Pastor Art Pawlowski's Courageous Tour Comes to An End

 

Hello friends!   Pastor Artur Pawlowski is finishing up the final leg of his first American tour and what an amazing time it's been! We've been across the country and have met thousands of Americans who understand the threats the United States is facing. You all have been so incredibly supportive and amazing. You get it and we're proud to stand with you in this fight to save America.   Pastor Artur has been incredibly brave in the face of persecution and adversity. His future once he returns to Canada is uncertain. All we know is that the Canadian authorities are very angry and want to make an example out of him. As you probably already know, he was found guilty of contempt and faces FOUR YEARS IN PRISON! Can you even imagine???   But before he leaves, he will be making a few more stops around the country.   This week we're in California! Artur has been missing preaching on the streets so we're heading to the beaches of sunny California to deliver the messages of hope and to bring the lion's roar to the Golden State! The beach event is very casual but sure to be a great time! (There may even be a bonfire after!)   Below you will find a couple of the upcoming events. If you're in the area, please come out and see him before he heads back to Canada.             As mentioned, once the tour is over, the pastor will return to Canada. We aren't certain what the tyrannical Canadian "want to be" dictators have in store for him, but we know they are planning to make an example of him and his fight.   He will need help to fight them and to support his family. Open Letter to Calgary City Council: Do Not Ban Reparative Therapy

The Calgary, Alberta city council has signaled its intent to ban reparative therapy (not “conversion therapy”) in Canada. This will be a destructive action. In fact, it puts vulnerable children in danger just to support a radical, hateful ideology.  This proposed legislative action contains multiple Charter violations but the most egregious are those targeting religious leaders and the rights of parents.

Homosexual and transgender behavior in children is very often a result of early sexual

trauma such as sexual molestation, rape, exposure to pornography, abuse, or serious

issues with one or both parents. Victimized youth can become further traumatized and even suicidal. Skilled mental health professionals help them heal their severe emotional wounds and work through their issues. For many, it is literally a life-saver.

This proposed ban is also biased because it does not consider the testimonies of those who have suffered great and irreparable harm as a direct result of a lack of proper therapy before attempting to transition from one sex to another. Because of this, a detransitioning tsunami is now rising around the world. The LGBTQ political sex activists' lies are being debunked.

Victims Have Testified in Favor of Reparative Therapy

Recipients of reparative therapy have given very emotional testimony against these bans:

"Reparative therapy saved my life. I was one of those 5-year-old boys who was

sexually abused . . . Very often homosexual feelings arise in puberty because of

one's sexual abuse. . . I didn't know how to deal with those issues." - David P.

"I did not choose to be sexually abused as a child, but I did choose homosexual

behavior … And I spent a lifetime fighting depression, addiction, suicide … This

bill is designed to condemn children like we were to that same experience.

Licensed professional therapists through reparative therapy help sexual abuse

victims like me heal from trauma." - Robin G.

“I am a mother whose son who was seeing a therapist to deal with damaging

childhood experiences that can lead to homosexuality … I vehemently plead with

you to reject this bill and give these children a fighting chance to avoid a lifetime

of psychological pain and serious health issues.” - Diane S.

Misinformation and Lies Used to Push Reparative Therapy Bans:

To push this type of legislation, LGBT activists conduct a lobbying campaign of disinformation and manufactured hysteria. They’ve dishonestly labeled reparative therapy as “conversion therapy.”

Lie: They tell lurid, untrue stories about children being electrocuted or abused by therapists.

Truth: There have been no documented complaints to regulatory agencies of such abuses

by professional therapists in nearly 50 years.

Lie: They claim that “Research” shows that this professional therapy causes depression, anxiety, and self-destructive behavior.

Truth: Such “research” is from radical activist sources and completely untrustworthy. In fact, the exact opposite is true: Good therapy helps heal those problems in children.

Lie: They claim that the American Psychological Association (APA) issued a statement “condemning conversion therapy.”

Truth: Past president of the APA, Dr. Nicholas Cummings, told reporters that the APA was intimidated and harassed by the ‘gay rights’ Movement, and now the APA “does not allow open debate” on this issue. Moreover Dr. Cummings said publicly that he has used this therapy and saw it to be successful.

Lie: Activists will claim that since homosexuality and transgenderism have been removed from Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) for Mental Disorders, that therefore these behaviors are normal, and should not be corrected.

Truth: Those behaviors were removed only because of relentless political bullying from the aggressive LGBT lobby. It had nothing to do with science or mental health or well-being

Reparative Therapy Bans Violate the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms:

(a) freedom of conscience and religion; -- Many faiths discourage homosexual conduct. Their views should be respected, not rejected or marginalized.

(b) freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication; -- Individuals who offer therapy should not be prevented from doing so, and those seeking the therapy should not be prevented, either.

Protections under Sections 2 and 7 of the Charter also state it should be “plain that the right to nurture a child, to care for its development, and to make decisions for it in fundamental matters… are part of the liberty interest of a parent.”  The Supreme Court of Canada has stated that “the common law has long recognized that “parents” are in the best position to take care of their children and make all the decisions necessary to ensure their well-being.”

There is no health topic that a qualified health care provider should not be allowed to talk about! It is absurd to limit patients’ choice and condemn children to a life of disease, dysfunction, and death.  Any legislation which undermines parental rights is evil and immoral. Do not let radical special interests dictate life or death for vulnerable children and hurting adults! Do not ban reparative therapy in Canada!

We urge you to reject this proposed citywide ban on reparative therapy and any other legislative attempt to ban reparative therapy in Canada. Do what is right for parents, children, and the individual liberties of all Canadians as stipulated in our Federal Constitution and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Do not ban reparative therapy in Canada!
