On Tuesday, December 6, we will be in Los Angeles Superior Court for a preliminary injunction hearing against the Los Angeles County Registrar. Judge James Chalfant will determine if the Registrar is unreasonably restricting our lawful review of the 195,783 rejected signatures to recall District Attorney George Gascon. If the court rules in our favor, we will be able to more speedily determine just how many of the rejected signatures were wrongly disqualified. Even with the constraints the Registrar has placed on our review — including no more than three days per week to examine the rejected signatures — in the first month alone we found that at least 39% of the signatures we reviewed were wrongly rejected.
While we continue to fight for our beloved Los Angeles, every day that Gascon remains in office, criminals are empowered, and Angelenos are endangered. Last week, a homeless man grabbed a 9-inch butcher knife off the shelf, and attacked Target customers. He approached a 9-year-old boy and told him he was going to “stab and kill him.” When the boy tried to run away from him, he stabbed the child in the back. The man then stabbed a 25-year-old woman in the chest, before a security guard fatally shot him. Why must these types of horrific stories become a regular item in the news? We’ll never accept it, and neither should any Angeleno. That’s why we will keep fighting until every valid signature is counted.

You’ve seen across the country a wave of woke prosecutors funded by out of state interests refusing to uphold the rule of law who are allowing criminals to walk free without ever facing consequences for their crimes. As Governor, I have made it clear: In this state, we uphold the rule of law. We respect the law enforcement officers who put their lives on the line every day to keep our communities safe.
We DO NOT allow woke activist prosecutors to abdicate their duty to do their job and protect their communities. This is why I took action to right the wrongs of a prosecutor whose conduct has fallen below the standard that is required by the Florida Constitution by refusing to enforce laws he doesn’t like. A prosecutor is not a law unto himself.
We are not going to allow this pathogen of ignoring the law that's been going on around the country to get a foothold in the state of Florida. We are going to make sure that our laws are enforced and that no individual prosecutor puts themselves above the law.
It’s simple. If you put yourself above the law, you are violating and neglecting your duty and you are displaying a lack of competence to be able to perform those duties. If you abandon the duties of your oath of office, you no longer have the right to hold that office.
The crime in places like San Francisco and Los Angeles is out of control. Police are unable to do their jobs, businesses are closing up shop, and violent criminals are walking free all because of the dereliction of duty by prosecutors who are funded by ideological activists. In Florida, we’re not going to sit idly by and watch our state spiral into chaos. We’re going to respect our law enforcement officers, we’re going to protect our citizens, and we’re going to enforce the law.
As your Governor, I will not stand for woke prosecutors, who are entrusted with enforcing the law, showing more deference and care for criminals than the victims of their crimes in the name of “social justice.” Denying a victim their day in court is not justice. Allowing a criminal to walk free of consequences for their crimes is not justice. It is, in fact, the opposite of justice.
Florida is a law-and-order state. I am not going to back down from that one inch. The radical Left is already attacking me for doing my job to ensure that the laws are enforced in our state. They are going to use my suspension of a state attorney refusing to do his job to appeal to the members of the woke mob and add to their war chest.
Like I’ve said before, friend, I will never allow political favor to sway my resolve to do what’s right. I need to know that I can count on your support as I prepare to go head-on against the Democrats’ crusade against law and order. Are you with me?
"Abolish ICE" does not poll well with many voters, Democrat as well as Republican.
And yet, the Goergre Soros funded group United We Dream (rallying all the support for the nightmare kids and their illegal alien parents), wants to fundraise off this moral insanity.
Check out the latest fundraising call below:
Exciting news, Arthur: We have new Abolish ICE shirts and hats available in the UWD store!
They’re perfect to wear at rallies, marches, or anytime you want the world to know how you feel about this abusive and dangerous agency.
Since its creation in 2003, ICE has committed numerous and frequent atrocities: ripping apart families, abusing Black and brown bodies, setting up detention camps, and deporting immigrants. Yet, Congress continues to give them millions of dollars every year to continue these horrors.
All the funds raised from our store go directly to support our work abolishing ICE, building out deportation defense teams, and organizing immigrant youth communities across the country. I hope we can count on you to help us out in this critical moment in our fight.
With strength and gratitude,
Uriel and the rest of the team at UWD
Now this is just sad.
United We Dream faced their worst nightmare: they couldn't get any kind of DACA bill passed in Congress. They abused the legislative process, slammed and shamed their elected officials--actually, not their officials since many of them reside in the country illegally and therefore are not entitled to call these individuals their representatives.
They took over the US Senate cafeteria. They overwhelmed the offices of specific elected officials. They attacked good and decent people while screaming profanities at elected officials and their staffers.
And they got NOTHING.
This merchandising scam is beyond outrageous.
Does anyone really think that this is going to work?
Shame on them.
The Angel Parents and their tragedies speak much louder than the sob stories of illegal alien parents who broke into the United States, knowing full well that they were putting their lives and the lives of their children at certain risk. Once again, where is the compassion for Americans, for the neediest citizens in our many communities?
It's time to focus on public safety and the security of our nation's sovereignty at all cost. We need to find a way to cut off the funding to this treasonous "United We Dream" group any way we can.
I am so glad that March 5th is almost upon us, and Congress has gotten nothing done in the way of immigration "reform".
I am A-OK with Congress not passing anything until Election 2018, and we get more Republicans elected to federal office
Arthur,
Immigrant youth are organizing day and night to plan our next wave of actions before March 5th and to share our stories about how our lives would fundamentally change if Congress passes the Dream Act. This is what the moment demands.
Our stories have helped mobilize millions of Americans to fight alongside us in solidarity and to pressure members of Congress to support the Dream Act – and this tactic can work again.
Our stories are a powerful tool to win the protection and dignity that we so urgently need, and the clock is ticking. Here’s how you can help make sure our stories make as big an impact as possible:
Listen to and share our stories. If you have a story to share, take one minute to record your own story. We need everyone with us in this fight, including you and your friends and networks. If everyone who gets this email shares our stories, it means thousands more people could join our cause. This only takes a moment.
Make a contribution. Our team can do a lot with a little, but we’re stretched thin doing all the work of collecting, producing, and sharing these stories – on top of planning massive actions that’ll take place next week through March 5th. Every dollar helps us do more in our fight for the Dream Act.
We have come so far in this fight. We’re beyond grateful to the thousands of people who have made calls, donated, shown up to actions, and risked arrest in order to win protection and dignity for our communities. The Dream Act never would have gotten so far without you.
Trump killed DACA and because of that, 122 immigrant youth lose protection from deportation every single day. That’s 850 every week. And that number will skyrocket after March 5th, the arbitrary deadline that Trump created for Congress to act. This is the next phase of Trump's cruel decision to end DACA, one where even more immigrant youth will lose our protections. This is why it is so important that we fight harder than ever for Congress to pass a Dream Act right now.
Our window to protect millions from deportation before March 5th is narrowing. But together, our power is great. When we mobilize, I believe there is nothing that we cannot do.
Greisa and the rest of the team at United We Dream
DACA is dead, folks.
I don't think there is anything that Congress can do to resuscitate this program.
President Trump is playing the Democratic Party like a harp from hell, and they just sit their in their inadequacy, unable to pass ... anything.
What fun!
It's about time that illegal aliens of all ages woke up and went home, to their countries of origin. It's of no interest to me if their parents brought them into this country as babies, and they know of no other life than this country.
The parents are responsible for this set-up, not the American people. For decades, we had expected our government to enforce all immigration laws, to stop the flow of illegals across our borders and into our country.
The political class that wants easy votes and cheap labor holds all the blame, not the American public.
If you listen to the pundits, the hack consultants and the blabbering heads in the fake news media, the Democrat's recent victory in Virginia signaled a rejection by voters of Donald Trump and his Drain the Swamp agenda.
Arthur, as usual -- the pundits and talking heads are wrong!
Ed Gillespie didn't embrace Donald Trump or his agenda.
Instead, he ran as far away from our conservative values as possible during the General Election -- drifting to the middle and playing the role of the moderate squishy "nice guy."
Of course, once Gillespie and the GOP hacks realized their plan wasn't working, Gillespie's campaign warmed up to Donald Trump and his winning policies, particularly illegal immigration.
But voters saw through Gillespie's charade and rejected him at the ballot box on election day.
That's why the last thing our party needs is to nominate another middle of the road Republican to take on the Democrats in 2018.
Voters are yearning for a candidate willing to boldly and unashamedly FIGHT for our conservative values -- at ALL costs.
I am that candidate.
I've proven I will NOT back down from our values and beliefs -- even when threatened, intimidated and faced with violence and attacks by radical left-wing Antifa thugs like happened to me last year in Richmond.
As Virginia's next U.S. Senator, I'll stand for Law Enforcement and fight tooth-and-nail to END the scourge of illegal immigration taking place right now.
I'll fight for blue collar workers and for bringing back American jobs from overseas.
And I'll stand with conservatives like Rand Paul, Mike Lee and Ted Cruz to repeal ObamaCare, balance our budget and restore respect for our Constitution.
Arthur, the future of our country is on the line.
And it's time for conservatives to stand up and take our Party back from the elite and restore liberty and freedom in our country.
Your generous support will help me break through the media blackout and get the truth out to voters across Alabama about my opponent's radical left-wing views.
They don't want the good people of Alabama to know:
>>> Doug Jones proudly supports ObamaCare -- and fiercely opposes repealing this disastrous socialized healthcare system that's wreaking havoc on our economy;
>>> Doug Jones supports granting amnesty to illegal aliens and opposes any and all efforts to secure the border, including Trump's border wall;
>>> Doug Jones has long-time connections to billionaire liberal George Soros;
>>> Doug Jones believes liberal federal judges should use judicial tyranny to impose California and New York City values on the good people of Alabama;
>>> Doug Jones isn't just "pro-choice." He's a radical pro-abortion extremist.
As you can see, Arthur, Doug Jones is WAY out of step with Alabama values.
That’s why, if I can raise the resources to counter the attacks and let voters know the truth about my opponent, I'm confident you and I can defeat the Obama-Clinton Machine on December 12.
Thank you in advance for stepping up and chipping in a donation to help me fight back and get the truth out to voters about Doug Jones radical left-wing views.
It never stops, even here in deep blue California.
Two cities in Southeastern Los Angeles County are now being targeted for repeal of their utility users tax.
The millions of dollars from left-wing donors in California and Massachusetts could not flip a swing seat in Georgia, or Montana, or any other special election which has taken place over the last six months following Trump's victory.
Conservatives are not just winning political contests.
They are also winning the culture wars. Conservative activists are swarming campuses fighting the illiberal tyranny of cultural marxism. imposed on unwitting minds.
The media is in total freefall, unable to drive a left-leaning narrative which everyone else takes as gospel truth.
And now big business is taking a huge hit on the chin for funding left-wing interest groups and terrorist organizations like Black Lives Matter.
They also tried to boycott Breitbart in bankruptcy
Kellogg Co. will lay off 280 people in La Palma, effective July 29 as it shutters a distribution center, according to notices filed with the state. The company will also lay off 230 people in Roseville, effective Aug. 4.
The layoffs include the distribution center, sales and merchandising employees.
They are tanking fast. When they can't even survive in California, you know that they are in trouble!
When I shop at the 99 Cent store, I refused to purchase any Kellogg's products, and when I had heared about the corrupt, left-wing hate groups funded by Kellogg's, I tossed what I had left:
I am so glad that I could dump Kellogg's, and now the rest of the country is dumping them too!
Now, we have to recognize that the OC Register, bought out by the left-leaning Southern California news group, is trying to dress up the layoffs as a processing change:
The Michigan-based company announced in February that it would move from direct-store delivery centers, like the one in La Palma, to a warehouse model. Warehouses are already used by Pringles and the rest of its North American business.
Oh, so it's a different strategy to ship products. But shipping products to a warehouse diminishes the efficiency and speed of pushing one's products. So, this move is not about better service. It's nothing but cost-cutting.
Kellogg's is an anti-American organization, hostile to the best interests of American citizens. They wanted to throttle an open, diverse media, and they want to push every perverse, left-wing agenda item they can, including socialism, racism/victimhood, and now homosexuality and transgenderism.
