VICTORY: Huntington Park Corrupta Graciela Ortiz Shut Out in Bid for LAUSD School Board

Here's another happy victory for Los Angeles County residents, even though there is so little to celebrate at this time.

After LAUSD School Board Member Ref Rodriguez was forced to step down for campaign finance violations, the seat opended up a multi-candidate free for all.

One of the candidates running to replace Ref Rodriguez?

Graciela Ortiz of Huntington Park.UGH!

This corrupta has no business serving anywhere or in any capacity on a governing board. She oversaw and approved the appointment of two illegal aliens to city commissions. She has been head-deep in local and LA County corruption for the last four years. She works with "Puppet-Master" Efrain Martinez, who presided over her swearing-in as the new mayor in 2016.

Please help us!

I could not stand the idea of her having any kind of chance of getting elected to the school board--of course, in the long run it doesn't matter who serves, since it's another liberal Democrat who will do more harm than good for the students.

Thankfully, Ortiz was shut out of the Top Two run-off, and the margin was oh so close!

Check out the report from MyNewsLA.com for more information:

Repenning Places 2nd to Secure Runoff Slot with Goldberg in LAUSD Board Race

Former teacher and mayoral aide Heather Repenning appears to have finished in second place Friday and secured a runoff slot for a vacant seat on the Los Angeles Unified School District Board of Education.

With 100 percent of the votes now reported to be counted, Repenning has 31 more votes than Huntington Park City Councilwoman Graciela “Grace” Ortiz. A second place finish means the right to enter the runoff with the top vote getter, former LAUSD board member Jackie Goldberg, who far outpaced the competition in the March 5 election with 48.17 percent of the vote, although a recount of the final results is possible.

Goldberg dominated the 10-candidate field, but with less than 50 percent of the vote, she fell short of the majority needed to avoid a May 14 runoff election.

An updated vote tally released Tuesday showed Repenning with 4,334 votes, or 13.13 percent, compared to 4,299 votes, or 13.02 percent, Ortiz. The final tally was 4.341 votes for Repenning to 4,310 for Ortiz and 15,929 for Goldberg.

On election night, Ortiz originally emerged in second place with a 54-vote lead. But as county officials continued tallying mail-in, provisional and other ballots, Repenning jumped into second place late last week with a 133- vote lead over Ortiz.

Repenning, a former teacher and aide to Mayor Eric Garcetti, expressed confidence Tuesday that she would make the runoff election, despite her narrow lead.

“In case there was any question how much every vote counts, we just received the most recent update on last Tuesday’s election results,” she wrote on Twitter. “We are on pace to make the runoff by a margin of just 35 votes — with fewer than 100 ballots left to count. These results show how critical every last vote is, and how important your support has been.”

OUCH!

So much for ballot harvesting and public corruption getting the La Raza faction back onto the School Board.

This is a welcome victory! I can breathe one more sigh of relief!

Voter Fraud in Huntington Park (Photos)

Voter fraud in Huntington Park.

Yes, it's real.

Check out the final tally for the March 7, 2017 election:

Karina Macias was under investigation from the LA County DA's office.

Former Council candidate Kerry Porter found something interesting in the trash.

Voter and ballot devices from the Los Angeles County registrar-record were right there in the gutter outside of his home, too!

Check out the photos below:

All of this voting material was found in the white bag in the second picture from the bottom.

This is incredible.

All of this was found in a box labeled "Emergency and Sample Ballots."

What?!

And about the woman who had thrown all of this "trash" onto the curb ...

That woman, who lives near Kerry Porter, was also a poll watcher!

OUCH!

When she saw Kerry Porter collecting the trash in the photos above, she looking like a dear in headlights.

The brother of former mayor Graciela Ortiz was walking by about an hour later, trying to find the "trash" above.

Too late!

Why would Los Angeles County voter material end up in a trash can near a resident's home?

And it only gets worse.

Family members and friends of the city council and former mayor John Noguez were poll watchers, too.

Yes.

Corruption is rife, and voter fraud is more evident than ever in Huntington Park.

FYI: The FBI have been informed about this evidence of voter fraud.

Press Release: Karina La Korrupta Under Investigation

From Candidate Laura Herrera:

The DA Launches an Investigation of

Huntington Park Councilmember Karina Macias’ Illegal Kickback Scheme

HUNTINGTON PARK, CA- The District Attorney officially launched an investigation to look into Huntington Park Councilmember Karina Macias’ illegal kickback scheme following Sunday’s Los Angeles Times report. Today, the LA Times released a second story detailing the nature of the start of the investigation. You may read the article at the following link. (Click here)

Karina Macias is in clear violation of Government Code 1090, which prohibits this kind of corrupt pay for play politics where city contacts are awarded and voted on by the same people who personally benefit financially from them. As a result, Councilmember Macias CAN AND SHOULD be prosecuted for these crimes and be removed from office for stealing money from our hard working residents. She is filtering funds into her own pockets and into hands of her three council colleagues, Mayor Graciela Ortiz, Vice Mayor Marilyn Sanabria and Councilmember Jhonny Pineda and their friends including their master manipulator Efren Martinez.

[I called him Puppet Master:

Shame, SHAME on Martinez!

Former Huntington Park Mayor Ric Loya reacts to today’s news saying, “More facts are needed, but the absence of contributions to candidates Karina Macias assisted by anyone who was not a city contractor or who did not become one is appears of a self-funding scheme. And, the fact that the Efren Martinez twice decided not to run for the California State Assembly after accepting the contributions is also appears suspicious.”

Huntington Park Councilmember Valentin Amezquita, who worked with the FBI last year to expose corruption, responds, “At this stage, Karina Macias and her other council colleagues should be more concerned about the law than about the election. They should cooperate with the District Attorney with the truth about why they voted on certain city contracts.”

Valetin Amezquita

Laura M. Herrera, a consistent advocate against corruption in Huntington Park, says,  “As much as an investigation from the District Attorney vindicates many people in our community that have banded together to fight against corruption, it is also incredibly disheartening that once again our city’s leaders are shedding negative light on Huntington Park.  It’s deeply troubling that Karina Macias, along with Efren Martinez, are continuing the tradition of corruption in the Southeast where Huntington Park residents ultimately pay the price.”

God Bless Donald Trump, and Huntington Park City Council: "You're Fired!"

Here are the remarks that I delivered to the Huntington Park City Council on December 20th 2016:

Ho Ho Ho!

Merry Christmas, Huntington Park Criminals!

You’re getting nothing for Christmas, of course, because you’ve been nothing but bad.
But it’s been Christmas for me, starting November 8th, when Donald Trump was elected our 45th  President!

But the winning hasn’t stopped.

No way. Jobs are coming back! Americans feel optimistic. Even though eight years of Barack Obama’s immigration fails have harmed this country, it won’t last forever. Donald Trump is coming in like a wrecking ball to demolish whatever is left of his disgusting failure of a Presidency.

And finally, the Americans killed by illegal aliens will see justice.
  • 1.       Kate Steinle
  • 2.       Tierra Stansberry
  • 3.       DeAndre Mitchell
  • 4.       Marcello Bisarello
  • 5.       Dominic Durden
  • 6.       Ruben Morfin

And many others – although one American life taken by an illegal alien is too many.

Where was their sanctuary? What did the cities in which they lived do for them?

Instead of appointing two illegal aliens Julian Zatarian and Francisco Medina, you should have extended to anyone of those family members the opportunity to serve on this city’s commissions.
Now, Former mayor Karina Macias claimed that the Huntington Park City Council should hope for the best for the new President—Donald Trump!—and wish him the best.

Then the council claims that Huntington Park is not a sanctuary city.

But wait … What is a sanctuary city?

A city which has adopted a policy of protecting illegal aliens by not prosecuting them for violating federal immigration laws in the country in which they are now living illegally.

This city council approved the appointment of two illegal aliens to city commissions.

They have violated federal law, but they have not been prosecuted. In fact, in a perverse fashion you have celebrated their lawlessness!

If it talks like a sanctuary city, if it walks like a sanctuary city, guess what? It’s a sanctuary city! Get red for President Trump to flip the switch and cut your funding! You are already $300 million in debt. What will you do without the feds’ money?

It makes no difference whether this city has made any declaration or not. And now  your city manager and chief of police are complicity in this corporate, racketeering criminality. I think that the police officer who saved two citizens from a care set on fire should be made chief of police, and then he should arrest the four of you for brazen violation of federal law, and have the two illegal aliens deported.

Other than that, I am getting everything I wanted for Christmas, and so much more!

Merry Christmas to all, God Bless Donald Trump … and YOU’RE FIRED!

Corrupt Huntington Park City Council Throws Me Out Because I Called Our Their Selective Enforcement

Selective enforcement is the norm in Huntington Park.

They city council is patently racist, disparaging their critics as racist individuals with no regard for people who have a different skin color from them.

They have routinely embraced the segregation brought on by illegal immigration.

They engage in selective enforcement of decorum and procedure in the city council chambers.

Mike McGetrick blasted the Huntington Park City Council, and he celebrated the electoral victory of Donald Trump.

Five people in audience continued to laugh and make rude remarks.

They were deliberately laughing and heckling the speaker at the podium.

After his comments, he returned to his seat, then he criticized the mocking audience members.

Instead of calling the group of five in the audience, Mayor Graciela Ortiz called MIKE out of order!

Unreal!

I could not let that go unchallenged.

Here are my remarks, blasting the unfair, unjust mayor:

Robin Hvidston recorded an extended account of what occurred:

I want to affirm that the Mayor was indeed engaging in selective enforcement against us while ignoring the behavior of five miscreants behind us.

Chanell Temple had to ask them to be uiet, and Ortiz told her to face the chair, rather than telling them to be uiet.

That's wrong!

During Raul Rodriguez' comments to the city council, you can hear the same people making noise, rude comments, and heckling the speaker:

This selective enforcement is not the first time.

Mayor Macias tried to make me sit down when Wes Parker was slamming the city council for their illegal actions:

I still left the city council chambers, even though I was unfairly asked to leave.

The police officer who escorted me out was sympathetic to our cause:

A few other audience members confirm the selective enforcement:

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

Huntington Park City Council Discriminates Against Charter Schools--Supporters File Lawsuit

In a previous post, I identified a number of instances where the Huntington Park City Council discriminated against people who do not look like them, or who do not share their corrupt, perverse views

A group representing charter schools has sued the city of Huntington Park over its decision to impose a yearlong moratorium on new charters.

It's about time! That's all I can say.

This discrimination against students and parents who want charters schools, who want school choice, cannot go unchallenged.

This abuse of city power is just awful.

The suit, which was filed Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, seeks to invalidate the restrictions that the Huntington Park City Council approved last month by a 4-1 vote.

There was only one city councilmember who had the courage and foresight to vote against this unreasonable, arbitrary moratorium:

Valentin Amezquita

The other four Corruptitos signed on for this unjust ordinance, in large part because the teachers unions are paying for their campaigns.

This is the ugliest, stupidest move yet by the Huntington Park City Council Majority, aside from their abusive, immoral, and illegal decision to appoint two illegal aliens to city commissions.

Charters are independently operated  and exempt from some rules that govern traditional campuses. Controversy has accompanied their rapid growth, even though they have proved popular with parents. The L.A. Unified School District, which serves Huntington Park, has more charters than any other school system nationwide.

"They have proved popular with parents."

Parents want was is best for their kids. The corrupt kids on the Huntington Park City Council do not have children.

No wonder they treat parents like trash, and the needs of their kids as unimportant.

“The city’s politically motivated and discriminatory prohibition of public charter schools, but no other educational institutions, for a full educational year conflicts with California’s policy of expanded educational choices,” states the complaint filed by the California Charter Schools Assn. “The moratorium therefore is void and unenforceable as a matter of law.”

YES! YES! YES!

The suit also contends that the city failed to conduct a mandatory environmental review or to provide legally required evidence to justify halting charter growth.

The only reviews which Karina Macias and Co. engage in ... all flow through the files of Efren "Puppet Master" Martinez.

City leaders approved the moratorium during a contentious meeting last month. Charter supporters pointed out local charters’ comparatively high test scores, cited individual success stories and criticized city leaders for standing in the way of a top-flight education for other families.

Charter schools are freed from the red tape, and held accountable for their results.

Traditional schools need to operate more like charter schools.

Charter critics argued that charters undermine traditional schools by attracting students who are easier and less expensive to educate.

And your point is ...?

The truth is, most traditional schools struggle with cost control because of the lack of competition and accountability. Traditional schools also have a perverse incentive to label students with "special needs" or "English as a Second Language," since they district will get more money.

The council expressed different concerns. City officials spoke of a “high number of inquiries and requests” for new charters and said the municipal code was “inadequate” for assessing and dealing with their effects.

BALONEY!

A city report cited “vehicle circulation, parking and noise” in areas where charter schools had opened, and said they could potentially affect “public health, safety, and welfare.”

It's called "community outreach" and "teamwork."

The moratorium also applies to existing charter schools that want to move and expand in new locations, according to City Manager Edgar Cisneros.

Unbelievable!

That is just criminal.

The charter association requested records of complaints, but the city has provided no documentation to date, said the association’s general counsel, Ricardo Soto.

Well, that is interesting, isn't it?

Association staffers have suggested political motivations. United Teachers Los Angeles, the local (and anti-charter) teachers union, donated $500 to the 2015 campaign of Councilman Jhonny Pineda, and the same union represents Mayor Graciela Ortiz in her day job as a school counselor.

WHAT?!

Conflict of interest: that's what we have here!

City officials could not be reached for comment Thursday.

Both pro-charter groups and teachers unions are major political donors in California.

An influx of students could be an issue because, unlike most traditional public schools, charters can readily accept students from anywhere, a potential problem in the densely packed southeast L.A. County city.

Oh, sure it's a problem (NOT!)

A Times analysis, however, shows that the number of students in schools with a Huntington Park address has decreased by about 1,800, to about 18,000, since L.A. Unified’s peak enrollment in the 2003-04 school year. Over that same period, the number of schools tripled, from 9 to 27, including six new L.A. Unified campuses and 11 charters.

The number of students has gone down, so there is no reason to worry about overcrowding. Why is th city council not coming clean about their true interests?

The impact on school-related traffic has been to disperse it across the city rather than concentrate it in a few places, which could raise objections in some areas, said Benjamin Feinberg, a math teacher at L.A. Unified’s Burbank Middle School in Highland Park. Feinberg, who used to teach at a charter in Huntington Park, analyzes local education-related data on his School Data Nerd blog.

Gary Painter, a professor in the Price School of Public Policy at USC, said it’s unusual for a city to adopt an emergency moratorium “for whatever reasons” against one type of land use, rather than relying on its regular process for managing development. He said he was not surprised by the lawsuit.

FINAL REFLECTION

The Huntington Park Corruptitos are learning the hard way that the power with the people is greater than the people in power.

Parents do not like elected officials trifling or limiting their kids' opportunities to learn.

They will not submit or cave to bullying tactics which prevent the future success of their families.

First they overcharge residents for civic engagements.

They cut staff and public services. Instead of fixing bits and pieces of the street system in Huntington Park, they decided to cut up and ruin every aspect of Pacific Boulevard.

They appointed two illegal aliens to city commissions.

They hand out lavish contracts to friends and political cronies.

They expand pot shops, even though the majority of residents in the city don't want marijuana sales in their city.

They celebrated a heretic homosexual claiming to be a priest, and the city was thinking about turning a house down the street into a shrine where the first "gay marriage" ceremony took place.

Now they want to block the construction and expansion of charter schools.

The Huntington Park Corruptitos have no idea what trouble they have stirred up now!

Huntington Park City Council Discriminates Against People Who Don't Look Like Them

The Huntington Park City Council is one of the most corrupt city councils in Los Angeles.

Second only to the Los Angeles County Democratic Party, of course!

Eric Bauman is nothing more than a base protege of Crooked Hillary - but that's another tall tale for another day.

The Huntington Park City council recognizes  no serious diversity.

Neither of skin color nor intellect.

White residents get no services, and black and Asian residents don't get much attention either.

But one evening in particular stands out when the city council showed deference to Hispanic residents and tried to subvert the rights of non-Hispanic speakers at the city council meeting.

February 16th, 2016.

Residents of the city of Huntington Park City Council served recall papers.

I was asked to announce the recall for two members: Karina Macia and Jhonny Pineda.

Instead of allowing me to speak, she repeatedly interrupted me with "That's not item #3. Are you speaking on Item #3?"

She does not interrupt other speakers, the ones who are Hispanic.

Why does she treat white people with such contempt?

Then check out the crap she pulled with Wes Parker:

They wanted to make me sit down when I wanted to stand with Wes.

But other people, who were of Hispanic descent, were allowed to have as many people as they wanted to stand at the podium.

Why this double-standard?

Of course, at the March 1, 2016 meeting, there was more discrimination.

Betty Retama was removed from the city council meeting for speaking on an agenda item during public comment.

But other members of the audience were permitted to speak on agenda items!

Macias labeled white people as racist. So did the current mayor Graciela Ortiz.

Here are their offensive comments:

The Huntington Park City Council does nice things for "Brown people"--particularly those who agree with their perverse, destructive policies.

But they dishonor anyone with a different skin color, and call them racists.

And now, the Huntington Park City Council has appointed Sergio Infanzon, a planning director for LA City Councilman Gil Cedillo, as community manager for Huntington Park.

This is the same thug who called Huntington Park a "Brown Town", when it isn't.

This is the same shameful man who told Shirley Husar to "Go back to Africa!"

Huntington Park City Councilmembers are the ones who are racist!

Corrupt Huntington Park City Council Throws Out Honest Colleague Valentin Amezquita

Huntington Park City Council is feeling the heat.

Four of the members are some of the most corrupt, incompetent, and immature representatives I have seen in local governance.

One would think that the residents of the city would have better choices available to them.

With all the corruption going on in the Southeastern Los Angeles area, no wonder so many more qualified people simply decide not to run for office at all.

Jhonny Pineda appointed two illegal aliens to two city commissions.

The three other colleagues approved this outrageous abusive decision:

Marilyn Sanabria

Karina Macias

Graciela Ortiz

These four Corruptitos pulled this crap in greater part becacuse they wanted to cover up for their litany of corruption against the people of Huntington Park.

They are jacking up fees.

They are taxing people.

They have cancelled contracts with good private vendors.

They are giving off contracts to their corrupt friends.

These people are just awful.

Most of them are doing the bidding of the corrupt John Noguez, who runs the darker element of Huntington Park, too.

At the October 4th, 2016 Huntington Park City Council meeting, during the final comment period for councilmembers, Valentin Amezuita spoke, then the other councilmembers railed against him and lied about him repeatedly.

He finally had had enough and told them off.

Instead of respecting decorum, and instructing councilmembers to demonstrate some respect for one another, Mayor Graciela Ortiz called Amezuita out of order three times, then had him removed from the chamber.

Valentin Amezquita

What kind of city council is this?

First, they expand the pot shops, against the wishes of the majority of residents.

Then they block the expansion of charter schools.

They tear up Pacific Blvd, ruining the business climate and hurting the local economy.

They do nothing about the rampant drug-dealing and code violations rampant in the city.

They do they bidding of the corrupt political machine corrupto Efren Martinez:

The council majority approves the appointment of two illegal aliens to city commissions.

And now they silence and throw out the one honest councilmember!

Check out the video clip here (start at the 54:00 minute mark)!

"Chucky Cheese" Martinez and Los Corruptitos de Huntington Park in Central Committee [UPDATE!]

The 53rd Democratic Central Committee added some new members.

The top vote-getter was Laura Herrera, who is running for Huntington Park City Council.

The Number Two vote getter (and I meaan #2 in every way) was Huntington Park City Councilwoman Karina Macias.

She was a DISTANT second according to the final tally.

Macias has been spending big money on flyers.

Yet she was 6,000 votes behind Herrera.

Not a good sign for an incumbent city councilwoman who wants to get reelected.

Now, check out these photos at the installation meeting for that Central Committee:

There we have Efren "Chuck Cheese" Martinez, the puppet-master of the four Corruptitos.

He owns that committee. That's what is happening.

Republicans have only begun waking up to the necessary influence of these committees. Democrats have understood for years how these voting blocs, which recruit, endorse, and fundraise candidates, wield an inordinate amount of power.

Martinez is buying up influence with his PAC money from his aborted assembly race for the 59th.

And look who else was there ...

There's Kreepy Karina, sitting with her girlfriend Graciela.

Ugh.

The whole thing is just sickening.

These ratas con cuatro patas must be exterminated.

The vermin can and will be chased out of Huntington Park!

The Democratic Central committees in Southeast LA County are a cauldron of conflict and corruption.

They need to be emptied out and cleansed thoroughly.

Let's start with Huntington Park!

UPDATE!

Another source has confirmed what I had feared.

This Democratic Central Committee meeting took place at Kenneth Hahn Hall, where the Board of Supervisors meets!

This is a massive abuse of public funds! OUTRAGEOUS!

Updates on the Huntington Park Recall

The Los Angeles Wave reported on the efforts of Huntington Park residents to recall the four corrupt city council members.
Recall efforts against four Huntington City Council members and South Gate City Clerk Carmen Avalos have failed, according to spokespersons in the two cities.
Richard Luna, assistant to South Gate City Manager Michael Flad, said the recall papers, issued to Avalos in December, were found to have an insufficient number of valid signatures by the city, which conducted the certification of names.

In South Gate, there were not enough signatures.

In Huntington Park, there more than enough.
Avalos denied any wrongdoing as elected city clerk and said the intent apparently deals with her actions as a member of the Cerritos College Board of Trustees.
A spokesperson for the recall proponents said the group has decided to wait until the Cerritos College election in November to attempt to remove Avalos from that board.
Huntington Park City Attorney Arnold Alvarez-Glasman said proponents there failed to produce “documents required under the state election code,” outlining charges against the four council members.

That is not true.

What did happen, though, is that the paperwork was not submitted in proper form to the Los Angeles County Registrar.
That deadline has passed, Alvarez-Glasman told a reporter  March 15.

One deadline passed, but more will come, and then Karina Macias and her corrupt crew will hit a dead-end.
Targeted in the intent to recall papers served Feb. 16 at a City Council meeting were Mayor Graciela Ortiz, Vice Mayor Marilyn Sanabria and council members Jhonny Pineda and Karina Macias.

Macias repeatedly tried to stop me from reading the recall papers, but her desperate efforts failed.
Noting an article in The Wave Feb. 18 that the county was expected to certify names on the recall petitions, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Registrar of Voters office in Norwalk said the county does not automatically certify signatures on recall petitions unless asked.
“That is an option,” Huntington Park City Clerk Donna Schwartz said in February about county certification, but that was not requested, pending instructions from Glasman.
Ortiz, Pineda and Sanabria were elected in March 2015 and were supported by Macias, who was elected in 2013.
According to the petitions, the four appointed friends and relatives to advisory committees, Pineda’s appointments being two non-citizens who worked on his campaign. Efrain Martinez, who was reportedly campaign manager for Macias and not currently a Huntington Park resident, was named to the Planning Commission. Macias also was accused of seeking election while not yet a city resident.
The four also were accused of approving a sweetheart contract to Metro Transit Services, headed by a large donor to their campaigns.

The LA Wave could not have reported it better.

Even though the recall failed, the residents of Huntington Park are sending the message to their elected officials that they are tired of business as usual.

My Comments to HP City Council, July 5th, 2016--Fire Macias!!

Good Evening Huntington Park City Council:

My name is Arthur Schaper, a member of We the People Rising, and a Proud American.

Let me list for you—and the city residents—the Top Ten Reasons why Karina Macias should be fired in 2017, and the rest of you should be tossed out with her.

(And it has nothing to do with Item #3, since Item #3 is about HP Tow)

·         You have given city contracts to friends and political allies.
·         You are voting for payments to city commissioners who are your family members, without recusing yourselves.
·         You have brought in marijuana dispensaries, despite the repeated opposition from residents in the city.
·         The crime rates are out of control in the city, and code enforcement is lacking in our communities.
·         You removed two citizens—myself and Dr. Robert Newman—for exercising our First Amendment rights.
·         Karina was already demoted from her VP position following her corrupt misuse of the city seal to promote her chosen candidates.
·         You have routinely refused to uphold the rule of law on your streets. Bicyclists cut through traffic, and drivers routinely ignore Stop Signs.
·         The city is facing a $350 million pension liability, and you have done nothing to address this waste of funds. In fact, your spending has only made it worse. There has been no comprehensive audit to correct this massive budget crisis.
·         You hastily attempted to cancel the HP Tow contract, even though you have all benefited from their political donations. The city has incurred another lawsuit because
·         You have raised city fees for sports and other activities.
·         You have cut funding from Fiesta Taxi and other transportation services for those in greatest need in your communities.
·         You have served as a wicked example to the youth in your city, who should have honorable role models to look up to.
·         You appointed two illegal aliens to city commissions, in flagrant violation of federal law.
·         You are promoting anti-life, anti-family agendas, from your award to an openly homosexual priest to your promotion of transgender activism, which is out of concert with Biblical values
·         You have repeatedly violated your oath of office every day that you walk into this city council chambers. Rampant perjury cannot go unpunished.
·         Many of you are carpet-baggers who did not live in the city before you’re an for office.

I said Ten reasons. I ended up listing Fifteen, er Sixteen. I think that the city residents the idea. And they will let you know how they feel at Election Time.

Thank you.

My Comments to Huntington Park City Council -- June 21, 2016

Good Evening Huntington Park City Council.

My name is Arthur Schaper, life-long citizen and proud member of We the People Rising.
Some vocal yet infamous critics in Huntington Park claim that I should mind my own business and attend city council meetings in my home city, Torrance California.

I have, and I have learned so much that I wish to share with the audience and this city.

In Torrance, we have a ruthless group of predators.

They are roaming in our parks. They are attacking trash cans.

They attack our loved ones, and in some instances of killed those whom we care about. One witness frighteningly claimed that the head and body of one beloved member of the family was torn apart.
Theyremain unmoved when threatened with hazing, entrapment, or even lethal force.

Activists from around Southern California descended up on our city council, telling our elected officials that we should pity these monsters. Some of the critics contended that we should welcome the presence of these monsters because they get rid of other pests and vermin in our community.
Of course, I am talking about the alarm rates of coyote sightings in the city of Torrance.

There are other more vicious coyotes along our borders, which subject unsuspecting men, women, and children to intolerable conditions, even slavery and death.

Then I began to realize … the four corruptitos on this city council resemble those ravenous canines in so many ways.

Ortiz, Sanabria, Macias, and Pineda. All of you are wild animals with no regard for your surroundings. You are not native mammals to this region, by migrated here, from who knows where.
You dig into the more sordid elements of this city, with your leaders of the Pack John Noguez, Efren Martinez, and Mario Beltran.

You have ripped apart the welcome fabric of this city, and have harmed many loved ones.
Instead of caring for friends, neighbors, and business interests, you have pandered to the lowest elements, welcoming marijuana dispensaries into the city, despite massive disapproval. Your use and abuse of this public trust has included granting lucrative contracts to your friends and political cronies.

Instead of securing the citizens and respecting the rule of law, you have hastened the wild lawlessness overwhelming this city.

The city of Torrance voted to expand entrapment features, along with an education initiative to all Torrance residents: don’t feed the coyotes, make yourself larger than they are, use loud noises to scare them off, and when necessary, set traps for them to catch and remove them permanently.
We will be reaching out to more residents in this city so that they start removing the two-legged coyotes inflicting so much harm on this city.

Thank you.
