Univesity of Texas Racial Quotas on Trial

Equality as a benchmark is meaningless, and diversity in the name of creating a mixed composition in itself wars against the role of a university, free inquiry based on merit, not skin color.

With Justice Elena Kagan recused from the case, I am certain that a 5-3 ruling will side with Ms. Abigail Fischer, who understandably sued the university for discriminating against her because she was white.

Now the country will see once and for all that Chief Justice John Roberts is not a Souter with a brown hair-do.

He will most likely rule with the other four justices to strike down affirmative actions quotas, which are a fetish leftover from a bygone era of progressive policies which created a regression in character and candor in our universities.
