OC Register Losing Credibility with OC Conservatives
Mike McGetrick of Orange County--and a key member of We the People Rising, reported the following about the Orange County Register:
Hello all. I get a free Sunday edition of the OC Register.
I don't know why, but I do.
Here is a list of the last four cover stories:
Hello all. I get a free Sunday edition of the OC Register.
I don't know why, but I do.
Here is a list of the last four cover stories:
#1 Catholic charities
#2 Climate change with State Senate President Kevin de Leon and Governor Jerry Brown
#3 Welcome Syrian Refugees
#4 Hispanic Christmas Dinner
I can't wait for the next Sunday edition. I can't wait for the OC Register to go out of business.
Reflection
Big media is taking a big hit in its funding and finances.
They insist on pushing this ridiculous, regressive agenda, when all of it is so far removed from the times and troubles of average readers.
Why do they continue to push this nonsense?
The donor class which wants illegal immigration and globalist government has relied on the "mainstream media" to push this false narrative
Perhaps they are gearing their newspapers toward a richer, more left-wing elitist audience, convinced that at least they will read the newspapers. Maybe the corporate owners of the press believe that since they are going to close down, they might as well go down fighting and openly declare their brazen, regressive agenda.
Lo and behold, their circulation continues to dwindle.
The Orange County Register had a distinctly libertarian flavor about it. The editoral and business interests running the newspaper at one time decided to expand their readership. At one time, there was a Long Beach Register as well as a Los Angeles Register.
Both of those experiments failed, and then the company was losing money so badly, they had to appeal to their own writer/administrative workforce to deliver the newspapers.
A new company has taken over, connected with the Los Angeles News Group which overseas the Daily Breeze, the Los Angeles Daily News, and the Los Angeles Press-Telegram. No wonder they paper has taken a decidedly left-wing tilt.
The OC Register will close down very soon, no doubt.

Corrupt Huntington Park City Council Throws Me Out Because I Called Our Their Selective Enforcement
Selective enforcement is the norm in Huntington Park.
They city council is patently racist, disparaging their critics as racist individuals with no regard for people who have a different skin color from them.
They have routinely embraced the segregation brought on by illegal immigration.
They engage in selective enforcement of decorum and procedure in the city council chambers.
Mike McGetrick blasted the Huntington Park City Council, and he celebrated the electoral victory of Donald Trump.
Five people in audience continued to laugh and make rude remarks.
They were deliberately laughing and heckling the speaker at the podium.
After his comments, he returned to his seat, then he criticized the mocking audience members.
Instead of calling the group of five in the audience, Mayor Graciela Ortiz called MIKE out of order!
Unreal!
I could not let that go unchallenged.
Here are my remarks, blasting the unfair, unjust mayor:
Robin Hvidston recorded an extended account of what occurred:
I want to affirm that the Mayor was indeed engaging in selective enforcement against us while ignoring the behavior of five miscreants behind us.
Chanell Temple had to ask them to be uiet, and Ortiz told her to face the chair, rather than telling them to be uiet.
That's wrong!
During Raul Rodriguez' comments to the city council, you can hear the same people making noise, rude comments, and heckling the speaker:
This selective enforcement is not the first time.
Mayor Macias tried to make me sit down when Wes Parker was slamming the city council for their illegal actions:
I still left the city council chambers, even though I was unfairly asked to leave.
The police officer who escorted me out was sympathetic to our cause:
A few other audience members confirm the selective enforcement:
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

Corrupt Mayor Graciela Ortiz Discriminates Against Us, Never Called Out Disruptive Elements for Being Out of Order
The Huntington Park City Council gets more irritated with every visit that We the People Rising pays to the City Council.
We will not stop pounding them for their illegal actions, until the two illegal aliens are removed from the city commissions, and they comply with federal law.
Here's one of the illegal aliens, Francisco Medina, running away from me:
They crossed the line once again, throwing out law-abiding citizens while ignoring the corrupt, terrible behavior of their own elements.
Mike McGetrick of Orange County mocked the Hillary Clinton supporters who still refuse to accept the outcome of the election.
You can hear the snicker of five rude people in the back of the audience.
When McGetrick finished his comments, he called out the rude and disrespectful behavior of the five people who were laughing and acting up, deliberately interrupting and disrupting the meeting.
I called out Mayor Ortiz for her selective enforcement.
She was really shaken up.
She then claimed that she had warned me three times, when in fact there is no record for her calling me out of order three times.
I could see Karina Macias lose her peace, too.
Did she really think that they were going to get away with this?
The police officers who escorted me out of the building later told me that the city council had ordered me to leave.
It was nothing personal. He later commented that indeed it was unfair, in that the five audience members acting up behind us were being rude and disruptive
Here are his comments.
Then two other members of our team--Sandra and Cheryl--commented that indeed this was selective enforcement, and it was wrong.
Contact the Huntington Park City Council and tell them to apologize for their shameful, discriminatory behavior against We the People Rising.

We the People Rising Celebrate Trump Presidency in Illegal Alien Haven Huntington Park
November 15th, 2016.
I could not wait to visit Huntington Park after Trump's epic victory the week before.
The outcome was not just exciting, but vindicating. The media, the Establishment, the Open-Borders lobby, all the forces of the statist status uo lost!
For the past year and a half, We the People Rising have protested in "Little TJ" or "Illegal Alien Park" because of their appointment of two illegal aliens to city commissions.
Now, We the People have a new chief executive, a new sheriff who will enforce the law.
Huntington Park has huge problems beyond their brazen, arrogant lawlessness.
They have declared war on charter schools.
The streets are full of trash, and the latest revitalization project has massively failed.
Drugs and crime are syndemic in the streets.
The alleys are dirty.
Pacific Blvd has been torn up, and the businesses along the wide and well-known thoroughfare are failing.
Plus the burdened power of the public sector unions, the Big Green Agenda that is shutting down lanes in larger streets, the parking problems, and the massive influx of illegal aliens--Huntington Park which used to be a glorious, beautiful city, has turned into a third-world ghetto.
No wonder the city council approved the appointment of two illegal aliens. Their driven, craven, and corrupt open borders agenda is harming the city.
Francisco Rivera, who has lived in Huntington Park longer than I have been alive, commented on how the rule of law has been abandoned in his home town, and what illegal immigration has done to his once beautiful community:
The election of Donald Trump will turn things for the better throughout the country.
Border security agents are thrilled that they have a commander in chief who will let them do their job.
The families who have lost loved ones to illegal aliens can rest, knowing that their dead family members will finally get justice.
And in Huntington Park, we rubbed the arrogant city councilmembers' faces in the victory, and warned them abruptly about the coming enforcement against sanctuary cities.
Check out our victory photos below:
Francisco Rivera was particularly thrilled. I commended him at the podium during my public comment because of his courage. He was not afraid to declare his support for Donald Trump, even though Huntington Park is heavily Democratic, Latino, and nearly half the city residents are illegal aliens.
The rest of We the People Rising were not afraid to show our pride in Donald Trump's victory, either!
Everyone who showed up had something powerful to say to the Huntington Park Corruptitos.
Deanne D'Lean comes all the way from Victorville (with Raul Rodriguez of Apple Valley) to protest the appointments of illegal aliens to city commissions, and the general lawlessness which spreads because of illegal immigration:
Deanne has struggled with severe health problems. but she is not weak or frail in any way. She stands up and fights for what is right!
Raul Rodriguez stepped up to condemn all sanctuary cities, including the larger urban (Democratic) cities of New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago.
These urban centers need to be revitalized or shut down entirely.
New leadership is needed in these cities, which have become the major epicenters of illegal immigration in our country. Corrupt political machines and greedy special interests take advantage of illegals, who in turn exploit law-abiding taxpayers.
Raul was decked in full America glory when he addressed the Huntington Park City Council.
Chanell Temple arrived a little later.
She gave one of the most informed, rousing, and blunt speeches last year. Her words were reported and recorded all over the world!
Here is the speech she gave in August, 2015:
And here were her remarks on November 15th, 2016, after Donald Trump's election victory:
She was crystal clear about the wrong they were doing. In the audience a group of rude Hispanic residents interrupted her remarks, and the city council said and did nothing.
The Huntington Park Corruptitos are pitiful yet defiant. This arrogance won't last long when the federal government cuts off the funding.
Next came Robin Hvidston, the leader of We the People Rising.
She has stood up to cowardly peace officers, and she has driven corrupt politicians crazy all over the state.
Immigrants are required to enter our country legally. They are to reside under legal auspices.
If they do not want to respect the law, then they need to leave.
Valentin Amezuita, the only honest councilmember in Huntington Park, addressed the city council next. He gave an open plea to everyone in the city council chambers and throughout the country, that we should welcome President-elect Trump with the same courtesy which Preisdent George W. Bush had given to Barack Obama when he assumed office in 2009.
The trade deals which are killing jobs here and going to China--that needs to be stopped. American eocnomic and military strengh need to be restored, too.
Wes Park of Bellflower denounced the city council's rampant lawlessness.
Earlier in the year, he destroyed the city council's racist underpinnings when they attempted to silence us and forbid our gathering at the podium:
He is also one of the funniest members of We the People Rising, mocking the stupid arrogance of the four racist city councilmembers who treat citizenship as a hollow trifle while glorifying illegal aliens
Then Mike McGetrick of Orange County yelled at their hateful disregard for our nation's laws, and the wicked abuse of American citizens at the hands of illegal aliens and their enablers.
The five children sitting behind us continued making rude remarks and attacking us.
We were not deterred.

We the People Rising Celebrate Trump Victory in Victorville!
Saturday, November 12, 2016.
We the People Rising gathered together to celebrate ... DONALD TRUMP!
It was a dream come true, and for many Trump supporters, it feels like a time warp, a different world, a fantasy which has not really materialized.
But it's real.
And it's YUGE.
For once, I drove out to meet with other key members of the team.
I have to commend Dr. Robert Newman, Raul Rodriguez, Robin Hvidston, Deanne D'Lean, Stella Stephens, etc
They drive for at least two hours every time they come to the Los Angeles area.
I am so pleased with their determination to visit and fight for enforcement of our country's immigration laws.
Their dedication to the cause is beyond admirable.
The drive to Victorville alone was worth the visit. The High Desert is a welcoming place.
I enjoyed the trip. So much has changed for me over the past twenty years, I used to hate driving out to the High Desert, to Yermo, California to visit my Aunt Mayor and the cousins,
The Mojave Desert is not Los Angeles. The upbeat urban core is not there.
I love cities, I love city life.
But now, I embrace the calm quiet of the desert, too.
I met one guy at the local gas station, and he liked my Trump shirt. He was very excited that the Donald is our new President. He also blasted the petty race card games that people play.
There's nothing like connecting with like-minded people to celebrate the good times to come.
This was really exciting.
We dined at a Marie Calendars in region.
The staff there were very nice. Many of them liked our Trump memorabilia, signs, and shirts.
I even took a few pictures with the staff:
We the People Rising were visiting Trump country, no doubt about it!
The meeting was wonderful.
Raul Rodriguez reserved a room for us.
John Wesley Nobles attended, along with his sister.
Janet West came! How darlin'!
Here's Mike McGetrick:
We all gladly share the blame for Trump getting elected!
Yes! It's my fault, too!
So proud of this distinction! So proud!
Our fearless leader Robin Hvidston shared some celebration time and space with Vaughn Becht of Westminster, who brings Donald Trump with us wherever we go:
Deanne is looking sharp and ready to go! (Yep, it's her fault, too, that Donald Trump is our President! Good for you, Deanne)
Check out Raul Rodriguez' opening comments for our event:
Here are further remarks from our celebration leader!
Throughout the meeting, we shared why we support Trump.
We talked about how we wondered if he was going to make it. The surprise that overcame all of us really shook because the polls all outlined Hillary Clinton as the next President of the United States.
The media got taken down, and taken down hard!
Check out my remarks about who I am and why I was there:
I later shared why I voted for Donald Trump (Even though I was a Walker supporter, than a Jindal supporter, and finally a long-term Cruz backer until the very end).
Yet, it took me a while to get on the Trump train, But I am glad that he made it, and I look forward to the real estate mogul, businessman, and reality TV star making a true difference in Washington and for our country!
I said it then, and I will say it again -- We the People Rising were very gracious to me, even though I was not immediately on board with Donald Trump.
The Remembrance Project changed everything for me. Everything.
I have never had this much fun, and seen so much impact in the political process.
This is the way forward. We the People Rising are stepping up and challenging the open-border status quo in our state.
California is not a lost cause, but the grassroots networks throughout the region need to do more than complain and back-bite against party leaders. They need to challenge the locally elected officials in every way possible.
For now, let's celebrate! Donald Trump is our new President!
God Bless Donald Trump!
