I am not aware of any "right-wing" narrative to cast the Occupy Everywhere phenomenon beyond what most people with common sense have perceived on their own.
Occupy Everywhere does not have a cohesive, coherent strategy. Even the protesters themselves have admitted as much. Despite not having explicitly demanded the end of capitalism, their vague demands for automatic salaries, blanket forgiveness of student loan debt, and greater regulation of financial systems, all run counter to the defining free market principles of capitalism.
The left tends to view every mass movement of protest as a "Something's Coming" moment. A never-ending attachment to "change" brought the current President o power, who went about stratifying the same status quo of secrecy and sycophancy to particular interest groups.
Communism and socialism also operate on this visionary mindset of "Something's Coming", where "one day" all classes will disappear and everyone will be taken care of by equitable contributions by everyone. After this momentous transition, we can all sit back and think deep thoughts for the rest of our days. Such a day has yet to dawn on the human race, and cannot be effected by human force, which necessarily creates a different hierarchy, one of tyranny instead of comity and dignity.
