Desperate Dean Heller Jumps on Judicial Nominee Train

Dean Heller is the only major Republican Swamp Creature ready to fight for his seat in the United States Senate next year.

It's not looking good for him, though, as his primary polling numbers have continued to crater against Danny Tarkanian, the outsider conservative, tea-party, pro-Trump challenger is not afraid to stand up to the Establishment.

Heller has been sending out crazy eblasts for his campaign bid, including a picture of him when he was in the late 1980s.

Now he is trying to ride of the coattails of the successful effort from Senator Chuck Grassley to put an end to the never-ending filibusters of the ruthless, obstructionist Democratic Party to President Trump's judicial nominees.

Did Dean Heller really have anything to do with this?

Nope! THis guy has been playing along with the Establishment, content to vote for what the base wants when the Republicans did not have control of the White House.

As soon as Trump shows up, however, all the campaign promises from the US Senators wilted away into nothing, and now the voters in Nevada are angry. So am I, and they need to go!

The fact that we have so many judicial emergencies is incredibly concerning and should be a wake-up call to all Senators, especially those that are slowing down this important process.

The unprecedented obstruction by Democrats has crippled the judicial system from fully functioning and I’ve had enough of their games.

While 46 of President Trump’s judicial nominees wait to be confirmed by the U.S. Senate, liberal activist courts like the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals are overreaching and dramatically influencing public policy in our country.

Yes, it is true that the Ninth Circuit is abusive and outrageous. The federal courts working beneath the Ninth Circuit have been unjustly responsible for allowing illegal aliens to stay in the United States and violate the sovereignty of our country.

It's easy to attack an issue which someone else has already won.

It's really strange, too, that Heller wants to run under the success of President Trump, yet at the same time he refused to support the President and walked away

Democrats know they can delay the process and keep us from getting conservatives on the bench and the way to beat them is to keep the Senate in session around the clock.

We can get this done if we stop taking breaks and work until the job is done.

OK, NOW Heller wants to get busy.

Really?! What has he been doing for the last 11 months? Why did he vote against the initial repeal of Obamacare earlier this year? Why did he help torpedo other provisional repeals?

The good news is, the Senate has started to address the issue of judicial vacancies, and we have the advantage and the momentum. After the judicial confirmations this week, we will have confirmed more Circuit Court Judges in just a few months in the Senate, than Obama could in 8 years.

Let's face it--the President has been pushing through successful reforms, and he has found willing allies with some people in the United States Senate.

Heller is playing nice with conservatives now because he knows that his days are numbered. But voters are not used to getting fooled and taken advantage of forever. This game will not last forever, and it will not end will for Heller.

Final Reflection

Dean Heller is toast, but we can see why.

Heller has been feeling the heat of an angry, enraged conservative base and Republican leaders in general throughout the Silver State. They wanted real change, they wanted action, they want things to improve in their lives, and they want to see American Great Again.

He is also signaling growing support for amnesty for the DACA brats. This is wrong, and we just cannot allow this. He needs to pay attention to the needs of American citizens, and so far the outrage from the voter base has tempered his undue enthusiasm for the little illegal alien kids.

There is winning going on for the American First movement throughout the country--and that victory will include putting Heller out to early retirement.

Repealing Obamacare, for example, is another crucial part of the agenda, and yet Heller stymied these efforts earlier in the year. They had a budget reconciliation process ahead of them to push the full repeal as they had done in 2015, the repeal which they had placed on President Obama's desk, which of course he had vetoed. This abuse of power, this decision not to comply with the will and the wishes of a constitutional republic will not go unchecked.

All of this has to be faced head on, and part of that will mean the loss of Dean Heller in his re-election bid next year.

Tarkanian: The Establishment Can Run, But Can't Hide

Danny Tarkanian, the outsider US Senateo candidate running against Dean Heller for the United States Senate in Nevada, is not mincing words!

He calls out both Mitch McConnell AND Dean Heller in one eblast.

Not only that, but he took down Heller for being a Never-Trumper, and had the audacity and the veracity to point out how Heller's hate for Trump helped Hillary Clinton win Nevada!

Incredible but true! Let's not forget that Dr. Joe Heck hurt his chances for the US Senate once Harry Reid retired. Why? Because two months before Election Day, the Billy Bush recording came out, and Heck got cold feet and disavowed President Trump.

Danny Tarkanian Calls Out Establishment GOP Heller: "Deceitful Dean!"

This is the kind of fighting that we need from our elected officials. We see this kind of fighting spirit more and more from primary challengers across the country.

Roy Moore encapsulated the power of the American people, men and women who are fed up with the Swamp dictating who wins and who loses.

We want the wall built.

We want Obamacare repealed.

We want to see illegal immigration reduced to a net zero, and we want American jobs, American lives, and American values placed as pre-eminent.

In no wise did we send people to Washington DC in order to represent a permanent political class more interested in their own interests while disregarding the needs of the American people and the dictates of the United States Constitution.

Dean Heller is a Swamp creature at this point. He is more interested in deceit than he is in operating as a straight shooter, to do what is best for Nevadans and to follow the outlined mandates in the United States Constitution. He repeatedly campaigned on repealing Obamacare. Now he is skittish about the whole affair. He supposedly railed against illegal immigration.

But now he wants to co-sponsor the BRIDGE Act, to provide legal status to illegal aliens while ignore the needs and concerns of law-abiding citizens.

His stark challenger is Danny Tarkanian, and he is not playing nice.

Dean Heller: A BRIDGE Too Far for Nevadans

I spent a great part of my previous week in Washington DC lobbying US Senators and House Reps to hold the line against amnesty and to stand with the American people to protect Americans and our national interests.

Yet some lawmakers never learn. They really think that they can kick their base in the face (and the teeth), and then they will come back to the general election ballot box and vote for more of the same.

Not going to happen.

A constituent in Nevada received a formal letter outlining US Senator Dean Heller's full stance on immigration issues, particularly the fate of the young Nightmares.

It is demoralizing, to say the least:

The BRIDGE Act would grant leagal status to the 800,000 plus illegal aliens who were brought here as youths.

I spoke to the staffers in his DC office. I could not make it more abundantly clear that these young illegals are not by and large American citizens who simply lack legal status.

In too many cases, they have turned into virulent activists who want everything outlined and flowing their way because they have shouted loud enough and taken up the public square with their demands, and theirs only.

The most fundamental outrage I have about all of this is pretty basic: why are our elected officials getting all up in arms about these illegal aliens? American citizens need to be the first, foremost, and final priority. Whatever responses one outlines for the illegal aliens in this country must work in the best interests of the American citizenry and our country.

What does that mean? Deporting illegal aliens of all ages, regardless of their point or means of entry. This situation is not my problem--nor is it the fault of anyone else besides the selfish parents who bound their children into this terrible plight.

Then add to this mess the Democratic Party's cynical political power-mongering to line up their election chances for a generation. We the People did not create this mess, so why should we have to pay any more?

Heller's selling out didn't stop there with the BRIDGE Act:

Heller plays the "nation of immigrants" card.

WRONG! We are a nation of citizens. We are nation of laws. The rule of law, and the compact of a free citizenry into one political culture belongs to us Americans and to all men and women who enter the United States legally.

Once again, Heller is more interested in the plight of illegal aliens than United States Citizens. If only our lawmakers spent as much time and energy on secure our borders instead of pandering to immigrants, this country would be better for all!

I have a letter from when I called him out on voting down, months back on Health Care. Heller wrote back and said he supported Obamacare, wanted to make some changes. He was working with Cassidy and Graham however when that was presented this week Heller's name wasn't on that bill. 

He lies, and he will be voted out. I told you few weeks back I am helping Danny T. Republican who supports Our President, We the People. We have our first meet and greet I put together this coming Friday night. You actually helped me to stand up in my community, watching you guys over there gave me courage to stand up here.  If we don't they (the corrupt will take over).
