ACLU And Sessions Derangement Syndrome

The American Civil Liberties Union is at it again.

They are in bed with communists and anti-American statists.

They want to get along with usbversive elements and undermine the rule of law.

They are invested in a complete hatred of US Attorney General Jeff Sessions, even though he has done for more to aid civil liberties for all Americans, especially blacks, than any modern-day legal hack working for the ACLU.

Check out their rabid attempts to smear our beloved Attorney General even further:

ACLU Action

Hi Arthur –

Attorney General Jeff Sessions has a habit of making murky, vague statements to conceal his dangerous agenda.

But this coming Wednesday, we’ll have a rare opportunity to get Sessions on the record on the Russia investigation, LGBT rights, and a host of other issues, including transforming our broken criminal justice system.

We know criminal justice reform matters to you, so we’d like your input on what question to ask him:

Will you take a moment to fill out a short survey on what question Jeff Sessions should have to answer while testifying to Congress on October 18?

Since he was sworn into office, Sessions has been chipping away to undo decades of work that increased police accountability and reformed the broken criminal justice system. He’s slashing advancements and emboldening mass incarceration.

The October 18 hearing will likely focus on Russia and the 2016 election, but we’re asking members of the Senate Judiciary Committee to use this hearing to shed light on urgent questions about Sessions’ criminal justice policies.

By getting him on the record, we can force him to clarify exactly what he’s doing at the Justice Department to undo criminal justice reforms and give ourselves more ways to fight for the advances our country needs.

There’s so much to ask:
  • Why does local law enforcement need bayonets and grenade launchers for community policing?
  • Why are close to 450,000 people sitting in jail today even though they haven’t been convicted of a crime, many because they cannot afford to pay bail?
  • And why are Black people close to three times more likely to be arrested for drug possession, even though white and Black people use drugs at similar rates?

Committee members may not have enough time to ask everything they should. We’d like your input on which question you think should get top priority.

Take a moment to fill out this survey on the top question to ask Jeff Sessions this coming Wednesday.

Thanks for being a part of this fight,

The American Civil Liberties Union is anything but civil, they are not American, and they are not fighting for our liberties.

Enough is enough.
