly deadline since Hillary and Trump became their party’s respective nominees, and here’s what we know:

Our team raised $68.5 million for the campaign in June -- that’s an AMAZING accomplishment, and a huge portion of it came from online supporters like you.

Because of you, we're moving forward with opening dozens of new field offices and hiring hundreds of new organizers in key states this summer.

More than 1.5 million grassroots donors have stepped up to say you’re committed to stopping Donald Trump -- and to breaking the highest glass ceiling in America.

More donors are stepping up for Donald Trump, too.

We’re all so grateful to you, Arthur -- no one more so than Hillary. But while we celebrate our accomplishment, we also need to be clear (but not overconfident) about what we’re up against in this election.

I find it so funny that the Clinton camp is grateful to me. I have not donated one penny to them, and will spend more time (and perhaps money) stopping Hillary Clinton from polluting the White House--again.

Donald Trump’s campaign hasn’t yet announced how much money they raised in June, but Trump said earlier this week that if they come up short, he’ll simply write himself a check to make up the difference.

He raised a lot of money. It was YUUUUUGE!

If he follows through with that, it could change this election. Arthur, we can’t rest on our laurels and assume we have this in the bag. I know a lot of people have a hard time picturing Donald Trump making decisions in the Oval Office. But it could happen. We have to take that seriously, Arthur. Just look at the polls: We’re only up by one point in Colorado. We’re tied in Ohio. In North Carolina, Trump is up by two.

Let's hope that Republican do not rest on their laurels, either.

So we’re going to keep working our tails off, and we’re not taking anything for granted. In the primary, we fought for every delegate, and we won. In the general, we’re going to fight for every vote -- and we’re going to win again. That’s why this team is so critical: Every time you volunteer for an hour, chip in $1, or help get the word out on Facebook or Twitter, you’re doing the work that will win this election.

We have to win, Arthur. This is a pivotal moment in our nation’s history. Our core American values like equality, freedom of religion, and freedom of speech are under attack -- if we lose, we could slide back into something really scary.

Once again, I cannot help but laugh when Democrats like Hillary Clinton claim that they want to protect our liberties. Every policy she advocates for undermines liberty or ignores it entirely.

The Clinton campaign claims that they want to protect religious liberty, yet she claimed that Christians and the Bible will have to change their views to fit with her new narrative about abortion, marriage, and other perverse distortions of the truth.

Hillary Clinton, weighed down with corruption

Whatever the state of the race may be for Hillary Clinton, more people need to wake up to what they are giving up if they let her win.

I firmly believe that in moments like these, when a real threat comes, you don’t stay silent. You stand up and you fight for what you believe in. That’s what this team is doing, Arthur. And 20 or even 50 years from now, you’re going to be able to tell your children and grandchildren that in the face of bigotry and hatred, you stood up for tolerance and understanding, for love and kindness, for the future of our country and our world.

I certainly will not stay silent. Hillary Clinton is a criminal. Hillary Clinton is a liar. Hillary Clinton is a fraud.

The real question emerges: have the voters in this country lost all major moral bearings?

The state of the race for Hillary Clinton is in major flux, apparently.

Are we witnessing more medial manipulation, then, when statisticians and national polling suggest that Hillary Clinton is the presumptive winner in 2016?

We will see in the months to come.

Hillary Gets Worried About Trump

It's a lot of fun getting the hurried, worried emails from Democratic candidates.

At least four Congressional candidates are sending me freuent emails begging for money.

Julia Brownley flails that she is the most vulnerable female candidate in the state. Paul Ryan has been raising millions to get rid of her!

John Garamendi is on the alert.

So is Raul Ruiz in the 36th. His Riverside County district is still majority Republican, so Ruiz desperately strikes a bipartisan balance.

Linda Sanchez is still fundraising, too.

Hillary Clinton, though, has plenty to worry about.

Clinton is painfully aware of her weak standing in swing-states. The mainstream media is in Hillary's pocket, and will float numbers favorable to her, regardless of what the voters really think of her on the ground.

One obituary in North Carolina begged the living Tar Heel voters to reject Hillary Clinton in November.

Even though dearly departed, the American deceased cannot fathom a world with Hillary Clinton as President.

This is a lie. If anyone was paying attention to what happened in Nevada, the Silver State Democratic Party operatives took away proper procedures and opportunity for Bernie Sanders to win more delegates. The whole convention melted down into disorder.

We have to win, Arthur. This is a pivotal moment in our nation’s history. Our core American values like equality, freedom of religion, and freedom of speech are under attack -- if we lose, we could slide back into something really scary.

This irony just stings me, and should offend many. Yes, our freedoms are under attack, but from Hillary Clinton, who is going to promote the same disgusting, left-wing, anti-American agenda in Washington.

And the staunchest of Democrats still cannot stand her.
