The death of Ronil Singh is the latest horror resulting from SB 54, which has barred county jails, local police, and state law enforcement in general from working with federal immigration enforcement officials.
Dangerous foreign nationals are already criminals when they breaking into the United States. Now a larger and growing cohort of these illegal aliens is committing vicious crimes. Their crime spree is aided and abetted by none other than the Sanctuary State, or rather Fugitive State Law SB 54.
Sheriffs all over the state of California want an end to this lawless insanity. We need to heed their concerns on this.

FRESNO, Ca - Fresno, CA - Now that the statewide manhunt for the
suspect who gunned down Newman police officer Ronil Singh in cold blood is
over, the debate over SB-54 is front and center.
The debate never went away. Residents who want to stick out the fight and stay in the game have been raging about this terrible law for the longest time.
SB-54 prohibits local authorities from sharing information with ICE
about certain criminal activity committed by undocumented immigrants. Officials
say Gustavo Perez Arriaga had two DUI's and was reportedly a
"Surenos" gang member.
Once again, these newspapers cannot hold back their bias. "Undocumented immigrant" they write over and over again. They are not missing any papers, because they never had any to begin with!

We want names, Assemblyman Patterson. We need to know who they are, and we need to get rid of them as soon as possible. We need them to face prosecution for putting innocent lives at risk to push their social justice warrior agenda.

SB-54 also prohibits ICE agents from being deployed in California
jails. Sheriff Margaret Mims says it handcuffs their ability to keep California
communities safe.
"It's ridiculous the state dictates the local law enforcement
which other law enforcement agencies they can and can't talk to.
Merced County sheriff Vern Warnke says something has to be done to
shake up the status quo.
"Folks want to get after President Trump because of the wall, well
you know what come up with an idea, do something, because what we got right now
isn't working."
Congressman Devin Nunes also releasing this statement to us, in part
quote:
"The California left, which is famous for its self-destructive
policies, has engineered 'sanctuary city' laws that make it impossible to defend
our communities from some of the nation's most dangerous criminal
predators."
Sheriff Christianson reminding us officer Singh is an immigrant who
came to the U.S. the right way.
This is proof positive that this issue is not about the color of individuals' skin or even the content of their character. This fight against the sanctuary state law is all about ending this rampant lawlessness in the state of California. Nothing more, nothing less.

We reached out to a few state democratic leaders for comment to this
story. Assemblyman Adam Gray of Stanislaus County voted no on SB 54 that passed
in 2017 and was not available for comment. We also reached out to Assemblyman Rudy Salas of Bakersfield who did
not return our calls. Congressman Jim Costa's representative said he was
traveling and could not comment.
How about that? The Democratic Party by and large is throwing their constituents under the bus, into the line of criminal wrongdoing. When does this evil stop? By the way, a handful of Democrats either voted No or did not vote -- one of those who did vote was Al Muratsuchi, my assemblyman, whom we protested and pestered until he clearly gave way and did not vote for that awful legislation.
Sadly, he could not vote against it because the California Democratic Party would have funded a rich primary challenge against him -- and he would likely have lost that race.

The virtue-signaling elite in the state of California are more interested in feeling good about themselves rather than doing good for their state and for the people living here. They do not absorb the frightful consequences of these terrible decisions. They live behind their gated community walls with private security. They can afford to disrupt and disregard the rights of everyone else, and they don't care. They just don't care.
What will it take for the leaders in the state of California to put the needs of Californians ahead of illegal aliens?
The state of California needs its own Yellow Vest movement. We need men and women who are fed up with the dilution of their vote to stand up to this madness and demand the restoration of the rule of law. We need to deport illegal aliens--they are all criminals by virtue of the fact that they ahve entered the United States illegally. There is plenty of workers for the work to be done. There is no need for cheap, illegal alien labor which gets paid under the table.
Public safety is not the place for virtue-signalling. We need virtue running our law enforcement agencies: period!
