Response to "Perrodin calls for unity in the city's budget crisis" Part II

With new businesses sprouting all over Compton, it appears that business elites at least have the sense to invest wisely.

I appreciate reading about the changes in tone and atmosphere for a community long plagued with the reputation of most murders per year. I may pay a visit to the new Fatburger if opportunity permits in the near future.

Still, rather than discussing the dysfunction and the fraud which emanate from city hall and connected agencies, city officials in Compton need to invite more input from the residents of the community instead of expecting a handful of "experts" to have all the answers.

Transparency is also crucial to the well-being of a city. No one wants a repeat of what happened in Bell last year, not that I wish to insinuate that rampant fraud is taking place in Compton.
