Justice: OC Register Promotes Life Stolen by Illegal Aliens, Exposes Violent Indivisibles

December 19th, 2017 We the People Rising went to Congresswoman Mimi Walters' office to demand that she retract support for illegal aliens and oppose any kind of DACA "Fix". The unconstitutional program and all permits issued under it should be rescinded and sunset without further legislative action.

The illegal aliens who had prospered under that program should have never entered the country in the first place. They have gotten a great deal of good in this country in spite of the dubious status of that order. It's time for illegal aliens and their children to return to their home countries and enter the United States the legal way. We already have a pathway to citizenship in our United States Code. Everyone who wants to immigrate to this country must do so legally.

Mimi Walters has faced unprecedented pressure and outrage from the Indivisible 45 Group. They have gone after her in different sections of her district, which stretches from Irvine to Laguna Beach. According to the Irvine Detective supervising protester safety in front of her Irvine office, a number of them have been arrested for disturbances and violence outside of her office.

Incredible.

Here's proof of how violent they have become (All photos by Sam Gangwer of Southern California News Group):

The woman above was completely unhinged in front of me. She grabbed my camera as I was interviewing her and demonstrating on behalf of young Americans killed by illegal aliens. The two police officers had to force her back, and as she retreated I shouted at her that she should be ashamed of herself for attacking me.

In this video, she shouts at me that the DACA recipients are the best people she has ever met:

In this video, she goes absolutely nuts, and then I call out after her for attacking me.

Of course, she ran away as other members of the Indivisble 45 protesters gathered around her and held her hands. Then she started crying, and I called her out on that, too. Liberals and leftists have been telling themselves and others that they are perennial, eternal victims, and that mentality leads to acts of violence, like that woman grabbing at my camera.

Shame on her. Shame on all of them!

Not only did I catch them showing their true colors, but the OC Register photographer gave much-needed coverage to the Americans killed by illegal aliens.

Check out these incredible photos:

Once again, I am really, really impressed that the OC Register photographer respected my wishes and covered me with fair and balanced respect. The LA Times reporter and photographer was present, too, and he just asked me my name, nothing more.

The Los Angeles Times sent one reporter to do a series of hit pieces on me, and they have pretty much fallen flat. The OC Register has provided more quality reporting, I have found.

In spite of the fact that I could not meet with Rep. Mimi Walters' staff about ending DACA and stopping amnesty, I am really glad that I could be there.

OC Register Reports: CAGOP Who Voted For, Against Tax Reform Bill

While six Southern California Republicans voted for the tax-reform deal approved by the House on Tuesday, the other two — among the most vulnerable Republicans seeking reelection next year — cast “no” votes after saying the plan would hurt taxpayers in their districts.

No, these tax cuts plans would not hurt the constituents in their district or in other districts. Lowering the federal income tax brackets is a win for everyone. Lowering the corporate tax rates is also a win for everyone, since that means more business growth, more expansion, and more jobs.

Backers of the plan, which Democrats united in opposing, championed its tax cuts and said it would spur economic growth. They also noted that some deductions from the previous version approved by the House had been restored.

These tax cuts will indeed spur growth, especially with repeal of the awful individual mandate.

“The final version of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act creates a competitive, pro-growth tax code that will empower a new generation of American innovation and prosperity,” said Rep. Ed Royce, R-Yorba Linda.

Go Ed Royce Go! So happy that he stood up to the mauling and caterwauling of the Indivisible 39 activists who have repeatedly harassed his office and staffers.

High-cost, high-tax states — including California — could see tax hikes for many because of a new limit to the deduction allowance for state and local taxes and a $750,000 cap deductions for new home mortgages, down from $1 million for existing mortgages.

Lie. The federal income tax rates have been lowered, along with the corporate tax rates. They are not telling the truth when they claim that blue states are going to get hammered.

The plan approved Tuesday would allow deductions of state and local property, income and sales taxes, with a combined limit of $10,000. Currently, there is no cap on the state and local tax deductions. The earlier proposal approved by the House would have eliminated the income and sales tax deductions entirely.

The rest of the country should not be picking up the tab for high-tax blue states like California, New York, New Jersey, and Highway. It's a good thing that these SALT deductions are getting held in check.

“Due to the pressure of several members like me, the bill was improved, but not enough for my constituents,” Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, R-Costa Mesa, wrote on Facebook in signaling his continued opposition Monday night. Rohrabacher was joined by Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Vista, and 10 other Republicans in voting against the tax reform.

It looks as though Rohrabacher is feeling the heat from the left-wing onslaught in his district. That's too bad. Same thing for Darrell Issa. Does the San Diego Republican expect to get re-elected next year

The bill passed in the House 227 to 203, but the chamber is expected to vote again on Wednesday after the Senate made changes to keep passage in that chamber to a simple majority.

The bill eventually returned the House because of required last minute changes due to the US Senate's Byrd rule. The House ultimately voted for the legislation 224-201.

Issa’s district would be particularly impacted by the reduction in deductions allowances because it has among the highest number of taxpayers who itemize their returns and so could be affected by the change.

Why is that? I wish that OC Register had provided more information on these details.

In his district, which straddles the Orange-San Diego county line, 46 percent of filers itemize with an average $10,024 of state and local tax deductions, according to the Government Finance Officers Association. That means those with the average deduction or more in his district would likely be paying more federal taxes.

The Orange County district of Rep. Mimi Walters, R-Laguna Beach, also has among the highest numbers of taxpayers who itemize — 45 percent with an average SALT (state-and-local-tax) deduction of $8,794.

“While I had reservations about previous version of this legislation, I worked to secure meaningful changes that will benefit the taxpayers of (my) district,” said Walters, a member of the House GOP leadership team. She cited increasing the SALT deduction and mortgage-interest deductions from the previous version, the doubling of the child-care tax credit and restoring deductions for student loan interest.

She's also one of the key GOP leaders in the House of Representatives. They would  not have taken too kindly to her opposition, likely removing her from leadership.

She also noted the near-doubling of the standard deduction of $12,000 for single filers and $24,000 for joint filers.

This fact answers the charges that any vote for the GOP Tax Reform would have immediately led to higher taxes for California taxpayers. Not necessarily.

Issa has been listed by the news site Roll Call as the most vulnerable House member in next year’s elections, and has drawn four Democratic challengers. Rohrabacher is listed by Roll Call as the fifth most vulnerable and has drawn 12 challengers, eight of them Democrats.

Of course they are talking about Congressman Darrell Issa. His head on a wall would be particularly gratifying for liberals, Democrats, and left-wing progressives, since he was the fiery chairman of the House Oversight Committee from 2011-2015.

Voters in those two districts reelected the Republican incumbent last year but favored Hillary Clinton over Donald Trump. That was also the case in the districts of Reps. Royce, Walters, and Steve Knight, R-Palmdale. The opposition to Trump contributed to Democrats’ targeting all five districts in their effort to flip the 24 GOP seats necessary to take control of the House next year.

California is turning into another massive battleground state for Democrats, and the remaining Republicans have to wonder what it will take to stay in office. After years of surviving mounted challenges, I doubt that David Valadao or Jeff Denham are going to get pushed out. They have formed strong relPationships with Democratic and Republican voters, and they squish on amnesty over and over again. While I hate that, and many Republican voters want secure borders not open amnesty, the fact is that these two House Reps fall on their sword on this one issue--and they stay in office.

House Democrats voted unanimously against the reform plan because they felt it benefited the wealthy and businesses at the expense of others, and because it undermined the Affordable Care Act by eliminating the individual mandate to have health insurance.

Of course the legislation will benefit "the wealthy", the highest income earners in the country are paying most of the taxes!

“Instead of providing tax relief to middle-class families and small businesses like the ones here in the Inland Empire, this bill is specifically designed to give massive tax breaks to the wealthiest corporations and individuals in our country,” said Rep. Pete Aguilar, D-Redlands.

Peter Agui-LIAR is at it again. The tax reform package benefits middle and lower income voters. This is a lie. Shame on Peter!

“In addition to adding a trillion dollars to the deficit, this bill will drive up health care costs and raise taxes for millions of working Americans,” he said. “Tax reform should be about creating a level playing field where every American has a chance to find success, not lining the pockets of wealthy corporations on the backs of working people.”

Aguilar cares about the deficit now? Seriously, this guy shovels it with both hands. What is the matter with these lawless, loose moral Democrats? Don't they have any shame left? No one is buying their anti-Trump class warfare garbage anymore. They don't seem to realize that Barack Obama is gone, and no matter how much his Organizing for Action interest group hustles throughout the country, Americans are happy to have their country back.

Final Reflection

Steve Knight, Mimi Walters, and Ed Royce voted for the Tax Reforms. Despite the most vocal efforts of the different Indivisible Groups, these Republicans voted to cut taxes for the Middle and Working class voters of their districts and the entire country.

Let's hope that the rest of us Trump Supporters, MAGA Activists, and the no-longer Silent Majority will continue to raise heaven and ensure that the Pro-American agenda of our President continues without obstruction from Congress.

Growing Decline of Media: Reading About Hawthorne in ... the OC Register?

Now this is a new media low.

Already, local papers are getting bought out because of declining sales, revenue, adds, readers, etc.

Now, it's gotten to the point where newspapers with one kind of title are promoting stories from other counties, which have no clear connection to the readers in that area.

Case in point:

Here is the top section of the OC Register eblast highlighting the top stories for November 8, 2017.

Notice that the second story focuses on the death of a dog, murdered by the owner, who lives in ... Hawthorne?

Hawthorne, California is in the South Bay section of Los Angeles County.

That's not Orange County, people. Why would Orange County readers by learning about this animal cruelty incident? The story is not large or noteworthy enough to have a widespread expansion in a paper. This makes no sense at all.

What are we witnessing, then?

The mainstream liberal corporate media is running out of money, revenue, readership, and now relevance. It looks like the entire Southern California News Group is running out of reporters, too, since they can't pay them anymore. They have to poach stories from Los Angeles County to have something to print in an Orange County newspaper.

Really? The whole news group is falling into decline.

LienHard: Brea DACA Protest/Intersection Debacle Caused by SEIU

I received this email from a writer/reporter named Lienhard (midsommer_mews@yahoo.com).

This is a shocking write-up regarding what happened in Brea during a DACA rally,
in which the driver was caught in the middle of an intersection and then taken into custody
for attempted battery ... just trying to get out of the intersection while surrounded by
vile, violent SEIU thugs!

------------------------------------------------------------------------

On Friday, SEIU completed Day 2 of a Pro-Illegal Immigrant/DACA demonstration in front of Ed Royce's office in Downtown Brea. Every major news station was present, cameras aligned and focused on a Spanish speaking female at the miked speaker's platform directly in front of Royce's office.

The Brea Buzz page filled in some blanks as to why there was such a big response. Thursday panicked citizens were wondering why the Brea/Birch intersection was blocked and flooded with police. In response to the confusion, one of the Admins of the Buzz page finally posted an article by the OC Register, which discussed the incident: Unite Here Local 11 bused members into Brea from Mac Arthur Park in Los Angeles, and a man waiting at an intersection was arrested for driving into the crowd of protestors.

Friday the same Admin posted a generalized statement by the Brea PD, but he has blocked people from commenting on the incidence, thereby censoring reality and the opportunity for citizens to have a "teachable moment" with their children on "Why American unions would fight so hard to have illegal aliens take the jobs of American workers." Since he is a parent who ran for School Board on transparency, fairness, and civility, you'd think he wouldn't let a moment like this go to waste.

The video from the Unite Here Local 11 Facebook site shows protestors blocking the intersection in several directions. They claim an "irate driver purposely chose to ram the protestors." The suggestion being that he was acting against their cause. The video shows that the protestors were crossing on a red light, and swarmed in front of the guy in the lead car on purpose, in response to the many, many cars which were honking at being blocked. None of the police interfered with the protestors or barred them from overtaking the intersection.

This is a busy, heavily traveled intersection in town. Most importantly, this is Orange County where people are not used to the violence of Third World, Latin American, gang banger types...people with sticks defiantly blocking any means of egress while fomenting fear and hostility. Those folks who have not lived in L.A. County do not understand this huge cultural difference, until it traps them in their car as they're just trying to get some Starbucks or make it back to work on time.

Since the police refused to control the situation, it appears the panicked driver (whose car bears handicapped license plates) tried to inch forward as protestors beat on his car and jumped on the hood. When the police finally did go into the fray it was to stop the driver mid-intersection. The police then found themselves surrounded by people closing in on them, intent on getting to the driver. As the cops yelled at people to get back in one direction, another group of protestors chose to try to get to the driver behind the cops' backs. A frightening lack of respect for authority.

Brea PD was definitely not ready to act in real time to anarchy or larger numbers of people (think Reginald Denny).

In contrast, Friday's police presence actually controlled the intersection, the area/street in front of Royce's office, and the flow of people, except that their presence lent a creepy and dangerous feeling to an entertainment and shopping area of the city.

It also shows the extremes it takes to get a fully functional police department, and the power of the unions and the Pro-DACA movement, which were able to get priceless, coordinated media coverage to further their movement.

BTW, I'm going to see Milo at CSUF next Tuesday. It will be interesting to see how the more liberal city next door handles a really big event with a high probability of Antifa players. Game on.
