Net Neutrality is foolishness.
"Neutrality" is just doublespeak for "more government".
No matter who takes charge in Congress in years to come, politicians do not have the moral or even constitutional authority to be determining who gets how much broadband space on the Internet.
Triers of fact, triers of truth, will never be found in our government, either.
Free markets make free people -- government cannot ensure neutrality on anything.
No more "rules of the road". HR 3458 was a bad idea then, and will continue to be bad.
Mr. Waxman's greatest claim to fame is expanding state power into every inch of private life.
No more expansive Internet companies and electronic providers may become, any protection from government to maintain competition inevitably profits a select group of large companies at the expense of private entreprises that want to enter and thrive.
Mr. Waxman, hands off my Internet!
