There is no substantive evidence whatsoever that the Tea Party Movement has a single racist element as part of its core political philosophy. In fact, a slow tide of African American voters may find their interests better allied with the now three year movement which has shaken the Washington Establishment, much like the Rebel movement of the Star Wars trilogy which caught the Emperor and his Empire of intergalactic tyranny off-guard.

The telling parallels between the Tea Party Movement and the Rebel Alliance, which included Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia, deserve some attention. Even when George Lucas had drafted the outline for the Star Wars saga, he had envisioned the whole movie extravaganza centering on the balance of political conflict -- state power vs. individual liberty.

Jones and Vader: Share Political Views and Voice

A Senator gains a greater hold on the movements and missions of the government, which in turn throttles democratic participation and transforms into an Empire of force and fear. The parallels with the fictional intergalactic space opera and the fraught politics of today should not be lost on anyone, where instead of a mad Emperor scared with fury and power-grabbing, voters in the United States are contending with a Imperial President who picks and chooses which laws to enforce, which to repudiate, who disdains dissent and disagreement while demanding legal challenges to the traditional framework of government which have held for many years.

Like the Rebel Alliance, the Tea Party is striking back against the political dominance of Beltway politics, which is tending toward concentrating power into one agency of government at the expense of the states and the people. A political program of constitutional rule, respecting the enforcement of law, the enumerated powers of the Constitution, and a vocal demand for limited government, less spending, and lower taxes all constitute a win-win for every American, regardless of race, color, or creed.

The growth and girth of government has turned the minds and hearts of some "minority" advocates, including James Earl Jones, the well-known stage actors whose commanding, imperial voice brought to life the half-man half-machine Sith Lord Darth Vader. Like

Like many distant and eccentric celebrities, Jones has given himself over to the Dark Side of nanny-state statism, communist-sympathizing, and race-bating as political debate. More akin to the character whose voice he supplied, the actor demagogues on issues without any regard to the facts or the legacy of legitimate protest in this nation.

Mr. Jones should go back to voice-over working instead of voicing his opinion on matters that are without a doubt way over his head!
