Marriage Still Matters to GOP Vermont: US Senate Race 2022

Marriage still matters to the Republican base, even in liberal Vermont

‘Ahead-scratcher’: Vermont’s GOP voters nominate a surprising slate of candidates

Even those who won Vermont’s Republican primary elections on Tuesday say they’re baffled by the results.

In the race for U.S. Senate, GOP voters rejected former U.S. Attorney Christina Nolan, a moderate and institutional favorite, for Gerald Malloy, a Trump-aligned conservative.

Christina Nolan was an out-lesbian, and she was endorsed by Mitch McConnell. She had two clear strikes against her as far as the Republican base is concerned.

Perhaps the biggest upset of the night was Malloy’s defeat of Nolan, though a July poll by the University of New Hampshire Survey Center showed him with a slight lead. Malloy, a West Point graduate and 22-year Army veteran who moved to Vermont just two years ago, won close to 40% of the vote. Nolan, who picked up the endorsements of Gov. Phil Scott and U.S. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., garnered just 35%.

Vermont Governor Phil Scott is one of the most liberal Republicans in the GOP Governor's Association, probably more liberal than Massachusetts' own Charlie Baker.

Reached Thursday, Malloy struck a unifying tone, saying that moderates like Scott belong in his GOP.

“I see us as one party, and I see us as rallying together for this general election,” Malloy told VTDigger.

But his association with the party’s conservative wing suggests he is not quite a Phil Scott Republican. Which legislators does he admire? Malloy pointed to Rep. Art Peterson, R-Clarendon, and Rep. Vicki Strong, R-Albany, whose endorsement he earned.

“Just great Vermonters, great Americans, just doing the best for Vermont,” Malloy said. (He also cited President Abraham Lincoln, “the first Republican President,” as a favorite.)

The two representatives Malloy mentioned inhabit the outer edge of the GOP. Peterson made the rounds at Thayer’s anti-Critical Race Theory rallies and, in a House committee meeting, questioned whether systemic racism exists. Strong, meanwhile, is among the Legislature’s most outspoken opponents of abortion rights and has said she would not comply with mask and vaccine mandates.

I am surprised that there are Republicans in Vermont who still fight against abortion. I am certainly glad that members of the state legislature oppose Critical Racist Theory, too.

“I certainly seek to emulate how they perform for the state,” Malloy said.

That emulation might explain his success. Malloy cited his experience in business and in the military as key to his victory, but others suggested it was Nolan’s lack of conservative bonafides.

That lack of conservative credentials is the bigger deal. No question about it

“She refused to answer the question of who she voted for (for president),” said H. Brooke Paige, a regular on the Republican ballot who picked up nominations for attorney general, auditor, secretary of state and treasurer on Tuesday. “She started to blow off the debates and forums or whatever we were having.”

For once, an establishment candidate got crushed for ducking debates. That's the kind of thing we hope to see more of in future elections.

Paige said Nolan was notably absent at four events he attended. In the week leading up to the primary, Nolan’s failure to show up to a Vermont Republican Party economic forum in St. Albans drew the ire of fellow Senate candidate Myers Mermel, who picked up 17% of Tuesday’s vote and had throughout the race gone on the offensive against Nolan. His attacks against Nolan left Malloy safe above the fray.

“I was somewhat surprised to see Gerald Malloy beat out Christina Nolan. I attributed a lot of that to the third candidate, Myers Mermel, spending a lot of money and time bashing Christina,” said Benning, the Caledonia County senator who won the Republican nomination for lieutenant governor. “I think Gerald Malloy took advantage of staying out of that.”

Asked about his decision to target Nolan, Mermel said it was a service to voters. “I believed it was the right thing for me to do to make sure that people knew the truth about the establishment candidate,” he told VTDigger.

But rather than his attacks, Mermel suggested, it was Nolan’s endorsements from McConnell and Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine, that cost her with Vermonters, as did her outspoken willingness to disagree with her potential Republican colleagues in the U.S. Senate. “I had heard repeatedly from the people I spoke to that they didn't want to see a Republican like that get elected,” Mermel said.

(The Nolan campaign did not respond to an interview request on Thursday.)

While Malloy took hardline anti-abortion and anti-gun-reform stances, Nolan said she supported Roe v. Wade and red flag laws. She is also lesbian and has spoken in favor of marriage equality. On a night in which women dominated the Democratic ticket, not a single woman won statewide for the Republicans.

And here's the issue I want to focus on: "She ... has spoken in favor of marriage equality." That's a big dud with Republican voters still. In spite of the GOP political establishment's drive to run away from cultural issues, the GOP base wants the party leaders to support the natural family, stand up for natural marriage, and push back on the encroaching, destructive LGBT agenda.

Senate Conservatives for Election 2018: McConnell Makes Excuses

The leadership in Washington DC sucks because the Swamp still runs the show.

Too many people make money off the government. They depend on the largesse. When Richard Nixon wanted to shut down the Tea Tasting Board, a number of interest groups lobbied against the move.

Nixon had to back off. The Swamp, the huge clutch of consultants, lobbyists, and bureaucrats who make big money off of government spending fight back against any cuts to the state and federal budgets.

Congressmen have more interest in keeping their jobs than making sure that we can keep our Republic.

No one said that Making America Great Again would be easy. We have a long, long road ahead of us, but with Trump's election and the fight against the political class, we are getting our country back.

In the meantime, it is well worth our while to put a fire under the butts of the bad leadership in Washington who continue to get rich while the rest of the country gets poor.

We need to get better leadership than McConnell, but who will replace him?

Senate Conservatives Fund
Arthur:

Facing the prospect of big Republican losses in the midterm elections, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) has begun yet another effort to deflect blame for his own mistakes.

After failing to deliver on the party's promises to repeal Obamacare, defund Planned Parenthood, and build the border wall, McConnell is determined to avoid responsibility.

Specifically, he's working to lower expectations for the midterm elections and to make President Trump responsible for the fallout.

"We know the wind is going to be in our face. We don’t know whether it’s going to be a Category 3, 4 or 5," McConnell told reporters in a transparent effort to position himself as the victim and to make it look like Republicans are on defense this year even though it's the Democrats who have to defend far more seats.

McConnell's supporters have also begun a coordinated PR campaign to argue that it's President Trump, not Senator McConnell, who is responsible for the outcome of the midterm elections.

One pollster friendly to McConnell said, "If Donald Trump wants to keep a Republican Congress, he has to differentiate when he's attacking Congress in general versus the Republicans in Congress."

Got that?

The establishment is saying that President Trump is the reason why voters don't like Republicans in Congress. Never mind that the GOP leadership has failed to deliver; it's Trump's fault for acknowledging it.

But there's more...

Karl Rove and others are now arguing that Mitch McConnell would have delivered on a robust legislative agenda if not for a string of conservative candidates who cost them seats in past elections.

This is the argument they always pull out when their backs are really against the wall. It's total nonsense.

First, it's Mitch McConnell who has cost Republicans numerous Senate seats by nominating weak establishment candidates and by abandoning viable conservative candidates. And it's Mitch McConnell who continues to insist on passing bills with 60 votes when he has several tools to pass reforms with a simple majority.

Even when he had a chance to repeal Obamacare with just 50 votes, he wouldn't do it!

The truth is that Mitch McConnell does not support a conservative legislative agenda and there is no amount of power that would lead him to pass conservative reforms. He could have 70 Republicans in the Senate and he would still make excuses.

It's time for Senate Republicans to replace Mitch McConnell with a leader who truly believes in limited government, respects and values the grassroots, and will fight for conservative policies.

Sign the petition to Ditch Mitch now!

It's also time to elect more true conservatives to the Senate who truly believe in our principles. Electing more Republicans like Susan Collins (R-ME), Lamar Alexander (R-TN), and John McCain (R-AZ) isn't the answer. They can't be counted on to keep their promises.

In fact, Republicans like these fight against conservatives more than they fight against Democrats!

Thank you for doing so much to promote conservative leadership. With your support, we will ultimately replace Mitch McConnell and give Americans a real voice in the Senate.

Sincerely,

It's Over: DACA is Dead, and It's the Democrats' Fault

I was worried there for a while. I thought that the United States Senators in both parties were going to fall all over each other to prove which side could be more compassionate toward illegal aliens at the expense of American citizens.

Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has passed through two budget proposals in the last two months, and both times the Democrats were not able to get any DREAM Act or amnesty proposals onto the legislation.

McConnell kept his word, and allowed for a free floor debate on four different immigration amendments.

The first amendment, the McCain-Coons proposal, would grant amnesty to 1.8 million illegal aliens while allowing for further study to construct a wall along the southern border.

That legislation was dead on arrival for me.

Check out how that piece of legislation went down:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c4Jsm64cl8s

Every bill needed to reach 60 votes to muster cloture and lead to a floor vote.

That didn't happen for this bill.

There was one setback. Toomey's amendment, to strip federal grants from sanctuary jurisdictions, also failed, but three Democrats did cross over to vote for it:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oU0rAIJ9qEQ

Then there was the abortive Rounds-King-Collins legislation, which was really bad. Sure, there would be a wall someday, but then any illegal alien who entered the country until June 29, 2018 would be able to apply for amnesty. One can only imagine the rush of foreign nationals to our nation's borders. Not only that, but the legislation which curtail the efforts of ICE and DHS to apprehend and deport illegal aliens. The legislation pretty much amounted to a "sanctuary nation" bill.

And 8 Republicans voted for it!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gi68RjxnSCk

When does their anti-American insanity stop?!

The last bill, the least objectionable but still not good enough, was the Grassley bill, which would end the Diversity VISA Lottery, chain migration, provide a $25 billion trust fund for the wall, and grant an extended pathway to citizenship for 1.8 million illegal aliens.

That legislation actually received the fewest Aye votes, and for me it still was not good enough.

This amendment process was the last, best hope for the United States Senate Democrats to get anything done for their illegal alien handlers.

And they failed, big time. Not only that, but they have signaled to the coutnry that they care more about illegal aliens and bringing in more third-world immigrants for cheap votes and a cheapened, government-dependent culture which will keep them in power.

Now one has to wonder if they have any political viability left, especially at the federal level, where they have promised left-wing, left-of-center results, only to see their chances dashed again and again.

Twitter users are deriding the deal that would have been good enough for many illegals who wanted any kind of chance to stay in the country:
Then the Colonel added:

The press followed the four amendment votes very closely. Here are the final tallies:

Insane: Senate Democrats Filibuster Open Debate on Immigration

The Senate Democrats shut down the government in January. The "Schumer Shutdown" ended up a "Schumer Letdown."

The second budget deadline has passed, and even though the spending was vastly over-budget, Republicans can move onto letting Democrats hang themselves on their overzealous virtue signalling.

10 Democratic US Senators are in dire straits going into this year's election. They don't want to take a firm stance on immigration, but hope to ride out the latest wave of public sentiment to live and fight for their special interests another six years.

Check out the litany of tweets from GOP US Senators trying to move on immigration:

Majority Leader McConnell is shocked--shocked!--I tell you, and has been sharing his frustration with his liberal colleagues on the stalled immigration debate. First, he reminds everyone that he promised an open debate on the issue:

OK, and he also hoped that Democrats would past playing politics and just do the right thing:
Of course, his efforts have been immediately stymied:
WHAT? Didn't Democrats want a real debate and a chance to get some movement on lasting immigration laws and priorities? My wish list is enforcement, enforcement, and more enforcement on top of that. What are Democrats thinking? They have a chance to get their "DREAMS" to come true. But ...
Shame on these Democrats! They never wanted to fix this problem, after all. They only wanted to demagogue this issue ad infinitum. It's not even about amnesty for illegal aliens. They are really worried about losing the chain migration aspect, which has allowed Democrats to import legions of new voters legally! As of three hours again (from the date of this post), Senate Democrats are still not allowing a debate!
Now we find out what is going on. Democrats just want amnesty. They have no interest in securing the border or ensuring that this problem ends once and for all:
This is expert trolling from Mitch McConnell. I wish that he was consistently conservative in all other facets of his Majority Leadership. He still has to go, in my opinion. What are other GOP senators talking about? Chuck Grassley is really upset!

It get worse:
By the way, President Trump has signalled" support for Grassley's bill. But that only means that Democrats will double down in their insane, Trump Derangement Syndrome Opposition. They cannot, will not allow the press, the legal strictures, or the public record grant Trump any kind of victory on immigration. Of course, any form of amnesty would not be a victory to the base which sent Trump to Congress, and I believe--once again, I am writing this--that Trump has merely expected the Democrats to keep shooting themselves in the foot because the left-wing base in this country is absolutely insane, demanding a "Clean" DREAM Act and no border metrics or security measures.

Democrats are digging a deeper hole for themselves, and they are revealing to the country, and even their left-wing base, that they do not want to deal with immigration reform on any level, of any kind.

This latest fail is going to blow up in their faces come November. Just you watch.

SCF: Not McConnell's But Schumer's Budget! Reject the $300 Billion Boondoggle Budgtet

Senate Conservatives Fund
Mitch McConnell and Chuck Schumer

Arthur:

In 2011, conservatives in Congress were unsuccessful in getting all of their "Cut, Cap, and Balance" budget plan enacted, but they succeeded in pressuring party leaders to pass new spending caps as part of the Budget Control Act.

Sadly, those gains are being reversed by the new spending deal cut by Senators Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and Chuck Schumer (D-NY), which will bust the caps with $300 billion in new spending.

And if that's not bad enough, the deal also includes over $80 billion in so-called disaster relief, more corporate tax extenders for their Washington buddies, an expansion of farm subsidies, and yet another suspension in the federal debt limit.

This deal is yet another example of why Mitch McConnell should be immediately replaced as the Republican leader.

Please take a minute to send an instant message to all Senate Republicans urging them to replace Mitch McConnell.

McConnell has bragged about his role in negotiating the Budget Control Act for years. He even highlighted it as "McConnell's Moment" in his recent book called The Long Game.

Since this latest deal nullifies the law's spending caps, it's probably only fair to call it "Schumer's Moment."

If there was any doubt about who won the shutdown debate last month, this clears it up. Not only did the Democrats get the spending and debt they wanted in the budget debate, but they also got McConnell to agree to put their amnesty bill on the floor.

Enough is enough. Tell Republicans to replace McConnell.

With unified Republican control of the House, the Senate, and the White House, Republicans should be passing conservative policies yet Mitch McConnell has failed to keep many of the party's biggest campaign promises.

Obamacare has not been repealed, the border wall has not been funded, Planned Parenthood is still receiving taxpayer money, and federal spending is continuing to explode.

Mitch McConnell prides himself on being a deal maker, but all of his deals advance a liberal agenda. The only "long game" he's playing is one that buries our children and grandchildren in debt.

It's why Senator Ted Cruz once called McConnell "the most effective Democratic leader in modern times."

If you agree that it's time for Senate Republicans to ditch Mitch, please send them a message right now.

This latest spending and debt deal with Chuck Schumer shows why we cannot afford to tolerate McConnell's failed leadership anymore.

Let's work together to replace failed leaders and drain the swamp.

Sincerely,
Ken Cuccinelli II

Illegal Alien Dreams Deferred

President Trump and the Republican Congress are finally acting like the leaders in Washington DC. What did it take for them to kick their majority into gear? Losing a sure-win Senate seat in deep red Alabama. Hate to say it, but God indeed worked in mysterious ways. Judge Roy Moore’s untimely loss has turned into the conservative grassroots’ long-term gain. Not that I wanted him to lose, but now McConnell knows that his time to resign is near. If he doesn’t deliver real MAGA results, then he can forget his cushy retirement in a lobbying firm.

He and the rest of the Republican Congress actually worked to get tax reform passed, and Speaker Paul Ryan confirmed the major reforms, with the repeal of the odious individual mandate in Obamacare. Another key win for the conservative grassroots with tax reform and the following spending bills? The GOP leaders have blocked an DACA provisions in the latest continuing resolution to fund the government through January. By then, Al Franken-groper will be gone for good, and Doug Jones will be seated. That white version of Barack Obama will vote a very centrist line in the US Senate, further outraging the Democratic Party and emboldening Republican chances in November 2018. I tell you what, Mitch. You kill any discussions of amnesty, you stop any floor vote on a DACA Fix, you get the RAISE Act to the President’s desk, and I will say “All is forgiven.”

At any rate, we are seeing some real winning. And with this timely Christmas victory, it should come as no surprise that the apoplectic left has gone nuclear. CNN trotted out a heavily slanted poll to suggest a Democratic wave is targeting Republican majorities next year. The tax cuts and job creation that will rally ahead in the next six months should encourage conservative voters and energize Trump’s supporters across the country, especially in Rust Belt States. The loudest, most rabid left-wing are the DACA recipients and their enabling supporters. 7,000 DACA kids (actually adults) a day are seeing their unconstitutional permits expiring. It’s about time this lawless giveaway went away.

Their methods for forcing any kind of DREAM Act legislation are getting stringent, extreme, and I fear violent. In California, I have confronted these illegal alien activists in front of three different Congressmen’s offices. They have traveled as far Apple Valley in the High Desert to North Orange County. They have also pressured every other Republican House Rep in the California delegation who has not come out in favor of a DREAM Act.

It’s astonishing to me how desperate and delusional their movement has become. Republican voters are emphatically opposed to amnesty. After eight years of Obama, one would think that even the most progressive amnesty panderers would realize that the Democratic Party never intended to help out the illegals. President Obama commanded immense legislative majorities in Congress during the first two years of his administration. He squandered his political capital on Cap and Trade, which died in the supermajority Democratic US Senate.  He also forced on us Obamacare. Every center-left, red-state Democrat in the delegation hammered away at the single-payer fantasy to impose on the country the wildly unpopular Affordable Care Act.

There was no amnesty, no immigration reform, no pathways to citizenship, no expansion of the open borders agenda. Obama campaigned on immigration reform in 2008, then offered a politically cynical DACA executive order six months before election day 2012. But no legal, constitutional solution. No wonder immigrant activists declared “No votaré Obama!” in 2014, which ushered in more Republicans for a clean sweep in both chambers later that year. Unfortunately, some amnesty squishes worked their way into the GOP Wave (Thom Tillis, Corey Gardner), and another amnesty architect Lindsey Graham held onto his seat despite epic disapproval levels from South Carolina state party leaders.

Because of these lingering elements, immigration enforcement activists such as myself have not rested, but doubled-down to ensure full enforcement. When the pro-illegal factions want to throw a fit in front of a Congressman’s office, we show up to counter-protest, reminding our elected officials to put Americans first. To our welcome surprise, the pro-illegal protesters’ numbers are dwindling significantly. Last week, right outside Congressman Ed Royce’s (R-Fullerton) office, a grand total of two DACA agitators showed up against a larger presence of Trump supporters.

Illegal aliens have also resorted to taking over Congressional offices in Washington DC. They recently staged a sit-in in the Senator Majority Leader’s Office. McConnell’s response: “No DACA legislation this year.” Later, he announced that a decision will be reached by March next year. Democrats in Congress are not just feeling the heat: they are getting burned in effigy. Nancy Pelosi promised a clean DREAM Act by the end of the year. Didn’t happen. Chuck Schumer promised a deal on the same timetable. Hasn’t happened, and will not happen.

Shame on these Democrats.  What were they thinking?

US Senators pushed the Obamacare of immigration reforms in 2013, thankfully it died in the House. Dirty Harry Reid was still running the US Senate, blocking every spending bill from the House of Representatives.  They muscled through a massive enforcement first program with amnesty, and the people stopped it.
Four years later, Majority Leader McConnell feels the heat from the engaged and enraged public about illegal immigration. Unlike the violent, disruptive illegals blocking the halls of Congress and taking over the US Senate cafeteria, American citizens have every right to double down on their demands. Why? We are requiring our federal government to fulfill its basic mission: establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility, and provide for the common defense. After all, “We the People” means we the citizens, not “we the illegal aliens.”

The DREAMers are losing hope, and their dreams will be deferred to their home countries. Why should they complain, since their dreams don’t have borders, right? From now on, the American voters expect their lawmakers to put the hopes, dreams, and basic needs of American citizens first.

Nightmare Kids Temper Tantrum a Major Fail in Majority Leader's Office

The Nightmare kids don't have a chance.

They are throwing a massive fit in one US Senator's office after another.

Check out this pathetic display in Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell's office:

The staffers don't even care! McConnell probably instructed them not to pay any attention to the protesting illegal aliens sitting, lying, or jumping around on the floor of the US Senate.

What a sad day for these illegal aliens. Whatever dreams they had of throwing a fit to get their way--they are gone for good.

Check out this tantrum, too!

No DACA! No Amnesty! No Fascist USA!

SCF: No Obamacare Bailouts! Beware!

Senate Conservatives Fund
Arthur:

As you know, the Senate has included the repeal of Obamacare's individual mandate penalty in its version of the tax reform bill.

This is nowhere near the full "root and branch" repeal that voters were promised, but it will provide tax relief to millions of Americans who don't want to buy Obamacare insurance. This is very good.

However, this provision was added to the tax reform bill as part of a deal struck by Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) with moderate Republicans that also includes passing a separate bill giving bailout payments to health insurance companies.

This must be stopped!

Rather than lowering premiums by eliminating regulations, many Republicans would rather try to do it by subsidizing insurance companies. President Obama tried this and it failed miserably.

Also, once Congress starts bailing out insurance companies, the bailouts will never end. Liberals in both parties will forever call for more money to "stabilize" the marketplace.

Repealing the individual mandate tax is good, but trading that repeal for insurance bailouts is not. If Republicans want to lower premiums, they should repeal the benefit regulations. That is what they promised and that is what will solve the problem.

Under no circumstance should Congress ever approve bailouts for insurance companies. This is socialism and it will only make it harder for Americans to get access to quality health care.

The Senate is expected to begin debate on the tax reform bill next week and every conservative in the country must be ready to stop bailouts for Obamacare.

We will continue to monitor the debate and let you know what you can do to make sure it moves in the right direction.

Thank you for your support.

Judge Roy Moore: Liberal Media Debunked

LIBERAL MEDIA DEBUNKED: ROY MOORE WAS NEVER ON A MALL BAN LIST

GADSDEN, Ala. – In the wake of the media’s refusal to report on the truth about Judge Roy Moore, the Moore Campaign unveiled key witnesses that debunked claims that Moore was banned from the Gadsden Mall.

“We are intent upon bringing out the truth, when no one in the press or in D.C. seems to care,” said Moore campaign strategist, Brett Doster. “The quotes from these three people who would have personal knowledge of the mall’s security protocol completely counter everything alleged by the liberal media and the Moore Campaign’s political enemies.  Roy Moore is an honorable man, and his character is being affirmed by those who know him best.”

“In my 26 years working at Gadsden Mall, I never heard anything about Roy Moore being banned from the mall or any other mention of issues concerning him. As the Operations Manager overseeing Mall Security, I would have been aware of something like that.” - Johnny Adams, employed by the Gadsden Mall for 26 years and was the Operations Manager for 14 years, overseeing mall security.

"As an employee of the Gadsden Mall for Morrison's Cafeteria Corporation from the late 1970's through the mid-2000's, I would like to put forth a statement in regards to the allegations against Judge Roy Moore.  During my time at the Gadsden Mall, I formed many lifelong relationships including one with Barnes Boyle and his wife, Brenda.  Barnes Boyle was manager of the Gadsden Mall and Brenda was my manager at Morrison's Cafeteria for many years. Because of this relationship, I was abreast on the latest situations that happened throughout the Gadsden Mall during that time period.  There was a prominent man of Etowah County, whom is now deceased that was banned for reasons such as the allegations against Judge Moore. However, due to respect for the family, I decline to reveal his name. Despite allegations against other patrons of the mall, I never heard of Roy Moore's name come in conversation with any such misconduct against women or a supposed banning from the Gadsden Mall." - Johnnie V. Sanders, employee of Gadsden Mall from late 70’s to mid-2000’s.

"We did have written reports and things. To my knowledge, he {Moore} was not banned from the mall." - Barnes Boyle, Former Manager of the Gadsden Mall (1981-1986) WATCH.

“The people of Alabama are tired of false accusations and one-sided reporting from the liberal media,” Doster continued. “Truth matters or it doesn’t and the Moore Campaign will deliver the truth about the character of Judge Roy Moore to affirm what the people of Alabama are already convinced of.”

Judge Roy Moore: Mitch Wants a Fight? He Will Get One!

Fellow Conservative,

My sleeves are rolled up tight . . .

My heels are dug in deep . . .

After 40 years of slugging it out day in and day out with the forces of evil trying to rip apart the moral foundations of our society, I've had enough.

I apologize for my tone, but McConnell crossed the line by assaulting my integrity and character as a Christian man through his false accusations against me.

So if McConnell wants a fight -- I'm going to give him a fight.

And
I don't plan on holding back the punches.
That's why I'm counting on you to chip in a donation to help me fight back against McConnell with everything I've got until the bell tolls on December 12?
The sad truth is, Mitch McConnell and the national GOP are working hand-in-hand with liberal Democrats to steal the election away from the good people of Alabama.

Worse yet, McConnell is plotting behind the scenes with liberal Gloria Allred -- who takes credit for passage of Roe v. Wade -- in a nasty and vicious smear campaign against me.

This shows how much the establishment flat-out HATES our conservative Christian values.

They'd rather partner up with the same liberal who shoved Roe v. Wade down our throats -- which legalized the murder of unborn babies in America -- than elect a principled conservative fighter to the U.S. Senate who will work with Trump to Drain the Swamp.

If you're as disgusted and outraged as I am right now, I'd be honored to have you with me in my corner while I slug it out with McConnell and the elites on December 12.

So can I count on you to let me know you're with me by chipping in a generous contribution of $2,700, $2,000, $1,500, $1,000, $500, $250, $100, $75, $50 or $35 immediately.
Of course, I understand only a few people are able to afford $2,700 ($5,400 per couple) -- the maximum legal amount under federal law.

If you are such a person, this is a race worth investing the maximum amount.

This is our opportunity to FIRE Mitch McConnell and replace him with a firebrand conservative willing to Drain the Swamp.

Not only that, but the outcome on December 12 is expected to set the tone for the 2018 mid-term elections.

The stakes have never been higher.

A victory over McConnell on December 12 will embolden conservative patriots across the country to rise up, challenge the RINO's and elect a constitutional majority in Congress next November.

That's why I'm asking you to please chip in the maximum amount you can donate at this critical moment
For some, I know $50, $35 or $25 is a stretch -- and for others $5 or $10 can be a major sacrifice for others.

I'm not sure how much you can give right now.

But whatever the amount, please know your contribution is greatly appreciated and will be put to immediate use for my campaign.

So what do you say
?

Are you with me?

Will you stand with me and fight against McConnell with everything you've got?

I'm counting on you like never before. So please, chip in a donation to help me stand and fight the forces of evil and deliver a knock-out blow to McConnell and his cronies on December 12.

Thank you in advance for your support!
Sincerely,
Judge Roy Moore

BREAKING: 12 Alabama Women Affirm the Good Name of Judge Roy Moore

TWELVE ALABAMA WOMEN AFFIRM THE GOOD NAME OF JUDGE ROY MOORE

GADSDEN, Ala. – This evening, the Judge Roy Moore Campaign for U.S. Senate released the statements of twelve women who are coming forward as character witnesses for Roy Moore. Here are their statements:

“I have known Roy Moore for about forty years. Roy and I briefly dated when I was in my twenties. While I was around Roy, either just the two of us or with other people, he was always a true gentleman treating me with respect and courtesy. I can honestly say that I never have seen or heard any inappropriate remarks or behaviors while he was around me. I believe that Roy lives by his Christian beliefs and is a good man.
- Jennie Klingenbeck, Birmingham, AL (previously Gadsden, Alabama).

My name is Jaime Moses and I was born and raised in Gadsden, Alabama. I worked at Uncle Sam’s BBQ (closed now) for 10 years while in my 20’s and waited on Roy Moore and his family. Mr. Moore and his wife were nothing but friendly and respectful. The children were the same, which is a sign of great parenting. He knew many people dining there and spoke and shook hands with everyone. Not once did he make me feel uncomfortable. Working in the food industry can be hard sometimes and Mr. Moore’s kindness to myself and staff did not go unnoticed.

"My first remembrance of Roy Moore was grammar school. He was probably in Jr High school but all of us Gallant kids rode the same bus. He was always a gentle, kind boy and grew into an even more admirable man. He was my softball coach in my high school days and was always such a kind person, never a mean or hateful word to any of us. Only kindness and utmost respect! Have been friends with all of his family for many, many years. NEVER heard ANY mention of any such behavior in all these years. Have seen him at the local church several times with his knees bowed in prayer at the altar. Takes time to listen to people. Just a wonderful, Christian man in a small rural community. Devoted to family, friends and most of all God. Proud to know him and will continue to support him with our presence and prayers."
- Sharon Lamkin, Gallant, Alabama

"I have known Roy for over 30 years. I met him in 1984 when he met my sister in church and began dating her. He has always showed honor and dignity. I truly can't even begin to grasp that people would question his character. He has lived by what he preached since the day I met him."
- Kandi Kisor Smith, sister of Kayla Moore.

"I was the receptionist for Roy Moore the first time he was Chief Justice and I am proud of our history. I saw everything that went on in that office and I've never worked for anybody who was more considerate, honest, or kind. We all enjoyed our tenure there. He was always up and above board.  If any of these people who are slandering the good name of Roy Moore had ever worked with Judge they would know what a fine person he is. My history with Judge Moore was nothing but pleasurable and this is all upsetting to me."
- Marianne Rhodes, receptionist for Roy Moore during his tenure as Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court from 2000-2003.

"I feel it my duty to say that I have known Roy Moore since I was a kid. I worked closely with Roy (adjoining offices) when I was 16 years old. I went to school half a day and worked at the bank half a day.  NEVER did he in any way make me feel uncomfortable, flirt, or make advances towards me.  He was always a kind and respectable man.  We are still friends to this day and I would put my life in his hands if need be. There is not way that these statements these people are making are true. Someone is getting some hefty perks coming from the lies that are being told.  I appreciate and respect everything that Roy has done for our state and citizens."
- Elaine Conner Watson, native of Gadsden, Alabama.

"I have known Roy Moore and his family for over thirty years. I spent a great deal of time as a child with his nieces, who lived in close proximity to Mr. Moore's residence. There was never a time I felt uncomfortable or witnessed any inappropriate behavior by him . We have attended the same church for over twenty years and I have always had the utmost respect for the life he leads and the principles he stands for."
- Amanda Pearce, Gadsden, Alabama.

“My name is Doris Mason.  I have known Roy Moore for over 50 years.   I first met him when I started dating his first cousin, Dennis Mason.  Dennis and I married in 1965, eventually had 4 children (3 of whom are girls) and we frequently visited his childhood home prior to our marriage.  Roy has been nothing short of a true gentleman toward me, my daughters, and anyone else I have witnessed his interaction with.  He spent many evenings in our home around our dinner table.  Royhas spent time with all of our children at length and he has always displayed integrity, honesty and impeccable character. It is my belief that the accusations against Roy are completely false!  Do I believe that Roy is perfect? Certainly not.  No human is.  What I do know is that he is a man that I trust and offer my utmost respect to because he has never been anything but respectful towards me and my family!”
- Doris Mason, Attalla, Alabama.

"I have known Roy Moore for 25 years. Roy has always been a kind, caring and generous Man of God. I have never heard anything bad said about Roy. He is a wonderful spiritual leader to his family and has exceptional character."
-Brenda Parrish, Gallant, Alabama.

“My name is Angie Johnson. We have know Roy Moore and his family for more than 25 years. His son was coached on a ball team by my husband ..a team player along side my son. Roy also helped with coaching  the team.  My husband and I have been guests in his home, in his office in Gadsden as well as Montgomery. I am acquaintances with several members of Roys family. I have never known Roy to exhibit anything other than appropriate behavior during our times together. Further I was raised and lived  in Gadsden all of my 50+ years and I have never been aware of any of the incidents that have been spoken of about Roy. I worked in a fast food establishment that Roy frequented during the time period in question. Again ...no behaviour exhibited other than respect and mannerful...during that time Roy had written and recorded a 45 record which he brought over and gifted to my mother. I do not understand waiting years and years to make accusations unless there are political or monetary gains to be made. It is a sad day when someone can take a person's character and attempt to discredit them by  making accusations that cannot be proven. How quick everyone is to take the position of judge, juror, and executioner. What if the shoe was on the other foot. I would never condone sexual harassment against anyone if proven.”
- Angie Johnson, native of Gadsden.

“My name is Linda Whitt.  I had the pleasure of meeting Roy Moorearound 15 years ago.  He is related to my husband's brother-in-law.  I have never known Roy to be anything other than a gentleman.  With that being said, it saddens me that there are those who seek to tarnish the reputation of a good man.”
- Linda Whitt, Duck Springs, Alabama.

“I have known Roy Moore all my life. He is one of the most godly men I've even known. I would trust him with my life and I could call on him for anything and I know he'd be there. He's a wonderful husband, father and granddaddy and loves his family dearly.”
- Jennifer Price, Gallant, Alabama.

As you all know, Judge Roy Moore has endured the most outlandish attacks on any candidate in the modern political arena throughout the past forty years, but the most recent attacks on his good name and character take the cake. Judge Moore has flatly and consistenly denied any sexual misconduct.  Kayla joined him in a press conference last night.  WATCH HERE

The Judge addressed the Christian Citizens Task Force in Huntsvile, Alabama on Sunday night and will address the God Save America Conference in Jackson tonight!

Team, we are in an epic standoff and we need you now more than ever to continue to validate the good name of the Judge we've always known. He's the same man you've always known him to be.

The liberal media and the Democrats are intent on hijacking the Senate seat of Jeff Sessions on December 12th and they've found unlikely allies with the Republican establishment. Milquetoast Republicans have quickly betrayed a man who's far more courageous than them all - proving what we've said all along: they will go any length to be sure that Judge Moore stays out of the United States Senate because they know that he'll actually fight to accomplish the conservative reforms that they've only chit-chatted about.

On to victory!
