Response to "It's radicalism, not conservatism"

In "It's radicalism, not conservatism", Mr. Kennedy bluntly asserts that this nation's dire need for deficit reduction is "ruthless", "anarchy", and will "devastate the economy". Sadly, his appraisal is drastically in synch with the "media's failure to use language with precision" which he claims to condemn.

First of all, the writer betrays the media's biased disdain toward anyone seeking to curbing entitlements and cut spending, both of which are wrecking this country.

Furthermore, the only conservatism that is truly radical is the statist status quo of government handouts, payouts, and undeserved entitlements, all of which are impoverishing core functions of the public sector today, including education.

Last of all, if the United States continues racing through revenue (even if culled from the few for everyone else), there will not be any more of "the wealthiest among us" to finance irresponsible obligations which have burdened Washington and the state legislatures for the past thirty years.
