Election 2018: HIGOP Had More Wins Than CAGOP

If anyone wants to assess how bad things were politically in California, consider what happened in Hawaii in Election 2018.

While California Republicans lost seats in both chambers of the state legislature and in Congress, The Hawaii GOP won seats, or at least on seat in the state senate and made a modest gain in the state house.

Yes, the Hawaii GOP has been dead for two decades, and as for 2016, Democrats had a unanimous hold on the state senate.

Republicans finally gained back one seat, and they are poised to win another seat in the state senate for Election 2020.

What has happened in Hawaii that Republicans are now starting to win again?

A conservative became chairman for the largest county in the state. Brett Kulbis came from the Hawaiian Islands Republican Assembly. They are a true-red conservative group, the real Republican Party in the state of Hawaii.

He has worked hard to reach out to voters throughout the state to go to the state legislature and hold the elected officials accountable. He gets people involved, and his office releases statements going after the corrupt political class in both parties.

He does stuff!

And he is seeking re-election, which is great news for Hawaiians who want a chance to live again with peace and prosperity in their own state!

Aloha Fellow Republicans:

The 2020 election season has begun and I want you to know that I’m more committed than ever before to our party’s success in supporting President Trump’s re-election, winning local elections and enacting conservative solutions here in our Hawai’i nei’.

This is why I wanted you to be the first to know of my intent to run for re-election as the chairman of the Honolulu County Republican Party at our countyconvention next month. And I wish to humbly ask for your support.

Over the past two years in this volunteer capacity, we’ve begun turning things around. We’ve reversed the decline of the GOP by sending two newly-elected Republicans to the state legislature, while ensuring our incumbent legislators remained in office.

We continuously messaged about the bad policies of both Governor Ige, the state legislature, Mayor Caldwell and the Honolulu city council; becoming a voice for the forgotten taxpayer and reaching hundreds of thousands of voters via investments in social media so that voters could make the direct connection between the failed policies of the Democrat political machine and the daily struggle of island residents; many of whom are packing up and leaving for the mainland. Here is one of our county party’s widely-viewed commercials which was also used by the state party to make our case to the public.
In the weeks ahead, I will continue the important work of leading our countyparty while also updating you about my reasons for seeking re-election, including my plans for building an even stronger county party which can realize greater political success as well as greater policy success as we educate and persuade voters 24/7/365 that Republicans can be counted on to fight for the reforms and solutions they need, while Democrats ignore the consequences of taking Hawaii in the wrong direction.

That’s why I’m so pleased to have the support and endorsement of former state senator and leading conservative Sam Slom, who is already campaigning to return to the State Capitol in 2020. As county chair, I am eager to assist Sam’s efforts to unseat liberal Democrat Stanley Chang. With the Honolulu GOP’s help, East Honolulu voters will get to know Chang’s voting record at the Honolulu City Council and at the State Senate, as well as his wild, progressive stances taken as a congressional candidate. More importantly, voters will renew their appreciation for Sam’s leadership and votes on their behalf.

“Since his election as Honolulu County Chair, Brett has been the hardest working County Leader I’ve seen in a decade. He has brought a breath of fresh air and leadership to the County Party when it needed it the most. I urge my fellow Republicans of Honolulu County to join me in supporting consistent conservative Brett Kulbis as our Honolulu County Republican Party Chairman.”  --  Former Republican State Senator Sam Slom

As always, I am eager to hear your suggestions for improving how our countyparty operates. Moreover, I look forward to your active participation in the Honolulu GOP as a volunteer, a donor, and/or candidate. Together, we can take back Hawaii from Democrats after 65 long years and put the Aloha State on the right track. Last year’s election was a first step. With your support for another 2-year term as county chairman, we can take another big step in 2020.

Mahalo for your consideration of my candidacy.

Yours in Freedom.

INCREDIBLE! Hawaii Republican Assembly Defeats RINO Coup d'Etat

The Hawaiian Islands Republican Assembly is so inspiring.

They have routinely exposed the corruption, malfeasance, and incompetence of the current leadership of the Hawaii Republican Party under the leadership of Miriam Hellreich, Fritz Rohfling, and Gene Ward.

They have never shied away from slamming the corrupt and useless Democratic Party of Hawaii, which has overwhelmed the Aloha State with spending, tax hikes, moral malaise, and rampant poverty.

Veterans are routinely mistreated, as well, and the Republicans who get elected often go along with the same destructive Democratic agenda of tax hikes, anti-family values, and anti-security political correctness.

Need I remind the readers that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii, and the federal judge of Hawaii struck down the latest travel ban executive order issued by our President?

Enough said.

In spite of the deleterious political situation in Hawaii, the Hawaiian Islands Republican Assembly (HIRA) is rising up--and they fight back! Conservatives throughout the country, especially in blue states like California and Nevada, can learn a great deal from HIRA.

In their previous eblast, HIRA announced an attempted, illegal coup by the Hawaii GOP Chairman Fritz Rohfling to invalidate the Honolulu County GOP electons, in which HIRA conservatives swept all offices. HIRA and their team of dedicated conservatives did not take such a brazenly illegal maneuver silently.

Check out their epic victory here:

FAILED COUP D'ETAT:
RINO's Go Down In Flames at Hawaii GOP Headquarters Today

Aloha Republicans:

Stand up and cheer.  The draining of the swamp at the Hawaii GOP has begun again.  The six county party officers who were fired Wednesday by a corrupt, inept and failed state party chairman Fritz Rohlfing (plus five more district level officers who were indirectly fired) have all been restored to their posts.  Amen!

Stay tuned for our comprehensive, exclusive insider report from HIRA this weekend about today's MINDBLOWING happenings at the Hawaii GOP headquarters.  You will really want to sit down for that 'full report' newsletter.  It will be a wild ride.

For now, here's a quick rundown . . .

https://imgssl.constantcontact.com/letters/images/sys/S.gif
http://hira.hawaiideservesbetter.com/images/fritzy-boy-rohlfing-redfaced.jpg
You should have seen the look on demented Rohlfing's ever-reddening face as he kept losing vote after vote after vote.  It looked a lot like this. --->  How can this crooked mental midget live with himself knowing he is such a complete loser and filthy scumbag?  [He must have sold his barely-used conscience on eBay to the lowest bidder years ago along with his political skills and sportsmanship.]

In anticipation of what he and his scum-sucking friends hopes would be a successful coup, RINO Rohlfing and his RINO towelboy Jack "Mehoff" James had already sanitized the Hawaii GOP's Facebook page to eliminate any record of the election of the six fired county officers at the county convention three weeks ago. That's how petty these RINO's can be.

But Fritzy Boy and his RINO co-conspirators did NOT get away with their plot to consolidate power under Rohlfing's other RINO towelboy and fluffer, Boyd Not-So-Ready. As you'll see in our full report this weekend, there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY Boyd Ready can remain as an officer of the Honolulu County Republican Party. When you learn about the last-minute, disgusting and completely fraudulent tactics Ready deliberately employed in furtherance of the Rohlfing-Tupola-Ward conspiracy to consolidate RINO power at the Hawaii GOP -- and we mean reprehensible and unforgivable -- you'll easily agree with us that the only sound we should hear is the door whacking Ready on the okole as he leaves the GOP for a lengthy sabbatical of spiritual renewal (and to have his head surgically removed from his ass, then his lips surgically removed from Rohlfing's ass).
https://imgssl.constantcontact.com/letters/images/sys/S.gif
http://hira.hawaiideservesbetter.com/images/fired-county-officers-restored.jpg
So a hearty congrats from HIRA to the duly elected county GOP officers -- Brett Kulbis, Marissa Kerns, Eric Eads, Mela Kealoha-Lindsey, Matt Darnell and Dennis Kim -- on being returned to your posts.  And hats off to the brave, principled members of the Honolulu County Republican Party 'county committee' for doing the right thing in the face of lies, hostility, swearing, and manipulation by RINO's at party headquarters and at the State Capitol.

This was a TERRIBLE day for RINO's at the Hawaii Republican Party.  Really, really HORRIBLE.  And it was a great day for what appears to be a rejuvenated Honolulu GOP. Let's hope so.

Finally, here's a very special, heartfelt message to Rohlfing, Ready, James, Tupola, Ward and the rest of their RINO collaborators and co-conspirators.  Sorry, but nobody cares what you have to say anymore . . . especially after the all-out smear campaign orchestrated by the shameless, ethically challenged boneheads made up of outgoing state chair "Fritzy Boy" Rohlfing, Rohlfing's towelboy Jack 'Mehoff' James, Rep. Bobby McDonut, Rep. Andrea Topullyou for State Chair 2017 (no way), Kief "I love Mufi" Trollman, and Rohlfing's other RINO towelboy Boyd Not-So-Ready.  Your mojo and mana are all used up.

Read more about their disturbing antics in HIRA's Weekend Edition of our newsletter. That's right, please stay tuned for more details this weekend . . . and some riveting, mindblowing audio of RINO politician and tax-hiker Bob McDonut completely melting down, swearing up a storm, and being booed out of party headquarters halfway through today's wild-ride-of-a-meeting.

It's as if McDonut took TheBus and then rode TheRail to today's meeting straight from spending all night in his smelly basement in old Ewa Beach; drunk on stale Doritos and a gallon of Keif "I Luv Mufi" Trollman's 200 proof fermented urine.  Psychotic Bobby McDouchebag can kiss that gubernatorial campaign goodbye.  Fritz will have to start his search for the perfect candidate all over again.  Paging Rohlfing's 2016 superstar candidate Rod Tam!!   :-)

Thanks for your help in draining the swamp at the Hawaii GOP so we can finally, finally take on the Democrats for real.

Mahalo,

New Sheriff in Honolulu for Hawaii GOP (Shoot 'em Up, and Bring Down RINO's and Dems!)

NEW SHERIFF IN TOWN:
Honolulu County GOP Chair
Brett Kulbis is on a Mission

Aloha Republicans:

If you heard Brett Kulbis on the air with KHVH News Radio's Rick Hamada this past Friday, you know that there's a new GOP sheriff in town for the island of Oahu and its 35 state house districts.  If you missed the show, HIRA has the the six-minute highlight reel for you in the video below.

Yes, the newly-elected chairman of the Honolulu County Republican Party has a clearly defined mission . . . and you can tell Brett Kulbis is going to complete it.  Beloved East Oahu Republican statesman Sam Slom called into the show saying that Brett "a breath of fresh air" and "the right man for the job".

As Chairman Kulbis pointed out on KHVH, "the arguments are all on our side, they have all the failed policies they've got to defend . . . at least for the past 62 years!"

Kulbis continue:  "We've got to be able to stand toe to toe with them and not be afraid to espouse our beliefs and our values and our principles and how our solutions would be better for the state."
Slom explained succinctly what the Hawaii GOP needs and what he believes Chairman Kulbis brings to the equation:
"We need a party that focuses on candidates locally and issues locally and has the guts to stand up and do things."

Amen to that, Sam.  If we'd been following that formula over the past two decades instead of effectively being held hostage by closet Democrats and RINO's like Miriam Hellreich and her endless handpicked parade of windowdressing RINO state chair puppets (David Chang, Beth Fukumoto, Pat Saiki, Fritz Rohlfing, and whomever Hellreich has personally chosen in 2017), Republicans would be the majority party today.

In order for naive party newcomers like Mark Blackburn (photographed below with Hellreich and Saiki) to arrive at the clearest possible understanding of the wrongheadedness of RINO's who control the Hawaii GOP, easily starstruck people like Blackburn should watch this video of Pat Saiki demanding that the Hawaii Republican Party NEVER advocate for or against issues, no matter how much the people of Hawaii are suffering at the hands of Democrats. If Miriam Hellreich and Pat Saiki ran Donald Trump's campaign, Hillary Clinton would be president. Instead, their decades-long RINO stranglehold of the Hawaii GOP has given island Democrats their strongest political stranglehold of Hawaii since Statehood. That's the price of silence, neutrality, dysfunction, and puppet party officers controlled by RINOs.

Finally, it's clear from Brett Kulbis' recent county newsletter to Republicans that he greatly values teamwork because he knows it will take time, energy, and years of coordination with Republican activists across Oahu to move the pendulum in the direction of the GOP.

Long before any brave GOP candidates commit to running, Kulbis promises to provide the tools needed at the grassroots level which allow Republican activists to educate and persuade voters across the island of Oahu to understand the sharp contrast between the two parties.  Asked to summarize his top two goals for the Honolulu County Republican Party, Brett Kulbis gave this succinct answer: "Revitalizing the grassroots effort and getting people energized while simultaneously providing a message which shows our deep compare and contrast to what we'd do as Republicans and what we believe in to what the Democrats believe in."
Yes,
the sorry record of failed Democrat policies is a long and tragic list affecting hundreds of thousands of island residents.  After years and years of silence from the Hawaii GOP, conservatives and Republicans at HIRA are hopeful that our party will finally have the courage to speak out. Indeed, after being all alone in consistently challenging the policies of Democrats, it will be exciting for us at HIRA to observe which Democrat failures (and GOP solutions) Kulbis and his county committee decide to focus on first.

However, if HIRA has been correct all along in assessing that the Hawaii GOP is still overwhelmingly controlled by liberals and closet Democrats, these RINO's must regard the election of a conservative like Brett Kulbis to a top party post as a serious threat to their control and domination of the long-hijacked Republican Party.

Mark HIRA's words:  Don't be surprised if RINO's act just like unhinged Hillary supporters who still can't believe that Donald Trump won.  In fact, don't put it past RINO snowflakes to attempt to overturn the election of newly-elected conservative GOP leader Brett Kulbis.  HIRA hopes otherwise and wants the highly competent and very committed Kulbis and his new county team to be successful.  Look, 148 days since the last general election have already been wasted.  And the Hawaii GOP only has 580 days left until the 2018 election.  On Election Day, ask any losing GOP candidate in Hawaii if he or she wished there could have been 148 more days to campaign.

But RINO's and Democrats never want to see our party get its act together.  Just look at the unbroken trend of decline, despite the unbroken trend of Democrat failures.  Liberals inside the Hawaii GOP are surely displeased with Brett Kulbis' statements to Rick Hamada on the radio.  And, just like rust and mold and bacteria and viruses, liberals never sleep.  They will try to find a way to undermine the first non-puppet GOP leader elected in many years.  Watch your back, Brett Kulbis.  RINO's at the party and at the State Capitol are probably already gunning for you.  Before you can help fix Honolulu Hale and the State Capitol, the swamp must be drained much closer to home.

Mahalo,

SPEECH by Brett Kulbis, Honolulu GOP County Chair

Ladies and Gentlemen, distinguished guests, Happy Kuhio Day!  Mahalo for being here
tonight. My name is Brett Kulbis and I'm asking for your vote for County Chairman!

Last year Republicans across the Nation came out in droves and we saw the Republican red
wave engulf the country, while we stood on the beach watching from afar wondering what
happened here!

To understand what happened in Hawaii we must think back to around 1999, when a small
group of relatively powerful insiders centralized inherent county responsibilities under one
State leadership.  Responsibilities like organizing county precincts and districts, recruiting
county and state candidates, fundraising with candidates and messaging on the issues.

Over the years we have forsaken our county grassroots and moved to an oligarchy - a small
group of self-selected insiders making decisions for the rest of us.

A very select “good ‘ole boy (and girl)” cabal that tells us when and where to hold
caucuses with little input from the precinct and district chairs; that decides which
candidates are worthy of our support while good candidates such as Kathryn Henski, Eric
Ching, and my personal friend Bryan Jeremiah are left un-supported to battle the Democrat
machine; fearful insiders who withhold vital tools which precinct and district chairs need to
be successful and communicate with their members; an oligarchy that has disenfranchised
many of our members because they have been silent on the most important issues affecting
our County and State, and have failed to stand on our Republican principles and values.

I am not going to be critical of how we got to where we are - We all read or heard how our
party is “irrelevant”.  My focus is on today and on this election cycle.  I am running
because we cannot afford another two years of the same failed leadership that we have
had for the last two years.  This is your choice tonight.  Continue to lose, or change our
direction.

Now I’m not saying I have all the answers nor do I believe that only I can fix our problems.
IT TAKES A TEAM.  I learned from 26 years in the Navy...our ships don’t go to sea to protect
our great nation without teamwork.  I also learned that you don’t succeed without a plan.
I have a plan, and it’s simple.  Get back to the basics -- organize our county precincts and
districts; give our county grassroot leaders and warriors the tools they need for success;
message about our Republican principles and values making a clear contrast between us
and the Democrat machine; and lay the groundwork to make it as easy as possible for our
brave candidates to win.

Michael Reagan said, “...people need to remember without the grassroots, Ronald Reagan
probably doesn't become president of the United States of America…,” and that is what I
will begin to restore if elected County Chair.

We are the party of Lincoln, Reagan and Prince Kuhio.  We are the party that ended slavery
and passed the Civil Rights Act.  We are the party that believes in the inherent need and
desire of each and every individual to make their own way in the world, as free as possible
from the constraints of an overbearing government.

We are the party that has always had at its core a deep and abiding love and respect for
this state, the nation, our founding fathers, and for the divine inspiration that aided in the
drafting of our Constitution.

Republicans across the Nation came out in droves and you saw the red wave engulf the rest
of the country, while we stood on the beach watching from afar wondering what happened
here!

I sent you each my biography, so I won't repeat it here.  You know that I am the outsider to
the slate presented to you by the same folks who got us where we are today. I will bring a
balance, a conservative perspective to the Executive Committee, a perspective that has
been sorely absent for several years.  More importantly you’ll be sending a message to
leadership that it's time for change.

Ronald Reagan once said, “Our party must be based on the kind of leadership that grows
and takes its strength from the people. Any organization is in actuality only the lengthened
shadow of its members. A political party is a mechanical structure created to further a
cause. The cause, not the mechanism, brings and holds the members together.”
For too long we have ignored the cause!

Today you have a chance to change the status quo and begin rebuilding our team and
making our party great again!  My name is Brett Kulbis, and I humbly ask for your vote for
County Chairman.

We can win elections.  We can make Hawaii a better place to live. My name is Brett Kulbis,
and I humbly ask for your vote for county chairman.

God bless you, God bless Hawaii, God bless President Trump and God bless the United
States of America, mahalo!!

Mahalo Nui Loa!!
