Republicans in the Sea of Galilee -- Washington in the Red Sea

The Jewish Journal took off in a side column against a delegation of Republican House Reps who went to Israel on a more serious, political matter.

The freshmen lawmakers, according to the report, suggest that they were carrying on like high school "freshmen", and after dinner and drinking one of them went skinny-dipping in the Sea of Galilee.

House Majority Leader Eric Cantor took the House Reps to task for their risque behavior which risked the original diplomatic mission of the delegation.

I am more concerned with the politicians in Washington,  both Republican and Democrat, who are swimming, bathing, and turning around and playing in the Red Sea, "red" as in "red ink" and a tsunami of debt which is drowning this country and crowding out investment and wealth creation.

When will another savior, or leader, rise up and divide and conquer this red sea of debt which is washing away the future of this country?

Still waters may run deep, but the silent threat of national debt is striking at the core of this country's fiscal health.
