This immoral rot began in fifty years ago, and the fruit of
this poisonous tree is flourishing now. Pierre Trudeau, the Liberal Canadian
Prime Minister from the late 1960’s and 1970’s, ushered in a sleeper cell
Communist movement into his country. While claiming to promote liberty for all
as well as founding a sovereign nation outside within the British Commonwealth,
Pierre Trudeau effectively set the political course for diminishing the rights
of Canada’s citizens while expanding the control of the state.
The core scheme lies in the heart of Canada’s Charter
on Human Rights, which contains this nettlesome clause at the outset:
1. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees
the rights and freedoms set out in it subject only to such reasonable limits
prescribed by law as can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic
society.
This one “reasonable limitation” clause has imposed
unreasonable tyranny on anyone who speaks against homosexuality, Islam, or
other hot topics. Reason has no reason when the fundamental values of a country
are routinely scuttled, when the name of God, the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and
the Judeo-Christian, Anglo-Saxon culture are pushed aside in the name of
tolerance, diversity, and multiculturalism.
Canadian psychologist, professor, and world-wide celebrity
intellect Jordan Peterson has sounded the alarm for Christians. “You need to fight
for your rights. They are being undermined by the Canadian Government.” Indeed,
and there is no better case for this subtle tyranny than the case of Bill Whatcott.
A subject of untold controversy for simply telling the truth, Whatcott defends
natural law and Biblical morality on the subjects of marriage, sexuality, life,
and gender—and
now serves as Canada chapter leader for international pro-family group
MassResistance. A former criminal who got saved by God’s grace, he has served
as a nurse, a bus driver, a small business owner—and fearless Gospel preacher.
He’s a brilliant, humorous evangelist, having posed as the Calgary High Priest of the
Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. In Toronto in 2016, he joined with
a group of fellow evangelists to form the Gay Zombie
Cannabis Consumers Association. While grown men were marching naked—in front
of children, mind you—in broad daylight, Whatcott and his fellow believers were
sharing the Good News.

For his undercover activities to share God’s grace and salvation
through Jesus Christ, Whatcott faces two criminal trials. In Toronto, the
federal Government launched an outrageous criminal indictment this year, even
though he had marched two years prior in the Toronto Gay Pride parade. He also
faces an unjust trial before the British Columbia Human Rights (Actually Inhuman
Wrongs) Tribunal. Why? For informing voters about a
disorderly man named Ronan Oger who has run for office numerous times claiming
to be a woman. He (yes,
he) is dedicated to persecute Christians who refuse to embrace his delusions.
Since when did simply identifying someone’s proper sex turn
into a crime?

Oh, and let’s not forget that he faces a multimillion-dollar
class action lawsuit (to
the tune of $104 million, to be precise). Yes, big-time victicrat lawyer
Doug Elliot is looking to cash in big on hurt feelings and LGBT snowflakes. Of
course, the merciless criminal prosecutions, the excessive lawsuits, and the
media-shaming is not just about Bill Whatcott. These egregious, extralegal acts
are determined to silence any opposition to homosexuality, transgenderism, and
the implicit dangers of the LGBT agenda in any country.
Since when has it been a crime to preach the Gospel? Since
when have homosexuals and transgenders lost the capacity to take a joke? Americans
should pay more attention to what their neighbors to the North are dealing
with. High taxes, fees, onerous government regulations, institutionalized
anti-Christian bigotry have become the norm. Only recently have Canada’s
version of the Yellow Jackets, mirroring the public outraged of their French
peers, started taking to the streets.
With that, allow me to inject some humor of my own into this
tragic situation.
If Bill Whatcott is going to jail for dressing up as the
Calgary High Priest of the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster, one has to
ask why they haven’t gone after the comedians from SCTV? For those who don’t know,
Canada had its own version of Saturday Night Live in the last 1970s and early
1980s. Such favorites like Dave Thomas, Catharine O’hara, Eugene Levy, Rick Moranis,
and eve the late, great John Candy played crazy skits on a make-believe TV
station.
"John Candy, You are Under Arrest!" |
In a few skits, John Candy played the hilariously creepy
Drag Queen “Divine”. In one of the featured skits Divine stars with sexually
overheated host Dusty Towne (played by O’Hara) for a trashy Christmas
special. They irreverently mocked the overweight drag performer in some of
the best skits of the series. One has to wonder what Canada’s Human Rights
Tribunal would have done to Candy and the rest of the SCTV cast if they tried performed
another roast of men dressed as women performing bad songs in really bad
dresses (and I’m not talking about the Human Rights Tribunals).
Of course, John Candy’s been dead for over two decades, but
I don’t see why that would stop the Canadian government from launching some
kind of prosecution. After all, the government has insisted that people can
change their gender, and no one has a right to discriminate against men who
pretend to be women, and vice versa. The liberal political class in the country
has lots its sense of humor, too, since never-ending outrage is the order of
the day.
