From Jeff Schwilk: Democratic Candidate in CD-50 a Federal Fraud

Concerned Leaders,

See the three attached documents that we pulled from the courthouse records and from the Registrar of Voters today.   Two of them show that he filed to run for Congress on March 6th under the name “Ammar Campa-Najjar” and that is what erroneously appeared on the ballot just 3 months later.  In Document A7 1 he actually lists his name as Ammar Campa.

The other document shows that his LEGAL name up until June 12th, 2018, a full week after the June 5th Primary, was Ammar Yasser Najjar.  He should have appeared on the June 5th Primary ballot as Ammar Najjar or Ammar Y. Najjar.  Those were his only two legal options to reflect his true name and identity.

We confirmed with the Registrar, Michael Vu, that it is a violation of FEC and state rules to run for Congress or any office under a fake name / alias / nickname, which Ammar clearly did.

In my non-legal opinion, that is election fraud done purposely with the intent to mislead the voters as to the true identity of Candidate Najjar and he should be disqualified from his “Top 2” victory on June 5th and removed from the Nov. 6th ballot.   At the very least, every voter in the 50th CD should know that Najjar purposely and knowingly filed false paperwork with the Registrar and lied to the voters in the Primary for political gain – to help create a false “Latino persona”, as opposed to his legal Arab name, to woo voters.

I’ll keep you posted as this hits the media and is reported to the FEC next week.  In the meantime, do what you have to do with these smoking gun legal documents and information here.

Ammar Najjar is not the squeaky clean all-American boy he tries to pretend he is in his efforts to get voters in the 50th to vote for him over the embattled Duncan Hunter.

Please reply with any comments or questions.  I have other supporting documents for the above documents too.

Report: Rep. Duncan Hunter Jr. To Resign, Issa To Run for CD-50

Now I am getting real whiplash backlash.

I get three statements today from a source indicating another round of CAGOP musical chairs, focusing specifically on San Diego County.

Congressman Darrell Issa announced his decision to retire from Congress after 18 years in office.

Then I heard from a solid source that Rep. Duncan Hunter is going to retire, in part because of ramped up FBI investigations into his misuse of campaign funds for private and personal use.

Duncan Hunter to retire?

This revelation is crazy.

Is it really possible that Congressman Darrell Issa would run away from one district to jump into another district the same year?

Legally, a Congressman can run in any district within a state, as long as the said representative lives in that state. Is it ethical or moral, however? That's definitely debatable.

Hunter has gone from under suspicion to embattled because of the campaign finance issues. If this develops into something worse, San Diego GOP will see a repeat of former Rep. Randy "Duke" Cunningham.

Not good. Not good.

Schwilk Reports: Congressman Demands Full Pardon for Border Agents

Thank you, Duncan Hunter!   It is long past time to right this wrong that occurred 11 years ago under the open border Bush Regime.

I have personally met Nacho Ramos and Jose Compean and they are great American Patriots who were just trying to keep us all safe under a hostile Bush Administration that wanted to keep our southern border wide open to and for all his amigos south of the border, namely Mexican Presidente Vicente Fox.  The vicious prosecution and persecution by George Bush hack Johnny Sutton, U.S. Attorney assigned to the case, was a national disgrace and fueled a huge backlash which finally resulted in Bush commuting parts of their sentences, but only after they had spent much time in prison and even enduring beatings from Mexican gang members there.

We all need to push President Trump grant these Pardons to Ramos and Compean and do it soon!

Attached is a photo I took of Duncan Hunter with the Ramos family at our large Patriot Picnic on Independence Day 2008 in Boulevard, CA near the border.  Nacho was still in prison at the time.

The following year Nacho had just been released from prison and attended our 2nd Annual Patriot Fest on Independence day 2009 along with his beautiful family.  That was a patriot celebration that we will never forget!  Congressman Tom Tancredo and many other border and law enforcement dignitaries attended that event along with hundreds of patriots and border watchers from all over SoCal that welcomed Nacho back to freedom.  Many tears were shed that day…

Rep. Duncan Hunter has asked President Donald Trump to pardon two former border patrol agents who were convicted in the shooting an unarmed marijuana smuggler as he tried to run from Texas and into Mexico, a case that fanned an international debate about security at the border.

“In the course of a struggle, and in what appeared to be the suspect brandishing a weapon, these agents fired their guns and hit him in the backside as he escaped back into Mexico,” Hunter, R-Alpine said in a statement.

“Rather than reward these agents for their $1 million seizure, a U.S. Attorney offered the drug smuggler immunity in exchange for testimony to prosecute and convict them.”

Isn't that outrageous? Since when did we prosecute police officers and border patrol agents for doing their jobs?

This is wrong! Please contact Duncan Hunter's office and thank him for stepping up to push for a full pardon for those two border control agents!
