George Miller of "Citizen Journal" Explains the Further Failure of Recall 2021

A few of my thoughts expressed to some friends today...

Our condolences to our patriotic friends in CA who will have to continue to be subjected to Gov Nuisance and his insane, toxic policies. I predicted the failure of the recall and that gave me no joy. In fact it is one more reason that we became political refugees from CA to FL.

Even without election fraud, which is significant, Newscum would have won, because the left has a supermajority, reinforced by decades of propaganda from the education bureaucracy, media, NGO's and political parties, as well as the influx of millions of illegal immigrants, people's desire for "free" stuff, erosion of the rule of constitutional law and more. Some good news is that Larry Elder is now more well-known and famous than ever.

Look for more Agenda 21 nonsense, higher crime, taxes, decay, deficits. It will be even worse now that they have turned back the biggest challenge to the secular progressive oligarchy in decades.

After 41 years we bailed out of CA. We just don't see it turning around in our limited time left on Earth. We did what we could to stop the fall of the state and might have even slowed that down a smidgen. I won't discourage others from continuing the fight, especially younger ones who are more likely to survive to enjoy the fruits of their labor.

If I had stayed in CA, my next step would have been massive resistance to the unconstitutional/illegal actions of govt. Since not enough people are prepared to do that at this time, it would have been hard on the few that did. So, I figure I would have been dead or imprisoned within 2 years- and for what?

Looking back at the example of the American Revolution, it only occurred when the movers and shakers had had enough and developed first the rhetoric, then the means to take control, with only 20% of the population behind them. USA movers and shakers are so sclerotic or compromised by the system that they can't and won't lead us out of this mess. It would have to be done by relative unknowns and upstarts in sufficient numbers to constitute a critical mass,

As you can already see, such upstarts are being demonized, mocked and fought every step of the way by the same elite who should be fighting the negative forces affecting our society.

Yes indeed. [This recall failure is] the result of permitting NWO fascist secular progressives to run a state larger than most countries, unchecked.

Regards,

George Miller

Further Reflections on the Aftermath of Recall 2021

I want to thank you for inviting me to the Zoom meeting discussion last Thursday.

I was tired that night, so I signed out of the meeting about halfway through.

A couple observations:

  1. Time management is key! Allowing people to introduce themselves for any amount of time just sucks up all the energy in the room. People should get ten seconds to introduce themselves, TOPS! It can be: "Say your name. Say your organization." That's all.
  2. Getting a group of leaders for different activist organizations is a losing strategy. Everyone has different interests that they are focusing on, and inevitably, people are going to be pulled more towards fighting their core issues. Also, getting lots of people together in a Zoom call to talk about how everything is falling apart in the state is not going to get anything done. It never does. It's better to focus on accomplishing key outcomes in your local area.
  3. I know that many of you have said: "I'm tired of losing." Here's the thing when it comes to this 2021 recall: we did not lose. The voters of the state of California who kept Newsom in power, they are the losers. We have done our part as much as we could, and yet there is such a brainwashed cult in this state. It's not our fault. It's their fault. We need to adjust our attitude about all of this. It's not our fault, and we are not the losers. Simple as that.
  4. I do believe that voter fraud plays a role in every election. I believe that it was voter fraud that took the seven house seats away from Republicans in California in 2018. However, when it comes to the recall in 2021, voter fraud is not enough to explain the why disparity of voters who actually decided to let Gavin keep his job. There were even Republicans who voted NO on the recall because it was so close to the 2022 election! SAD, but true. The fact is that this state is filled with voters who are in bondage to the Cult of Progressive Woke Nonsense.
  5. I have become more disenchanted with political party politics in general. The only way that voters will be mobilized and effective is if everyone focuses on issues. Parents in the South Bay section of Los Angeles County are rallying quite effectively against mask and vaccine mandates by focusing on those issues, not getting into party politics, who voted for whom for President, Governor, etc. MassResistance has been making the difference because we focus on fighting LGBT perversion. That's my two cents.

I must say that in spite of this dreaded failure with the recall, I am now more optimistic than ever. I have stopped beating my head against a wall when it comes to trying to achieve electoral outcomes. Sadly, we are at a point where elections are not enough. People need to engage in targeted, effective MASSRESISTANCE, i.e. civil disobedience. Gandhi didn't force out the British Empire through the vote. MLK did not end segregation in the South via the vote.

It's time for MASSRESISTANCE.

Wendy Rogers: California is Lost Because of Voter Fraud (and More)

Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers is right. California is lost.

Voter fraud is indeed rife in this state, and I submit that has gotten this way in large part because feckless political authorities have refused to do anything about it.

However, I have to concede that it was not mere voter fraud which propelled Newsom to defeat the recall. The moral malaise that has become so commonplace has induced people to go along with the cult of the progressive left, nothing more than that.

Here's the rest of Wendy Rogers' latest email:

Hi Arthur,

Many people ask me why I'm working so hard for audits and election integrity, traveling the country and developing the network of leaders who will lead election integrity efforts everywhere.

As if the disaster of the 2020 election wasn't enough, what has happened in 2021 in the California recall election is proof that our elections are rife with fraud.

I'm Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers. I am an Arizona State Senator fighting nationwide for election integrity! Please help me continue to fight for election integrity measures!

California leads the country in lots of crazy ideas. I hope they recall Newsom, but the $100 million the Dems poured in to save him have bought them a lot of fraudulent votes.
Two weeks ago FOX News reported on this:

Torrance Police recovered more than 300 unopened California recall election ballots inside the vehicle of a suspect who was found passed out in his car at a 7-Eleven parking lot, along with a gun and drugs, authorities said Monday.

Investigators are now trying to figure out how the election ballots ended up in the suspect’s vehicle and what their intent was in having them.

Torrance Police officers arrested the male suspect on Aug. 17 and charged him with numerous weapons, narcotics and forgery charges. The suspect's name was not released.

And today, during in-person voting, many Republicans were surprised to find that they had "already voted":

Provisional ballots were given to voters in a Los Angeles neighborhood who fell victim to a glitch in which the system erroneously showed they had already voted days ahead of recall Election Day.

Two locations in Woodland Hills were affected over the weekend, according to the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder's office, which blamed the problem on electronic poll book devices used to check in voters.

“The voters who experienced this issue were offered and provided a provisional ballot, the fail-safe option to ensure no one is turned away from voting. After troubleshooting the issue, the equipment at the locations was replaced and voting continued," the office said in a statement.

Provisional ballots are counted after election officials confirm voters are registered to vote and have not already voted in a given election.

Monica Almada, who encountered the glitch at the Disabled American Veterans 73 Vote Center, called it a "pretty serious glitch," recalling how a clerk informed her that other voters were struggling to check in to cast a ballot.

Sure. A "glitch".

I'm sure the Democrats' money bought many such "glitches". I'm sure their crazy mail-in ballot schemes, and print-at-home ballots, and lack of scrubbing the voter rolls, have presented them with great opportunities to steal this election.

In California, Democrats are good at that. Stealing elections.

But that is why we are pushing for election integrity measures everywhere else. We can't let the media and the Democrats do to us what they have done to California.
Win or lose, the California recall has been a painful lesson in what lengths the Democrats are willing to go to steal an election.

Here in Arizona in 2020, we had hundreds of thousands of altered votes. More than enough to change the 2020 results.

And the full AZ audit report still to come, likely any day now.

We need changes, nationally. Our elections are a sham right now and we need to fix them.

The media mocks us, but we are taking on the Left and the media and we are winning with hard work and FACTS.

Will you help me work for audits around the country? We need to show what actually happened these elections!

Our elections need to be fair and secure. Right now they are not. Help us push for audits and election integrity measures!

Biden and the media are trying to discredit us. But they can't fight our facts! Join our fight and help us stop the fraud!

Thank you so much.

America First,
Wendy Rogers, Lt Col USAF (ret)
Arizona State Senator
Arizona's 6th Legislative District
P.S. George Soros and the leftwing billionaires are going to target my district again with millions of dollars in attack ads like they did last time. I need to raise $100k by the end of this month to stay on track to keep my seat. Will you contribute today to help me get there?

Rest After the Recall

Gavin Newsom won.

The recall lost.

I lost, too.

Or, did I lose, really? In the end, this is a loss for the other voters in the state of California. This is not a loss for me in the long run. There is so much injustice in the state of California, and yet for all of it, none of it has held me back.

In the long run, I feel that this is a win. I can finally let go, stop trying, stop striving to save this state that does not want to be saved.

I must say, I had a sinking feeling, based on all the continuing polls, that the recall would fail.

There was a smaller sense of sorrow yesterday, when the recall failed. I was not devastated, and I was prepared for this worst outcome.

A day later, it is crystal clear to me who the problem really is: it's the voters themselves.

The vast majority of voters in the state of California, Democrat and Republican, are the problem.

Democrats are voting for their progressive delusional cult. Republicans did not turn out to vote for the recall. Yes, there was voter fraud, no doubt about it, and it would be good to see what those results would be in a comprehensive audit.

Still, for all the pretenses, the fact is that a new religion has clearly overtaken the state of California: The Cult of the Woke.

And they are as asleep as ever. It's pretty sad, very distressing to see how far the Golden State has fallen. But the worshipped the Gold, and not the God who made the temple.

For years, I have been fighting the cultural scourge that was so common, so prevalent in this state. For the last ten years, I have been working, volunteering, active in GOP circles to fight back against the moral rot that has overtaken this state.

And it has really come to naught. Yes, I have witnessed victories here and there at the local level, and for two years, a Republican did represent me in the state assembly. But that joy was short-lived, and even then, that Republican failed in all too many cases, even voting to allow illegal aliens to purchase health insurance in the Covered California Obamacare health exchanges.

What a shameful crock.

The state GOP and the county GOP have been worse than complete failures. They have been complicit in the liberal corruption which has overrun the state. Many of them were Democrats at one time, and they ran for the GOP seats because the Democrats are too full.

The people of the state of California hate God, they hate the truth, and they are holding to their Jim Jones-like hold onto Democratic policies, and they must reject Republicans in particular and republicanism in general. There is no talking to people in bondage to a cult.

I don't feel bad about accepting the sad reality of all of this, and I do not feel bad about giving up at this point. California voters are rejecting what I believe. They are not rejecting me. They are rejecting God, they are rejecting Christ Jesus, and they are rejecting His grace.

I am giving up because they are not worth the effort. It's their fault, not mine. I have nothing to lose. I did my part. I have done my part. They didn't choose the candidates I support, and it's their fault. Not mine. There is nothing wrong with what I believe. It's their problem.

It's not me, it's you, California. It's not loss for me. I am not going to waste my time anymore. You are not worth the effort.

"7And the LORD said unto Samuel, Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee: for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me, that I should not reign over them." (1 Samuel 8:7)

It's your loss, California, not mine! I tried to warn you that going down the path of the same statist, status quo was going to hurt you, but you chose not to listen:

"19Nevertheless the people refused to obey the voice of Samuel; and they said, Nay; but we will have a king over us; 20That we also may be like all the nations; and that our king may judge us, and go out before us, and fight our battles." (1 Samuel 8:18-19)

Of course, the first king that God selected for the Israelites was Saul, and he was a failure. David would follow, and he was one of the greatest kings, and yet even he failed.

The Israelites would continue their descent into idol worship and debauchery.

Then came the vision which the prophet Isaiah received, in which he asked how long he would have to prophesy to the people, and they would not listen.

God gave a stern, dour answer:

"11Then said I, Lord, how long? And he answered, Until the cities be wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land be utterly desolate,

"12And the LORD have removed men far away, and there be a great forsaking in the midst of the land.

"13But yet in it shall be a tenth, and it shall return, and shall be eaten: as a teil tree, and as an oak, whose substance is in them, when they cast their leaves: so the holy seed shall be the substance thereof." (Isaiah 6:11-13)

That's where California is. I have warned Californians, and many others have done the same. But the vast majority of the voters in the state of California today do not want to listen. They have not suffered enough. They are fat, proud, thick in their minds and their hearts.

Sadly, they will suffer greatly for these failures. But it's on them. It's not my fault. It's not my problem, and I am not going to worry about it anymore.

California, I am going to rest. I worked as much as I could, and you choose to lose. It's on you at this point.

09/16/21 UPDATE:

Because I now choose to rest, God can now work. Our frustrating efforts to make things right only frustrate God's working in us, for He is willing in us both to will and to do for His good pleasure (Philippians 2:13). God has not given up on the world yet. His Son has not returned yet with a rod of iron to rule the nations.

It's time for me to trust Him to make things work for good. There is indeed a real rest for me. Lord, You've got this! I am going to let you take over. Jesus, You are at work and you are making all things work together for good. (Romans 8:28).

I am giving up, so that God can take over fully.

Keith Hardine: The People of California Want a King

From the Desk of Constitutional Self-Defense Expert Keith Hardine:

“But when they [the People] said, ‘Give us a king to lead us,’ this displeased Samuel; so he prayed to the Lord. And the Lord told him: “Listen to all that the people are saying to you; it is not you they have rejected, but they have rejected me as their king. As they have done from the day I brought them up out of Egypt until this day, forsaking me and serving other gods, so they are doing to you. Now listen to them; but warn them solemnly and let them know what the king who will reign over them will claim as his rights.” 1 Samuel 8:6-8, NIV

Breitbart’s JOEL B. POLLAK on September 14 wrote: Newsom ran against “Trumpism” [THE CONSTITUTION] and Republican caricatures, which proved enough to carry the day handsomely.

With recall defeated, Democrats are already discussing ways to shut the door on future recalls, debating ways to reform a process that was established over a century ago in the original “Progressive” era as a last resort to ensure accountability.

And this is what king Newsom who prevailed over the Recall thanks to the People of California, has claimed as his right to rule:

Life in California under Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom by Randy Thomasson of SaveCalifornia.

1. One-third of California restaurants were permanently closed in 2020-2021
Thousands of Californians have their jobs just because they don't want the "jab"

2. He sided with anti-family teachers' unions, not science, to keep schools closed

3. Millions of children are being unnecessarily masked for several hours each day

4. Children in government schools are being sexually indoctrinated all the more

5. Preborn babies are even more in danger of losing their God-given right to life

6. Tens of thousands of convicts -- including violent criminals -- have been released

7. Convicted murderers -- who forced victims to lose their lives -- won't lose their own

8. Water has been released, wasted, and prohibited without building new dams

9. $150 million has been siphoned away from the state's fire protection budget

10. California wilderness has 163 million dead trees, providing explosive wildfire fuel

11. Homelessness and transient crimes have skyrocketed, endangering families

12. $30 BILLION In fraudulent payments have been made by the Governor's EDD

13. California has abnormally high gas taxes and regulations driving up prices

14. We no longer are a "government of the people, by the people, for the people"

So the question for the People of California was, would you "hire" Gavin Newsom again by voting "no," or will you "fire" him by voting "yes," in the September 14 Recall Election?

THE PEOPLE’S ANSWER WAS—give us a tyrannical king (Governor) to continue his rule over us!

Questions for California Recall 2021 Gubernatorial Candidates

Will you support a policy only to fly the American, California, and POW flags on government property?

We need to protect the natural family: one man and one woman. What steps will you take to ensure the protection of the family?

Will you repeal all the mask mandates and lockdowns, and put an end to these health restrictions?

What will you do about the voter fraud problems in this state?

Will you sign a bill banning reparative therapy? Do you support the so-called (LGBT+) Equality Act in Washington DC?

Do you support California having a Second Amendment Sanctuary Status?

Will you cooperate with federal law enforcement officers like ICE, Department of Homeland Security, etc. to protect American citizens in California?

Name three California departments you would close immediately to save money.

How will you inform and implement Janus v. AFSCME for all state, county, and local public employees?

The Supreme Court has been issuing unconstitutional rulings:

  • ·         Roe v. Wade (Legalized Abortion)
  • ·         Obergfelle v. Hodges (Redefined Marriage beyond one man and one woman)
  • ·         Bostock v. Clayton County (Redefined Title IX of the Civil Rights act to include protections for so-called sexual orientation and gender identity)

As governor, how will you fight against these unconstitutional rulings?

While the Corrupt CAGOP is Rigging an Endorsement – RINO Faulconer’s Corrupt Deal with Ash Street is Being Ripped Open

From the pen of Intrepid Blogger Aaron Park:

While the Corrupt CAGOP is Rigging an Endorsement – Faulconer’s Corrupt Deal with Ash Street is Being Ripped Open

I thought the Republican Party was the party of law and order? I guess the CAGOP is the party of consultants and paychecks. That is the only conclusion you could draw from the underhanded tactics that were exposed by your intrepid blogger and Stephen Frank. While the legislators closed ranks to re-elect the scandal-marred and corrupt puppet of the establishment Jessica Patterson, one of the expected payoffs of rigging the convention and the process was to be the Kevin Faulconer Payday. I can draw no other conclusion based on what I’ve seen and learned.

Corruption begat Corruption?

San Diego City Attorney Mara Elliott filed suit Tuesday to void the city’s lease-to-own agreements for both the 101 Ash Street and Civic Center Plaza properties. The action came hours after the Union-Tribune reported that real estate broker Jason Hughes was paid almost $10 million by a middleman company while advising former Mayor Kevin Faulconer on the two transactions.

Jason Hughes was purported to be a volunteer by Kevin Faulconer. Whoops.

Since 2016, the city has paid tens of millions of dollars to lease and renovate the former Sempra Energy building on Ash Street, which has been vacant for all but a few weeks since the Fortune 500 company moved out in 2015.

The building is full of asbestos and has other issues preventing the city from using it.

(K.C. Alfred/The San Diego Union-Tribune)

The Union-Tribune reported late Monday that Hughes, who advised the city on the deal, was paid $4.4 million for securing the Ash Street deal in early 2017 and just over $5 million for his work on a similar deal for the city’s lease of the nearby Civic Center Plaza in 2015.

The nearly $10 million collected by Hughes came from Cisterra Development, a San Diego company that acted as a middleman in both the Civic Center Plaza and Ash Street leases.

What a visual. The Democrats are going to (literally) burn Kevin Faulconer down with this. Meantime, the CAGOP is on a suicide mission to anoint this guy.

The City Council agreed to the 20-year lease-to-own arrangement in 2016 on Faulconer’s recommendation. The former mayor said the deal would save the city more than $40 million in future office space expenses.

But after Elliott signed off on the lease, city officials learned that the property could not be safely occupied.

The lease was $535,000 a month for a building loaded with Asbestos. The main consultant on the project raked in $10 Million and then there is this:

The $535,000 monthly lease payments that were to be paid over 20 years translate to the city spending approximately $128 million for the Ash Street building. Combined with operational costs, maintenance and renovations, the city committed some $200 million for the 19-story high rise.

The building appraised for $67 million before the council approved the deal at Faulconer’s recommendation. The year before, former majority owner Shapery sold 49 percent of the property to financier Douglas Manchester.

It’s not yet clear how the city’s amended complaint might affect the spate of lawsuits already pending over the Ash Street transaction — or whether or how either Ash Street or the Civic Center Plaza deals may be unwound.

The city could always renegotiate the deal for the Civic Center Plaza, which has housed the City Attorney’s Office and other city departments for years.

But the Ash Street building needs wholesale repairs, remediation and upgrades estimated by one consultant to cost $115 million.

Either Kevin Faulconer is a blithering idiot (see also incompetent) or he is completely corrupt. You can’t explain this scandal any other way and now you have a key cog in the deal who was on the take (allegedly) who is now named in the lawsuit by the city.

Now let’s say for a second that Faulconer was an innocent victim (aka just incompetent vs corrupt). Take a look at this from another article about the City’s Lawsuit against the players in the project:

In 2016, the city agreed to borrow just under $92 million to acquire the Ash Street high rise. Faulconer recommended the deal to the City Council even though the building had been appraised for $67 million.

Wait — the savior of the California Republican Party got the City of San Diego to pay $92 Million for a building worth $67 Million??? (That’s before the asbestos and the busted fire suppression system were discovered)

So, when Faulconer was mayor, he led the effort to get the City to Overpay for an Asbestos-Riddled Building with a broken Fire Suppression System. Then we find out one of the main players in the deal raked in a cool $9.4 Million from a middleman while attempting to avoid disclosure?

The Ash Street property has been uninhabitable for all but a few weeks since Sempra moved out in 2015 due to asbestos contamination, a broken fire-suppression system and other issues. A consultant hired by the city issued a report last year estimating that repairs would cost approximately $115 million.

Gavin Newsom has the best that the democrat party has to offer  advising him and helping his campaign. I’d bet he is drooling over facing Kevin Faulconer…

… and Faulconer?

Pro-Choice
Anti-Family
Open Borders
Tax Raiser
Gun Grabber

Last I checked, we already had one of those in the Governor’s Office. #EPICFAIL

P.S. AS detailed on this blog, there are over 50 delegates to the CAGOP that we appointed in violation of the CAGOP’s By-Laws. If a candidate for the recall does not sue over this issue alone, they deserve to watch them rig the endorsement of Faulconer.
