Romney’s skill with organization, programming, and punditry may be just enough to score future victory for this technocrat. Perhaps we do not need a red-blooded statesman in the White House. Perhaps a Mormon with quiet adherence to principle and quiescence in the face of crises is just what we need.
Anything in November would be better than Barack Obama. The hope and change that this country was hoping for will be realized when the Chicago city organizer gets sent back to the South Side.
Romney owes Santorum a debt of thanks for keeping the
front-runner on his toes, for all but exhausting the negative rhetoric which
would have sunk his campaign during the general election if improperly vetted
during the Primary.
