Called It! State Senator Touchy Feely Mendoza Resigns

It happened!

Not as soon as I had expected, because I had claimed that he would step down by Christmas 2017.

But State Senator Tony Mendoza has left the building.

He resigned today, as he faced a vote of expulsion this week for sexual misconduct allegations, allegations which a separate panel deemed to be true.

I wonder how many more Democrats are going to get sucked down into this #MeToo controversy next?

State Senator Kevin De Leon, who faced fire for sharing a house with Mendoza, moved out immediately, and even responded to charges I had issued his way at the Santa Monica Democratic Club a few weeks prior.

It's staggering that he held on as long as he did, yet the rule of law and process must prevail. False allegations are a serious matter, too. But the independent panel determined that Mendoza more likely than not engaged in the perverse behavior, preying on women in his office, and inviting them to his home.

Very inappropriate behavior. When will people start to realize that it is not wise to engage in proximate or intimate working conditions with the opposite sex? No one should trust his or her flesh.

No one. Never meet with a staffer member alone, or even a child. It's just not wise. But wisdom is in extremely short supply in Sacramento, and the moral climate is worse, far worse.

The Associated Press reports:

A California state senator has resigned over sexual misconduct allegations just ahead of a possible vote by his colleagues to expel him.

Spokesman Robert Alaniz says Democratic Sen. Tony Mendoza stepped down Thursday. He's the third California lawmaker to resign over sexual misconduct claims in recent months.

In his resignation letter, Mendoza called the Senate's process "farcical" and unfair and is still considering running for re-election in the fall.

Wow! The arrogance is stifling. Do they have any shame? At all?!

An investigation found the Los Angeles-area Democrat likely engaged in unwanted flirtatious and sexually suggestive behavior with six women.

He denies wrongdoing but has apologized if he made anyone feel uncomfortable.

Senate President Pro Tem Kevin de Leon, Mendoza's former roommate in Sacramento, had been pushing to impose the most serious punishment in the Senate's arsenal for the first time since 1905.

This was not the first time that the state senate sought to expel a member. They were about to do the same thing to Roderick Wright (D-Inglewood) in 2014, when he was convicted of 8 counts of voter fraud and perjury. He ended up resigning, too, with a special election to follow in December that same year.

Final Reflection

It took what it took, but one more pervert is gone from the California State Senate. But there is still so much work to be done. We need to get GOOD people into office. We need to ensure that righteous people, men and women of faith and honor, represent Californians in Sacramento.

Or this #MeToo corruption will never end.

The California Democratic Party's #MeToo Problem Continues

Craig Cheslog, California Democratic Party Regional Director for the Northern California Second District, was forced to step down following widespread grassroots pressure throughout the state.

His crime? Sexual assault and misconduct. The state's elected Democratic representatives are out of control, and now even the CA Democratic Party brass are out of line with one another!

The Los Angeles Times reports:

A regional director with the California Democratic Party submitted his resignation on Thursday, nearly two weeks after a 23-year-old woman reported that he sexually assaulted her last year, spurring party leaders to seek his ouster.

Wow! The Democrats are eating their own and in the most liberal of states, too!

Craig Cheslog served as Region 2 director spanning the East Bay, Napa, Sonoma and the Clearlake areas. In a statement, his lawyer, Mary P. Carey, said she and her client were “confident that a full and fair exploration of this matter, undertaken in an appropriate, fact-governed venue, would exonerate Mr. Cheslog.”

“We are prepared, if necessary, to put forward the facts of this matter in just such a venue,” she said.

Democratic Party Chairman Eric Bauman and other officials initially called for Cheslog’s removal in a Nov. 29 letter to state party secretary Jenny Bach. They said he was seen acting “in an inappropriate and sexually aggressive manner” toward a member of the party in a public area of the Westin San Francisco Airport Hotel, following a Nov. 18 executive board meeting.

“The level to which this activity advanced made a number of those in attendance uncomfortable,” the letter stated. It added that another member reported "that Mr. Cheslog raped her at a CDP executive board meeting the previous year."

Ouch!

My next question: when will grassroots demand the ouster of CA Democratic Party chairman Eric Bauman?!

Wow! Who would have believed that the California Democratic Party would have such a #MeToo problem? I mean, they claim to be the party that cares about women and women's rights, right?

#MeToo, Eric Bauman?

Don't they believe in protecting a woman's right to choose? Yes, when it comes to killing a child, but not when it comes to accepting or refusing a man's advances.

It certainly does not apply to women's decision to come forward denouncing sexual harassment in their own liberal ranks. The rank hypocrisy of the California Democratic Party is beyond stifling.

War on women? Thy name is California Democratic Party.

#MeToo: Longest Serving Pervert Demo-Rat Conyers to Retire

Wow.

That was fast.

John Conyers is currently the longest-serving Democrat in the House of Representatives.

All of that is about to change, after Mike Cernovich and then Buzzfeed exposed the numerous sexual misconduct allegations against him.

Staffers reported about having to serve as his babysitter for his children. There was more talk about flying in paramours to his office. Then there was confirmation that Conyers a taxpayer-funded slush account to settle sexual harassment claims.

Yes, that happened, and yet Alzheimer's Nancy stood by her crony Conyers.

Then the backlash emerged, and Nancy Pelosi could not stand by her man anymore. Another question emerges: when will she demand that Al Franken step down? This is incredible. The Democratic Party were looking at an epic wave of victory going into 2018. The wave of resistance is starting to ebb and break down, however. What will they do when all the Democratic incumbents get washed out, and nobody wants to vote for their successors?

Is it possible that these long-standing Democrats in the heavily-Democratic districts may start electing Republicans or even independents? Anything is possible, I suppose. One state legislative district in Pennsylvania did not even have a Democrat on the formal ballot, but had to wage a write-in campaign in order to win.

Some conservative pundits had argued that Pelosi and by extension Bill Clinton won the sexual misconduct media wars. No, they haven't. They are slowly realizing, instead, that the corrupt, enabling media which they had depended on for years to cover up for their misdeeds is no longer powerful enough or big enough to do so.

The media whores themselves have been exposed for their sexual misdeed, and the major news leaders are dropping off like flies. There is no escape for the rampant disregard for the good of all, men and women, and the sexual harassment which has overwhelmed our governing halls will not stand much longer.

What took so long for all of this abuse and destructive behavior to go unnoticed for so long?

The corrupt, enabling media, and that's why these elites continued to engage in their destructive, evil behavior. No one was going to call them out on it, and even if one or two reports were released, there was not enough mobilized outrage on the right to do something about it.

Now there is! So glad that Conyers is on the way out! No put him in a jail cell!

Tell Congress: Release Details of Sexual Assault Settlements (Petition)

I received this message this morning:

Arthur, with all of the news coming out on politicians, can you sign and share this to friends on your wall, messenger and any groups you're in or if possible do a story on it? Thank you!

We did a .Gov Petition that I think should get out there as a story to get enough signatures.
PLEASE SIGN & SHARE! Release the Details of Congressional Assault Settlements

https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/release-details-congressional-assault-settlements

Thank you from: www.facebook.com/NewsTheMediaWontShowYou
New Website: http://newsthemediawontshow.com

I can't believe that so much rampant perversity has been eating out Congress and the United States Senate.

Any sexual assault or battery claims must be exposed and settled. This sexual abuse cannot continue, especially in the halls of our legislative chambers.

The latest allegations, now confirmed with reports and affidavits, all confirm that John Conyers, the longest-serving House Rep in Congress, made numerous, unwanted sexual advances against female staffers. One lawsuits was settled as recently as 2015 with taxpayer dollars. What's worse, Conyers would fly more paramours into his office with taxpayer-funded flights.

This is outrageous!

Way to go, Michael Cernovich, for revealing this information to the public through BuzzFeed. The notion of leaking damaging information to another, left-wing news source seems counter-intuitive, but in a way it's brilliant. By allowing a left-wing publication to drop these bombshells, Cernovich confirmed that the Democratic Party would be unable to debunk the claims as part of "some vast right-wing conspiracy."

And it's working. Conyers is in such hot water, that even Speaker Paul Ryan has found these allegations and evidence very troubling, in that he actually said something demonstrably bad about Democratic Party leaders' misconduct and not just fanciful lies about Republicans.

Please sign the above petition as soon as you can. Send a message loud and clear to Congress that we will not allow #MeToo abuse to rob our treasury and cover for Congressional malfeasance and miscreant behavior.

Groper-Negra Calls it Quits ... Next Year

The Los Angeles Times has dropped the following, which is unsurprising, since the Times was about to publish six more allegations of sexual abuse.

Assemblyman Raul Bocanegra announces he will resign next year as Timesprepares report on new sexual harassment allegations

Assemblyman Raul Bocanegra announced he will not seek reelection Monday, citing “persistent rumors and speculation” regarding sexual harassment claims.

Notice how Bocanegra still suggests that they were "allegations", and not necessarily.

“I spent my life advocating for the Northeast Valley, fighting for a fair share for our communities and residents,” Bocanegra (D-Pacoima) said in a statement. “It is because of my deep commitment to you, residents of the 39th Assembly District, that I have made the decision to resign from the State Assembly, effective September 1, 2018, and immediately resign my leadership position. I am also suspending my campaign and will not run for re-election.”

How about resigning now, Raul?

Why wait? Why do we have to let you continue taking up space in the state assembly? How many more women will be assaulted?

The statement came as The Times was preparing a story reporting that six women had accused him of sexual harassment. The paper presented its findings to Bocanegra’s office Friday afternoon.

Bam. One wonders, however, why the public is learning about all of these perversity NOW.

Bocanegra assaulted a staffer nearly ten years ago and only NOW we are learning about this. What's going on? What took so long?

Bocanegra said he decided to resign at the end of the legislative term in order to avoid a “another costly special election in Los Angeles and ensure our community is not left without any representation in the State Assembly.”

Now he cares about cutting costs. NOW? Yet he voted to raise our gas taxes and voted to push Cap and Trade extensions?

Really?

#MeToo is taking over the California State Legislature. Good.

David Hernandez, who is running for Lieutenant Governor, has argued that all of this dirt is coming to the surface because of the ongoing fight within the Democratic Party. The white liberals and standing up to the more progressive Latinos throughout the state, especially in Southern California. Also, Bocanegra was slated to be the next Speaker of the State Assembly, but he lost his re-election bid in 2014 to Patty Lopez.

Now his career is over, period. One could suspect that current Speaker Anthony Rendon had a hand in bringing down this Democratic rival. And goodness knows there is plenty of dirt on him, too.

I suspect that Bocanegra will drop out in the next month, even though he claims that he wants to save California taxpayers the cost of a special election. Wait and see.

HD Action: Franken Must Resign Now (Petition)

Arthur,
Breaking just this morning, a woman has accused Democratic Senator Al Franken of sexual assault. While on a USO Tour to entertain our troops, Senator Franken allegedly groped the woman while she was sleeping (there's a picture) and kissing her without consent.

We are outraged, Arthur. A U.S. Senator is not exempt from acting with common decency and respect.

This is unacceptable. We are demanding Senator Al Franken step down immediately. Will you join us?
He has released a statement that it was "intended to be funny", but nothing about sexual misconduct is funny, Senator. This type of behavior is disgusting and unacceptable from a United States Senator.

We are demanding Al Franken resign -- IMMEDIATELY. Add your name if you agree.
Thank you for taking a stand with us,

Ian Hines

Shame on Cut-And-Run Conservatives: Stand With Judge Roy

Rising accusations of sexual assault, abuse, and child molestation are (thankfully) bringing creepy Hollywood to its knees. We should rejoice, since these stories have been documented and released to the public at great length. But do we automatically stand by our men or our team when someone issues allegations against people whom we have trusted or look up to? Ben Shapiro has warned conservatives about partisan responses to allegations of sexual abuse. I agree.

Judge Roy Moore has been rocked, targeted with serious allegations of sexual abuse, including with minors. Are these accusations true? Will they sink his campaign? Sexual misconduct is wrong, whether the criminal is a Democrat or a Republican, and anyone who commits such terrible acts should be in public office. When former Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert was exposed as a child molester who was bribing his victims with hush money, I joined with Republicans around the country denouncing him.

But we need to investigate accusations, not rush to conclusions.  Leviticus outlines the proper stance on moral contagion. No priest pronounced anyone “unclean” with leprosy after the first allegation, but at least three checks took place before a formal declaration. Take accusations seriously, but investigate them whether they are true or not. No one should arbitrarily appease every charge of sexual abuse. Liberal Democrat Alan Dershowitz was accused of sexual misconduct last year. He denied it flatly, settled a defamation lawsuit in his favor, and the world moved on.

With clear standards on these matters established, let’s also acknowledge that the corrupt media has a deliberate penchant for going after Republicans over even the hint of impropriety. The mainstream media equated Todd Akin and his “legitimate rape” comment with Anthony Weiner’s sexting. Akin is not in jail, while Weiner just reported to prison for sexting a minor. By the way, it had taken three weeks of repeated pressure from Andrew Breitbart before former Congressman Weiner admitted to his social media perversion. Contrast that media slow-walk with a New York Republican was caught sexting. He was immediately chastised by the press and forced to step down.

There is a double-standard in the media when it comes to these allegations. The press will “report first, question later” with Republicans. With Democrats, they question repeatedly and try to stave off any coverage when the Democrat is indeed guilty. The liberal media is a Republican Reputation Shredding machine, searching and destroying conservatives any way possible. Sadly, Republicans are still cutting and running, this time because of a WaPo hit piece.

Despite the liberal media bias, let’s look at these allegations. The first major accuser is Leigh Corfman, who claimed that Moore made sexual advances on her when she was 14. The Washington Post tried to round Moore out as some kind of teenage predator, but three of the four women in the article were of legal age, even if their stories were true. Corfman’s story has begun to fall apart under closer examinationAnother exclusive shows some journalistic malpractice, as reporters urged Corfman to “come forward”. Then we find that these accusers are hard-core Democratic operatives, one of whom offered sign language services for the Hilary Clinton campaign.

Then there’s Beverly Nelson, who ran to Mrs. (Democrat) Gloria Allred, claiming that Moore had assaulted her, too. First, the press conference is total acting. This body-language researcher points out how rehearsed she is. I noticed that Nelson wiped tears from the outer corners of her eyes. The tear ducts are near the inner corners. She’s acting. Nelson claims that Moore used the child-proof locks to keep her in the car when he attempted to assault her. The assault occurred in in 1977, but child-proof locks were not installed in cars until the 1980s! HELLO! As for the yearbook that Moore signed. That’s proof of an illicit relationship, right? Wrong—that signature is a total forgery. Moore has issued vehement denials, threatening to sue the Washington Post for libel.

Once again, if Roy Moore is an abuser, he needs to go. But upon investigation, it’s not adding up. The timing, the purported evidence—and the lack thereof—combined with the distorted credibility (if any) of the Washington Post all suggest that these attacks on Moore are the worst smear job yet in American politics.

I wish that more people in elected office had the courage to stand their ground—just like the priests in Ancient Israel—and investigate before shouting “Unclean! Unclean!”

So, what is going on , then? All of a sudden, Moore is more than the US Senate can handle? Chuck Todd called out the “orchestrated” response from Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, who had said: “I believe the women.” Why? Their statements and evidence are questionable. Rush Limbaugh has called on the Establishment Swamp  for this multifaceted, multi-media hit job. Limbaugh was clear-cut about what’s going on, and I agree with him.

There is more evidence that the liberal media and the squishy GOP leader in the US Senate are running a smear campaign than the narrative that Judge Roy Moore is the Republican version of Gerry Studds. The fact that so many officials are just jumping ship, when the voters of Alabama and Republican Assemblies in the South are standing with Judge Roy should go to show how much the grassroots conservatives are fed up with the Potomac two-stop and want champions fighting for their causes, rather than placating the press and the K Street lobbyists.

Unlike Chris McDaniel in Mississippi’s US Senate race three years ago, Moore has been elected twice to statewide office, then beat an incumbent in the primary, despite millions spent against him. Beholden to no one, he defends this country’s Judeo-Christian heritage. Moore is the very thing that Washington DC fears, Democrat and Republican. I am disgusted with the DC cowards. Shame on the cut-and-run Republicans. President Trump overcame the same massive media smears, but everyone else (include conservative media!) caves rather than confronts the media.  I stand with Judge Roy!

"Open Marriage" (and Sexual Abuser?) Mathis: The Next RINO Domino to Fall

I had heard about this for a little while.

I was informed by two credible sources that Devon Mathis was living in an open marriage.

Now I find out that Mathis tried to sleep with other people who did NOT want to sleep him.

Joseph Turner of American Children First reports:

A gathering at a Sacramento watering hole for drinks by a member of the California legislature and some legislative staff culminated with the official allegedly sexually assaulting a drunk and unconscious staffer. This is according to a highly credible and well-placed source who provided us with written assurances that they would reaffirm these statements with legal authorities, if asked.

A timeline and specific details of the assault along with information about other instances of sexual harassment were provided by this source to American Children First. A second individual unaware of our contact with our primary source provided additional corroboration.
Based on the quality of the sources and the detailed specifics of the accusations, American Children First is submitting a letter to the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office requesting that they open a criminal investigation into the alleged sexual assault perpetrated by Assemblyman Devon Mathis (R-Visalia).

Devon Mathis is the creep.

One of the 8 Cap and Traitors who undermined our rights and property as an official who was sworn to protect us from the ravages of the state.

And now he's been fingered as a sexual abuser, too.

When does this insanity stop?!

If true, the information presented suggests that Assemblyman Mathis is a sexual predator with multiple victims of some form of harassment or assault.

Though we will not share a copy of the letter at this time, nor will we name any of the alleged victims, we will provide the sickening and disturbing details as relayed to us.

For the rest of the details in this harrowing case of abuse, click here.

Here is the summary of what Mathis allegedly did: digitally penetrated a female staffer after a night of drinking and smoking dope.

And apparently this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Reflection

This man was an open traitor to his wife and family.

He was living in an open marriage, and yet even that wasn't enough. He forced himself on other people, too?!

Incredible. He cheated on his party, his base, his family, and the state of California.

Check out his "epic" speech selling out the state of California:

He said that Cap and Trade sucks.

Who knew that he sucks, too, and in more ways than one.

To listen to this guy go one about following his "heart", and that he prayed with his pastor for guidance.

I am just sickened when I listen to this garbage.

He is a cheater! He is a liar!

And he could be facing criminal charges very soon, too.

Believe me, Devon--that's going to suck BIG TIME!

Shame on this man!

Call his office NOW and demand that he resign!
