Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act: How Did Your Senator Vote?

The United States Congress is working on curtailing abortion on demand, finally.

Despite the conservative, pro-life culture in the United States, this country has one of the most liberal abortion laws in the world. North Korea and China have similar abortion laws, sadly:
It's truly heart-breaking to see this legislation not get passed cloture.

Here is how the US Senators voted on preserving human life ex utero:

Nelson (D-FL)

Two Republicans voted no: Collins and Murkowski, who are very liberal Republicans. John McCain is still missing votes because of his long-term illness. At some point, he need to announce his retirement. The people of Arizona deserve an active representative in the US Senate.

Only Two Democrats voted for the bill: Bob Casey of Pennsyvlania, and Joe Manchin of West Virginia. They need to ensure some kind of independence in their tough re-election bids this year. I am surprised that Heidi Heitkamp and other Red State Democrats would vote against this piece of legislation. It is so common-sense, it is nonsensical to reject it.

Two other Red State Democrats sat out the vote: Bill Nelson of Florida and Tammy Baldwin of Wisconsin. Where's the courage?

These Democrats are making a big mistake not voting for this bill ... and then again, even if they do vote for it, their votes against Tax Reform, Obamacare Repeal, and security of our borders is going to hurt them immensely in November.
