A Few Moore Things About the Alabama US Senate Special Election

So, what happened in Alabama last night? I write these comments with the full understanding that Roy Moore has not conceded the race. With the military ballots flowing in, Democratic Senator-“elect” Doug Jones’s margin of victory will shrink. Alabama Law requires an automatic recount when a candidate wins by less than half of 1%.

So what happened? The dying, lying liberal media has not died yet, and they are desperately clawing their way to demonstrate what little political heft they retain. Hollywood is not relaxing its clutches on the cultural narratives either. The culture war is a long-standing fight, and while conservatives have achieved considerable victories, the unelected power brokers are not giving in. Roy Moore epitomized everything opposed by the GOP Establishment: a stern stance on pro-family values, opposition to gay marriage, open repudiation of Islam. Contrary to Coulter’s countering, Moore was excellent on immigration, pledging to enact every aspect of Trump’s enforcement agenda. Incumbent Strange refused to talk about immigration unless prodded to do so. To me, Moore's strong stance on these contentious cultural issues were the real problem. After all, he was elected twice to the Supreme Court of Alabama, winning Statewide is a considerable victory.

This US Senate race was a national contest at a moment when the Democratic base is mad as hell, and willing to do anything to take back power. Money from the DNC, George Soros, Hollywood, and even GOP Establishment traitors flowed in. Add to that mix the Alabama and national media, and indeed, the “deck was stacked against him”, as the President tweeted last night.

Entrenched interests in Washington are not interested in Outsiders. Cronies on both sides of the aisle will go to every length possible to hold onto their enriching niche. In other instances, it’s the pride of the Washington Beltway which cannot bear to lose to the conservatives, so they will defy the base with a Democratic victory. Consider retiring US Senator Jeff the Flake, who wrote a check for $100 for Doug Baby-Killer Jones. Flake was a hardcore conservative in the House of Representatives. Washington politicking can change the most principled into a meandering watery centrist.

Moore already had the stuff to avoid such queasy compromising, and that scared the political establishment, too.

The MAGA Battle is real, and it's about a lot more than winning elections.

Let's sum up what is not the cause for Moore’s loss. I do not blame Steve Bannon at all for putting his chips behind Moore. Three strong candidates competed in a contentious Republican primary (I endorsed Mo Brooks—and so has everyone else for his 2020 bid against Democrat Doug). With Moore versus embattled incumbent Luther Strange in the run-off,  every major outside conservative interest lined up behind Judge Roy.

I also don’t blame Judge Moore! He had sat down with McConnell during the general election. He worked it, he reached out, he made all the connections. He denounced the vicious smears published against him in the Washington Post. Alternative and Independent Media engaged in massive oppo research against the “victims”. They have a wider readership than the Washington Post.

We must give credit where due. The Democratic party threw in money, time, influence, and an extensive ground game. Reports indicate that Judge Roy Moore didn't have the same political machinery behind him. Politics is not just about winning the media War. It's all about mobilizing voters.

Now let’s discuss who is at fault for Moore’s sad loss.

1.       Disgraced former Alabama Governor Richard Bentley. This mas was already hiding his adulterous flirtations in the state house. He was under investigation from the Attorney General’s office for campaign irregularities. Political, he was a cornered, wounded animal seeking to protect himself at all costs. When Sessions’ seat opened up, he appointed Luther Strange, and right away war broke out between the Establishment and everyone else. Bentley should have appointed Mo Brooks and called it a day.

2.       Diminishing Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. Republican voters are angry! The GOP promised Obamacare repeal, tax reform, the wall, mass deportation of illegal aliens, etc. The House is living up to its promises, but the Senate routinely stalls. Instead, McConnell and Company want to play the same old backroom wheeling and dealing that gets them and their donors rich, while the rest of us pay the bill. McConnell doesn’t want to tangle with the culture wars, either, despite the populist movement for reasserted nationalism.

3.       NRSC Chairman US Senator Cory Gardner. He serves at the pleasure of the Majority Leader, but he blatantly threw Moore under the bus and refused to support him. That dampened Republican turnout on so many levels.

Where do we go from here?

Frankly, I am not worried. There are a number of silver linings to this Yellowhammer dark cloud. The US Senate faces increased pressure to pass tax reform (Luther Strange will remain until next January). Moore has not conceded yet, which may force recounts and lawsuits, thus delaying Jones’ assignments. Let's hope that Judge Roy Moore does pursue a contested analysis of the results. Some of the outcomes in key counties are too close, lopsided heavily in favor of the Democratic candidate. There are reasons to challenge the results.

Then there’s a broader argument to consider: we need to restore constitutionalism to our federal government, as originally intended and outlined by the Framers. How can a white, male version of Barack Obama, Kamala Harris, and Elizabeth Warren get elected in a religious, traditional state with fervent attachment to our nation’s Judeo-Christian values? Because US Senators are directly elected by the mercurial popular vote, which doesn’t have its fingers on the political pulse over six years. The Framers intended US Senators to represent the states … and to be elected by the legislatures. We need a national discussion about repealing the 17th Amendment and assuring that long-standing elected officials represent the proper interests of the several states.

Other than that, let’s live and pray to fight another day. Roll Tide!

Judge Roy Moore: Liberal Media Debunked

LIBERAL MEDIA DEBUNKED: ROY MOORE WAS NEVER ON A MALL BAN LIST

GADSDEN, Ala. – In the wake of the media’s refusal to report on the truth about Judge Roy Moore, the Moore Campaign unveiled key witnesses that debunked claims that Moore was banned from the Gadsden Mall.

“We are intent upon bringing out the truth, when no one in the press or in D.C. seems to care,” said Moore campaign strategist, Brett Doster. “The quotes from these three people who would have personal knowledge of the mall’s security protocol completely counter everything alleged by the liberal media and the Moore Campaign’s political enemies.  Roy Moore is an honorable man, and his character is being affirmed by those who know him best.”

“In my 26 years working at Gadsden Mall, I never heard anything about Roy Moore being banned from the mall or any other mention of issues concerning him. As the Operations Manager overseeing Mall Security, I would have been aware of something like that.” - Johnny Adams, employed by the Gadsden Mall for 26 years and was the Operations Manager for 14 years, overseeing mall security.

"As an employee of the Gadsden Mall for Morrison's Cafeteria Corporation from the late 1970's through the mid-2000's, I would like to put forth a statement in regards to the allegations against Judge Roy Moore.  During my time at the Gadsden Mall, I formed many lifelong relationships including one with Barnes Boyle and his wife, Brenda.  Barnes Boyle was manager of the Gadsden Mall and Brenda was my manager at Morrison's Cafeteria for many years. Because of this relationship, I was abreast on the latest situations that happened throughout the Gadsden Mall during that time period.  There was a prominent man of Etowah County, whom is now deceased that was banned for reasons such as the allegations against Judge Moore. However, due to respect for the family, I decline to reveal his name. Despite allegations against other patrons of the mall, I never heard of Roy Moore's name come in conversation with any such misconduct against women or a supposed banning from the Gadsden Mall." - Johnnie V. Sanders, employee of Gadsden Mall from late 70’s to mid-2000’s.

"We did have written reports and things. To my knowledge, he {Moore} was not banned from the mall." - Barnes Boyle, Former Manager of the Gadsden Mall (1981-1986) WATCH.

“The people of Alabama are tired of false accusations and one-sided reporting from the liberal media,” Doster continued. “Truth matters or it doesn’t and the Moore Campaign will deliver the truth about the character of Judge Roy Moore to affirm what the people of Alabama are already convinced of.”

Judge Roy Moore: Mitch Wants a Fight? He Will Get One!

Fellow Conservative,

My sleeves are rolled up tight . . .

My heels are dug in deep . . .

After 40 years of slugging it out day in and day out with the forces of evil trying to rip apart the moral foundations of our society, I've had enough.

I apologize for my tone, but McConnell crossed the line by assaulting my integrity and character as a Christian man through his false accusations against me.

So if McConnell wants a fight -- I'm going to give him a fight.

And
I don't plan on holding back the punches.
That's why I'm counting on you to chip in a donation to help me fight back against McConnell with everything I've got until the bell tolls on December 12?
The sad truth is, Mitch McConnell and the national GOP are working hand-in-hand with liberal Democrats to steal the election away from the good people of Alabama.

Worse yet, McConnell is plotting behind the scenes with liberal Gloria Allred -- who takes credit for passage of Roe v. Wade -- in a nasty and vicious smear campaign against me.

This shows how much the establishment flat-out HATES our conservative Christian values.

They'd rather partner up with the same liberal who shoved Roe v. Wade down our throats -- which legalized the murder of unborn babies in America -- than elect a principled conservative fighter to the U.S. Senate who will work with Trump to Drain the Swamp.

If you're as disgusted and outraged as I am right now, I'd be honored to have you with me in my corner while I slug it out with McConnell and the elites on December 12.

So can I count on you to let me know you're with me by chipping in a generous contribution of $2,700, $2,000, $1,500, $1,000, $500, $250, $100, $75, $50 or $35 immediately.
Of course, I understand only a few people are able to afford $2,700 ($5,400 per couple) -- the maximum legal amount under federal law.

If you are such a person, this is a race worth investing the maximum amount.

This is our opportunity to FIRE Mitch McConnell and replace him with a firebrand conservative willing to Drain the Swamp.

Not only that, but the outcome on December 12 is expected to set the tone for the 2018 mid-term elections.

The stakes have never been higher.

A victory over McConnell on December 12 will embolden conservative patriots across the country to rise up, challenge the RINO's and elect a constitutional majority in Congress next November.

That's why I'm asking you to please chip in the maximum amount you can donate at this critical moment
For some, I know $50, $35 or $25 is a stretch -- and for others $5 or $10 can be a major sacrifice for others.

I'm not sure how much you can give right now.

But whatever the amount, please know your contribution is greatly appreciated and will be put to immediate use for my campaign.

So what do you say
?

Are you with me?

Will you stand with me and fight against McConnell with everything you've got?

I'm counting on you like never before. So please, chip in a donation to help me stand and fight the forces of evil and deliver a knock-out blow to McConnell and his cronies on December 12.

Thank you in advance for your support!
Sincerely,
Judge Roy Moore

BREAKING: 12 Alabama Women Affirm the Good Name of Judge Roy Moore

TWELVE ALABAMA WOMEN AFFIRM THE GOOD NAME OF JUDGE ROY MOORE

GADSDEN, Ala. – This evening, the Judge Roy Moore Campaign for U.S. Senate released the statements of twelve women who are coming forward as character witnesses for Roy Moore. Here are their statements:

“I have known Roy Moore for about forty years. Roy and I briefly dated when I was in my twenties. While I was around Roy, either just the two of us or with other people, he was always a true gentleman treating me with respect and courtesy. I can honestly say that I never have seen or heard any inappropriate remarks or behaviors while he was around me. I believe that Roy lives by his Christian beliefs and is a good man.
- Jennie Klingenbeck, Birmingham, AL (previously Gadsden, Alabama).

My name is Jaime Moses and I was born and raised in Gadsden, Alabama. I worked at Uncle Sam’s BBQ (closed now) for 10 years while in my 20’s and waited on Roy Moore and his family. Mr. Moore and his wife were nothing but friendly and respectful. The children were the same, which is a sign of great parenting. He knew many people dining there and spoke and shook hands with everyone. Not once did he make me feel uncomfortable. Working in the food industry can be hard sometimes and Mr. Moore’s kindness to myself and staff did not go unnoticed.
- Jaime Moses, native of Gadsden, Alabama.

"My first remembrance of Roy Moore was grammar school. He was probably in Jr High school but all of us Gallant kids rode the same bus. He was always a gentle, kind boy and grew into an even more admirable man. He was my softball coach in my high school days and was always such a kind person, never a mean or hateful word to any of us. Only kindness and utmost respect! Have been friends with all of his family for many, many years. NEVER heard ANY mention of any such behavior in all these years. Have seen him at the local church several times with his knees bowed in prayer at the altar. Takes time to listen to people. Just a wonderful, Christian man in a small rural community. Devoted to family, friends and most of all God. Proud to know him and will continue to support him with our presence and prayers."
- Sharon Lamkin, Gallant, Alabama

"I have known Roy for over 30 years. I met him in 1984 when he met my sister in church and began dating her. He has always showed honor and dignity. I truly can't even begin to grasp that people would question his character. He has lived by what he preached since the day I met him."
- Kandi Kisor Smith, sister of Kayla Moore.

"I was the receptionist for Roy Moore the first time he was Chief Justice and I am proud of our history. I saw everything that went on in that office and I've never worked for anybody who was more considerate, honest, or kind. We all enjoyed our tenure there. He was always up and above board.  If any of these people who are slandering the good name of Roy Moore had ever worked with Judge they would know what a fine person he is. My history with Judge Moore was nothing but pleasurable and this is all upsetting to me."
- Marianne Rhodes, receptionist for Roy Moore during his tenure as Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court from 2000-2003.

"I feel it my duty to say that I have known Roy Moore since I was a kid. I worked closely with Roy (adjoining offices) when I was 16 years old. I went to school half a day and worked at the bank half a day.  NEVER did he in any way make me feel uncomfortable, flirt, or make advances towards me.  He was always a kind and respectable man.  We are still friends to this day and I would put my life in his hands if need be. There is not way that these statements these people are making are true. Someone is getting some hefty perks coming from the lies that are being told.  I appreciate and respect everything that Roy has done for our state and citizens."
- Elaine Conner Watson, native of Gadsden, Alabama.

"I have known Roy Moore and his family for over thirty years. I spent a great deal of time as a child with his nieces, who lived in close proximity to Mr. Moore's residence. There was never a time I felt uncomfortable or witnessed any inappropriate behavior by him . We have attended the same church for over twenty years and I have always had the utmost respect for the life he leads and the principles he stands for."
- Amanda Pearce, Gadsden, Alabama.

“My name is Doris Mason.  I have known Roy Moore for over 50 years.   I first met him when I started dating his first cousin, Dennis Mason.  Dennis and I married in 1965, eventually had 4 children (3 of whom are girls) and we frequently visited his childhood home prior to our marriage.  Roy has been nothing short of a true gentleman toward me, my daughters, and anyone else I have witnessed his interaction with.  He spent many evenings in our home around our dinner table.  Royhas spent time with all of our children at length and he has always displayed integrity, honesty and impeccable character. It is my belief that the accusations against Roy are completely false!  Do I believe that Roy is perfect? Certainly not.  No human is.  What I do know is that he is a man that I trust and offer my utmost respect to because he has never been anything but respectful towards me and my family!”
- Doris Mason, Attalla, Alabama.

"I have known Roy Moore for 25 years. Roy has always been a kind, caring and generous Man of God. I have never heard anything bad said about Roy. He is a wonderful spiritual leader to his family and has exceptional character."
-Brenda Parrish, Gallant, Alabama.

“My name is Angie Johnson. We have know Roy Moore and his family for more than 25 years. His son was coached on a ball team by my husband ..a team player along side my son. Roy also helped with coaching  the team.  My husband and I have been guests in his home, in his office in Gadsden as well as Montgomery. I am acquaintances with several members of Roys family. I have never known Roy to exhibit anything other than appropriate behavior during our times together. Further I was raised and lived  in Gadsden all of my 50+ years and I have never been aware of any of the incidents that have been spoken of about Roy. I worked in a fast food establishment that Roy frequented during the time period in question. Again ...no behaviour exhibited other than respect and mannerful...during that time Roy had written and recorded a 45 record which he brought over and gifted to my mother. I do not understand waiting years and years to make accusations unless there are political or monetary gains to be made. It is a sad day when someone can take a person's character and attempt to discredit them by  making accusations that cannot be proven. How quick everyone is to take the position of judge, juror, and executioner. What if the shoe was on the other foot. I would never condone sexual harassment against anyone if proven.”
- Angie Johnson, native of Gadsden.

“My name is Linda Whitt.  I had the pleasure of meeting Roy Moorearound 15 years ago.  He is related to my husband's brother-in-law.  I have never known Roy to be anything other than a gentleman.  With that being said, it saddens me that there are those who seek to tarnish the reputation of a good man.”
- Linda Whitt, Duck Springs, Alabama.

“I have known Roy Moore all my life. He is one of the most godly men I've even known. I would trust him with my life and I could call on him for anything and I know he'd be there. He's a wonderful husband, father and granddaddy and loves his family dearly.”
- Jennifer Price, Gallant, Alabama.

As you all know, Judge Roy Moore has endured the most outlandish attacks on any candidate in the modern political arena throughout the past forty years, but the most recent attacks on his good name and character take the cake. Judge Moore has flatly and consistenly denied any sexual misconduct.  Kayla joined him in a press conference last night.  WATCH HERE

The Judge addressed the Christian Citizens Task Force in Huntsvile, Alabama on Sunday night and will address the God Save America Conference in Jackson tonight!

Team, we are in an epic standoff and we need you now more than ever to continue to validate the good name of the Judge we've always known. He's the same man you've always known him to be.

The liberal media and the Democrats are intent on hijacking the Senate seat of Jeff Sessions on December 12th and they've found unlikely allies with the Republican establishment. Milquetoast Republicans have quickly betrayed a man who's far more courageous than them all - proving what we've said all along: they will go any length to be sure that Judge Moore stays out of the United States Senate because they know that he'll actually fight to accomplish the conservative reforms that they've only chit-chatted about.

On to victory!

Judge Roy Moore Meets Sean Hannity's Ultimatum: "I Adamantly Deny the Allegations"

Dear Sean:

I am suffering the same treatment other Republicans have had to endure.

A month prior to the general election for U.S. Senate in Alabama, I have been attacked by the Washington Post and other liberal media in a desperate attempt to smear my character and defeat my campaign.

Over the last 40 years I have held several public offices, including Deputy District Attorney, Circuit Judge, and Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court. In addition to running five statewide and three county campaigns for public office, I have been involved in two major controversies that attracted national attention, one about the Ten Commandments and the other the sanctity of marriage.

The Alabama Judicial Inquiry Commission, Court of the Judiciary, and Attorney General have investigated, scrutinized, examined, and vetted me, not to mention every opposing candidate against whom I have run.

I have been married for almost 33 years to my wife Kayla. We have four children and five granddaughters.

We are in the process of investigating these false allegations to determine their origin and motivation. For instance, we have documented that the most recent accuser, Beverly Nelson, was a party in a divorce action before me in Etowah County Circuit Court in 1999. No motion was made for me to recuse. In her accusations, Nelson did not mention that I was the judge assigned to her divorce case in 1999, a matter that apparently caused her no distress at a time that was 18 years closer to the alleged assault. Yet 18 years later, while talking before the cameras about the supposed assault, she seemingly could not contain her emotions.

My signature on the order of dismissal in the divorce case was annotated with the letters “D.A.,” representing the initials of my court assistant. Curiously the supposed yearbook inscription is also followed by the same initials—”D.A.” But at that time I was Deputy District Attorney, not district attorney. Those initials as well as the date under the signature block and the printed name of the restaurant are written in a style inconsistent with the rest of the yearbook inscription. The “7’s” in “Christmas 1977” are in a noticeably different script than the “7’s” in the date “12-22-77.” I believe tampering has occurred.

Are we at a stage in American politics in which false allegations can overcome a public record of 40 years, stampede the media and politicians to condemn an innocent man, and potentially impact the outcome of an election of national importance? When allegations of events occurring 40 years ago—and never before mentioned during a 40-year  career of public service—are brought out and taken seriously only 30 days before a critical election, we may be in trouble as a country.

I adamantly deny the allegations of Leigh Corfman and Beverly Nelson, did not date underage girls, and have taken steps to begin a civil action for defamation. Because of that, at the direction of counsel, I cannot comment further.

NRSC Statement: "We Support Roy Moore"

NRSC Statement on Alabama's Special Primary Runoff Election
WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Cory Gardner, Chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC), made the following statement regarding the results of Alabama’s special primary runoff election:
“It has been an honor and a privilege to serve alongside Luther Strange in the Senate,” said NRSC Chairman Cory Gardner. “Big Luther worked tirelessly for Alabama families, and I appreciate how hard he fought to win this race. Our focus is always on keeping a strong Republican majority in the Senate, and that includes Alabama. Roy Moore will be imperative to passing a conservative agenda, and we support him in keeping this seat in Republican hands.”

Danny Tarkanian Calls Out Establishment GOP Heller: "Deceitful Dean!"

This is the kind of fighting that we need from our elected officials. We see this kind of fighting spirit more and more from primary challengers across the country.

Roy Moore encapsulated the power of the American people, men and women who are fed up with the Swamp dictating who wins and who loses.

We want the wall built.

We want Obamacare repealed.

We want to see illegal immigration reduced to a net zero, and we want American jobs, American lives, and American values placed as pre-eminent.

In no wise did we send people to Washington DC in order to represent a permanent political class more interested in their own interests while disregarding the needs of the American people and the dictates of the United States Constitution.

Dean Heller is a Swamp creature at this point. He is more interested in deceit than he is in operating as a straight shooter, to do what is best for Nevadans and to follow the outlined mandates in the United States Constitution. He repeatedly campaigned on repealing Obamacare. Now he is skittish about the whole affair. He supposedly railed against illegal immigration.

But now he wants to co-sponsor the BRIDGE Act, to provide legal status to illegal aliens while ignore the needs and concerns of law-abiding citizens.

His stark challenger is Danny Tarkanian, and he is not playing nice.

His latest eblast, he has come out swinging against Heller!

Arthur,
Did you see the email Danny sent out on Thursday about Deceitful Dean Heller?
Dean Heller is running scared after what he saw in Alabama: His favorite establishment Republican Mitch McConnell couldn’t buy the seat for the swamp dwellers in Washington DC.
So he’s resorting to deceiving and outright lying about Danny in an attempt to save himself from conservatives like us who are tired of establishment politicians obstructing President Trump’s pro-America agenda.
The reason we’re resending this email is because tonight is our end-of-quarter deadline when we will have to file our fundraising numbers with the FEC and it will be available for everyone to see.
We need to raise another $8,528 by midnight tonight in order to have the funds necessary to hold Dean Heller accountable and make sure that Mitch McConnell knows we’re not afraid of his DC money.
Thanks,
Team Tark

Subject: Deceitful Dean
Friend,

There's been nonstop coverage of Roy Moore’s victory in the Alabama Senate primary runoff. It's nearly impossible to turn on a television or open a computer without seeing or hearing something about it.

That's why I was completely taken aback when Dean Heller stated he hadn't heard who'd won.

“Who won? I wasn’t paying attention,” Heller told the Associated Press. “I’m just worried about taxes.”

He hasn’t heard who won? Is Senator Heller living under a rock? No...
He is lying through his teeth. Deceitful Dean Heller and his friends were heavily invested in this election.

Establishment Republicans spent a lot of money in an attempt to buy the seat back for Luther Strange.

Mitch McConnell pitched in $10 million to attack Roy Moore and Mo Brooks.

Additionally, Heller donated $10,000 out of his own Leadership PAC to help Luther Strange.

If you made a significant political donation, don't you think you would pay attention to the results of the election?

But the dishonesty and deception doesn’t end there.

He recently sent out a letter, that falsely claimed I received an “F” rating from the NRA.

This is a flat out lie. The NRA recognizes me as a strong defender of the 2nd Amendment.

They have given me an “A” rating. They both endorsed and financially supported my 2016 campaign.

Nevadans have had enough of Deceitful Dean.

I have overtaken him in the polls, and his approval ratings continue to tank, as more and more people get fed up with his dishonesty.

A JMC Analytics poll showed just 34% of Nevada Republicans have a favorable opinion of him and an astounding 48% have an unfavorable opinion.

Of course we do. It's understandable that people don't like Dean Heller when he lies to them again, and again, and again.

Let’s put an end to the deception and dishonesty in 2018. When I go to Washington DC, I’ll do everything in my power to make things more transparent.

I will never forget I am there to serve you, not the interests of Mitch McConnell and the Republican establishment.

Are you ready to replace Deceitful Dean with a US Senator that won’t turn his back on you and will tell you the truth?

Let’s send the establishment a message in 2018.

In Liberty,
Danny Tarkanian

Mitch McConnell's Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Week

Just to give an expert run-down on what's happening in Washington DC, and what all of us can do to make sure that "Ditch" Mitch McConnell is shown the door.

He had a really bad week!

Very bad!

He is facing increased pressure from all sides within the United State Senate and around the country.

He is struggling to hold onto power.

Men and women around the country are livid that the Republican Congress has gotten nothing done for the President.

They refused to introduce the simple repeal legislation which would get rid of Obamacare.

They have stonewalled on funding the border wall.

The United States Senate has not moved on any of the legislation coming out of the House of Representatives, including "No Sanctuary for Criminals" Act as well as Kate's Law.

Even Democrats in the Bay Area voted for legislation to clamp down on illegal aliens and punish them for breaking ino the United States.

We cannot allow McConnell to stay in as Majority Leader for one more day!

So, here are some highlights to McConnell's very bad week:

1. Roy Moore defeats Luther Strange

The Swamp dumped millions into this pivotal run-off.

Instead of running away with a victory, McConnell faced certain defeat.

The voters of Alabama want a populist, a conservative nationalist who puts the needs of Americans, specifically Alabamians ahead of the world at large.

Strange had a strange record on immigration, and he refused to take any firm stances on deporting illegals and ending the perverse DACA program, which should have never been initiated in the first place.

The Big Business, Big Amnesty lobby through big money behind their corrupted Strange contender, and he lost Bigly.

2. Latest Health Care Bill Gets Pulled

McConnell started the fight losing at the outset.

What a shameful display of bad leadership. They needed to repeal Obamacare, root and branch repeal. The US Senate had passed repeal after repeal during the last Congressional session. Now they can't get anything done? The Republicans in the US Senate do not deserve their jobs if they refuse to follow through on their promises.

McConnell was not interested in putting up any kind of fight, however. He has no problem with continuing to fund the government. He has no qualms about going over to the dark side again and again giving the Democrats what they want. There is no interest in winning.

He just wants to make the Big Business donors happy--but he has enraged the voters repeatedly. Mitch the Ditch Swamp Thing must go!

3. Bob Corker announces his resignation

Corker has been anti-Trump for too long.

He helped negotiate a terrible Iran deal! What was he thinking?

Then he declares that President Trump is unfit for office. What about Corker? Maybe he needs to take off and never look back. Just after Breitbart released the story about him getting major money from Strange and his dealings in Alabama, Corker uncorkered his plans and declared his intention to resign.

McConnell loses another vote as Majority Leader.

Can we please just get rid of this guy?

McConnell, you are going down, and going down fast!

We Need “Moore” Conservatives in Washington DC: Go Judge Roy!

Last month, I wrote that we needed “Mo” conservatives, and I endorsed Congressman Mo Brooks to succeed Attorney General Jeff Sessions in the United States Senate. I thought Brooks had the best chance of beating down former Alabama Attorney General and Interim US Senator Luther Strange in the special election. The Senate Conservatives Fund kind of nudged me in that direction. I have noticed, however, that that conservative group is batting about .333 to .505 when it comes to endorsements. Some of their candidates win, some of them back down when an otherwise retiring incumbent jumps back in the race. Sadly, in more cases they just don’t make.

The good news for all of us “militant normals”, as Kurt Schlichter calls us, Judge Roy Moore was the top vote getting in the August primary. Now he’s the front-runner going into the September 26, 2017 run-off, too. What’s happening in Alabama? Why do we see such a rough-and-tumble for the heart and soul of the Republican Party in the Yellowhammer State? Why would the National Republican Senatorial Committee spend big bucks in a deep red paradise, as though the fate of the country depended on it? Actually, the fate of the political class, both Democrat and Republican, depends on a Strange victory. But We the People want more conservatives, more constitutionalist patriots—and we need Roy Moore!

How did I miss this one? What did the Senate Conservatives Fund miss, too, that they went for Mo Brooks? For my part, I never believed that Brooks was bad, and I had no idea that he had dithered in his support for President Trump. He got on board the Trump Train a little later than most (and that includes me). Perhaps all of us looked at Moore as a spent commodity. He had been elected to the highest judicial office in the state, then thrown out of office by the political powers that be because: 1) He refused to remove the Ten Commandments from the State Supreme Court building. 2) He refused to recognize or rule on the gay marriage decision forced on the country in 2015.

He’s already a winner in my book. Judge Moore man defines “backbone of steel.” Unlike most politicians, especially conservatives, he put his political and judicial career on the line. He didn’t get sore because he was removed from office. He ran a second time for a judicial seat in the Alabama Court system and won! Now he’s running for US Senate, and it looks like he will win.

But still, why did some of the conservative activists and think-tanks go for Mo instead of Moore? They saw Brooks having better access to money and political machinery, perhaps. After all, Cuccinnelli and company claimed that Brooks had the best chance for a reason. But that’s not how things turned out. I am still new at this political ball game, and even the card-carrying book-learning conservatives need to get with the populist program. Trump changed everything when he ran on a commitment to the concerns of Middle American voters rather than worrying about what he had said or done in decades past. Some of us conservatives still don’t realize how militant the average American has become.

Especially in Alabama. This state passed stricter immigration laws than Arizona. The unemployment rate plummeted as illegals fled the state, and Alabamians lined up for work including farm labor. So much for the “Americans won’t do the work” lie. Alabama has been on the cutting edge of fighting corruption, too. Recall that last year conservative activists forced out former Governor Richard Bentley for campaign (and personal) improprieties. Being Republican is not enough for Alabamians. It should not be enough for any of us.

Judge Moore is an outsider, for sure, and an outspoken one. Did some of us worry that this powerful combination still cannot succeed in electoral politics? Does only Trump have the political magic to win elections by saying what he thinks and not what other people want him to say? This blunt finesse and panache remains a desperate demand from the voting electorate: “Stop being nice. Don’t be afraid to say what we are thinking, even if it makes you unpopular.” Moore has already done that. This impressive jurist also gave an epic smack-down to the smarmy liberal media about the origin of our rights … on CNN no less!

One more thing that we conservatives need to understand: we want conservatives to win, but we have to make sure that they win the hearts of their voters, too. It’s not enough to have the right answers. Do they answer the questions coming out of the mouths of their future constituents, too? Moore already had the ready answers. He had won two statewide elections! Congressman Brooks had only won the views of his 5th District constituents. He not appealed to their concerns on life and family, but he has fought for those values.

Frankly, it’s time that more conservatives took up that fundamental religious liberty fight. President Ronald Reagan ran on a platform of restoring prayer in public schools in 1984. He won by one of the largest landslides in American history, and yet the government still distorts the First Amendment and prevented public prayer in our schools, on high school football fields, and in other public forums. Judge Moore has articulated this frustration long abandoned by the most ardent of conservatives (including Ted Cruz and Rand Paul): “You wonder why we’re having shootings, and killings here in 2017? Because we’ve asked for it. We’ve taken God out of everything. We’ve taken prayer out of school, we’ve taken prayer out of council meetings.”

This country doesn’t just need fiscal restraint, but spiritual revival. Moore epitomizes this necessary restoration of Biblical truth and morality. Without this restored foundation, this country will experience a temporary reprieve from the progressive disaster, but darkness will return. We need more Bible-believing conservatives in Washington. We need Judge Roy Moore in the United States Senate!

SCF: Election of the Year in Alabama!

Senate Conservatives Fund

Arthur:

The most important U.S. Senate race of the year will be decided in Alabama this Tuesday, September 26th.

It's a showdown between Judge Roy Moore, the candidate supported by the conservative grassroots, and appointed Senator Luther Strange, the candidate hand-picked by Mitch McConnell and supported by the Washington establishment.

According to a new POLITICO report, "Three words are striking fear in Senate Republicans these days: Sen. Roy Moore." In fact, Senator Lindsey Graham said he's pulling for Strange because if Moore wins, "then we’re all in trouble.”

That's exactly why every conservative in America should support Judge Roy Moore. If Moore wins, it will bring much-needed accountability for Republicans in Washington.

Please help us push Roy Moore on to victory by making a contribution to the Senate Conservatives Fund today.

We're working hard to persuade undecided voters and to help turn out conservatives for Roy Moore on Election Day.

We launched a last-minute statewide TV ad called "Gator" that encourages voters to send a fighter to Washington because we don't need another alligator in the swamp.

Click here to watch the TV ad and then donate $25 or more to help elect Judge Roy Moore.

This race is a fight for the heart and soul of the Republican Party and it will have a major impact on whether Republicans in the Senate continue to break their promises or begin to listen to the voters.

If Judge Roy Moore wins, it will make every Republican politician fear what will happen to them if they don't secure our borders, cut spending, reform the tax code, and truly repeal Obamacare.

We can defeat Mitch McConnell's political machine and send a message to Washington. But we must act right now.

Please donate what you can and please pray for the outcome of this important election in Alabama.

The result will not only influence how Republicans behave in Washington, it will also set the tone for the 2018 midterm elections.

Thank you for your generous support!

Sincerely,
Ken Cuccinelli II
