The American People's ire against Congress has a reached a record high of 82%, which is right where it should be.
We should not like government. We must respect its necessary role in our lives, yet we should not pride ourselves on relying on its hand-outs while government pilfers our money and freedom with the other.
Rather, we should esteem ourselves better able to govern ourselves and manage our affairs locally while keep the federal government in a leash at arms length.
Growing dissatisfaction with the dysfunction of the federal government, which is incidentally function as it should--dysfunctionally--may be just the tonic to break the American People from their dependence to the State and back to thriving in a state of independence.
