Contact: rncpress@gop.com RNC Helps Secure Victory to Defend Texas’ Election Integrity Law WASHINGTON D.C. – The Republican National Committee (RNC) released the following statement after the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals rejected an effort to overturn Texas’ protections for voters who need assistance: “Today’s decision from the Fifth Circuit is an important victory for Texas voters and for election integrity,” said RNC Chairman Joe Gruters. “Texas voters should not have to fear coercion or abuse when needing assistance at the ballot box, and thanks to Governor Abbott and Republicans in the state legislature, they don’t have to. The state’s commonsense safeguards are there to protect voters from pressure or coercion, while making sure they get the assistance they need.” Background: In 2021, Gov. Greg Abbott signed SB1 into law, which included commonsense election integrity protections like strengthening voter ID requirements and expanding bipartisan poll observation. SB1 requires that someone who is helping a voter to fill out their ballot (an “assistor”) disclose basic information about themselves, including their name, their relationship to the voter, and whether they are being paid. SB1 also requires assistors to attest that they did not coerce or pressure the voter under penalty of perjury and strengthens Texas’ ban on schemes where strangers take money for seeking out voters to “assist.” In a decision today, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals rejected attempts to throw out these safeguards in the case of La Union del Pueblo Entero v. Abbott. The RNC – alongside the NRSC, NRCC, and the Harris County and Dallas County Republican Parties intervened in this case to defend SB1. Since 2021, the RNC has intervened in multiple lawsuits to help Texas defend SB1 and its election integrity safeguards. This decision follows the RNC’s victory earlier this month in the case of U.S. v. Paxton, where the Fifth Circuit upheld SB1’s ID number requirements for mail-in ballots.

Another day, another tragic story. A mentally ill young man, claiming to be transgender and full of anger and hatred, shot up a Catholic school in Minnesota before taking his own life. As usual, progressives rushed to politicize this heinous crime. Governor Gavin Newsom of California, who desperately wants to be president someday, blamed Republicans for not banning guns. The fact that this shooting occurred in a blue city in a blue state, and was perpetrated by a deranged man with “Kill Donald Trump” written on his gun, doesn’t matter to Newsom’s anti-American agenda. Jacob Frey, the mayor of Minneapolis, who is fighting for his political life against an even more radically leftist challenger, mocked Christians by claiming the prayers of the children who were injured and killed did not stop the shooter. Absolutely disgusting. The truth is, America faces an epidemic—not of guns or prayer—but of young men and women who are taught to hate God, hate nature, and hate their own bodies. I remember when we used to tell children they are loved just the way they are. Today, we have an entire media industry convincing children that they need drugs and surgery to become who they were meant to be. They are taught that the confusion, isolation, uncertainty, and insecurity all children experience in the transition to adulthood are actually signs that they were born in the wrong body, while a greedy industry stands ready to exploit them. Idaho is fortunate that we had a brave young woman named Chloe Cole visit a couple of years ago, sharing her heartbreaking story of being convinced at a young age that she was really a boy. Her therapist recited the lines he had been taught, telling Chloe’s parents that she would undoubtedly commit suicide if they did not enable her delusions. Chloe underwent a double mastectomy at age 15. When Chloe realized the truth—that she really was a woman, exactly as God had made her—it was too late to undo the damage this ideology had done to her body and her mind. Thankfully, Idaho lawmakers heard Chloe’s story and acted. They passed one of the first laws in the nation protecting children from drugs and surgery designed to mutilate their bodies in the name of transgenderism. Yet thousands of children like Chloe across America are still subject to a media environment that encourages irreversible harm. Like the young Minnesota murderer, they are filled with rage, and some have unfortunately taken out that rage on innocent children.  You know what? I’m going to pray for those who were killed and injured, no matter what Jacob Frey or the Democrats say. And I’m going to pray for an end to this evil ideology that devours the bodies and souls of American children.

It’s time Democrats in Fulton County stop wasting taxpayer dollars playing political games, follow the law, and seat the GOP’s nominees as required.” Background: A Georgia court ruled in favor of the Fulton County GOP in its challenge to the Fulton County Board of Commissioners’ rejection of two Republican nominees to the county Board of Elections. The Fulton County GOP argued that state law requires the Board of Commissioners to appoint the party’s nominees. Despite approving the Democrat nominees, the Board refused to seat the Republican selections — prompting the legal challenge. The court agreed with the Fulton County GOP and ordered the Commissioners to appoint the Republican nominees, but the Democrat-run Fulton County Board of Commissioners refused to obey the court order – prompting the court to impose a $10,000 fine per day on the Fulton County Board of Commissioners starting at 12:00pm on Friday, August 29. The fine will be paid to the State of Georgia and will accrue each day the Fulton County Board of Commissioners refuses to appoint the Fulton County GOP’s nominees to the Board of Elections.

Why did Gavin Newsom's parole hearing commissioners DENY the release of the brutal parent murderers, the Menendez Brothers? Big Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom is philosophically soft on crime, thinking that criminals are "victims." So instead of caring for real victims, who've lost their lives, health, property, or all three, he's released hardened criminals into California communities. For Newsom is a true believer in the unbiblical policy of "rehabilitation over incarceration." With his M.O. being "early release" of convicted criminals, Newsom had ordered a review of the Menendez Brothers cases, and 16 of the 21 state parole hearing commissioners are his. So why weren't these convicted murderers released? Because already this year, Newsom probably told Democrat Party legislative leaders he didn't want certain bills to reach him, including these horrible bills that mysteriously died: AB 40 by Democrat Party Assemblywoman Mia Bonta would have expanded the definition of emergency medical services to include "reproductive health services," forced upon both paramedics and ER doctors. AB 67 by Democrat Party Assemblywoman Rebecca Bauer-Kahan would have permitted the State AG to sue anyone for violating the "Reproductive Privacy Act." AB 551, like AB 40, by Democrat Party Assemblywomen Maggy Krell and Cottie Petrie-Norris would have pushed and prioritized abortions(baby-killing) at hospital emergency rooms. AB 1333 by Democrat Party Assemblyman Rick Zbur would have limited justifiable homicide, including limiting self-defense in cases of home invasions AB 1468 by Democrat Party Assemblyman Rick Zbur + 30 other Democrats would have promoted racist "ethnic studies" all the more in all government-run high schools, including those with 9th graders. AB 1500 by Democrat Party Assemblywoman Pilar Schiavo would have supercharged the state's pro-abortion website (by very likely letting Planned Parenthood manage it) in order to kill even more pre-born babies. SB 608 by Democrat Party State Senator Caroline Menjivar would have pushed for making "internal and external condoms available and easily accessible to pupils" in state schools, grades 7-12, and also would have eliminated all age barriers by requiring retail stores to sell condoms to minors. So, given that Newsom likely told his parole commissioners to NOT free the murderous Menendez Brothers, and because a half dozen immoral, anti-family bills have already been stopped internally this year, you have powerful reasons to urge presidential wannabe Gavin Newsom to veto AB 495 (legal kidnapping) and AB 727 (pro-'trans' student ID cards). Please take quick action here, and share this alert with others! I’ve only known Arthur Schaper for a few weeks, I was first introduced to him by twin brother Joshua David Hall who had been corresponding with him through email. He had just started attending Redlands Unified School District Board Meetings on behalf of an organization known as MassResistance.org.

For months Redlands City Residents have been attending school board meetings to discuss policies about The LGBTQ Pride Flag, School Calendar Observances, and a so called “Book Ban” policy which gives The Redlands Unified School District the authority to review and remove school curriculum and library material that has been deemed to be obscene, and full of sexually explicit, or unnecessarily violent material, etc. At every meeting the school board meeting room is packed; most often with members of an LGBTQ Advocacy group called TOGETHER FOR REDLANDS. They have been targeting three board members, Board President Michelle Rendler, Board Clerk Jeanette Wilson, and especially Board Member Candy Olsen; at just about every meeting, they make a scene, and shout at Candy Olsen to resign over social media posts, claims that she has targeted and harassed school athletes who are trans, etc.

It was at a RUSD Board Meeting on August 5^th, 2025 that I first met Arthur Schaper. After corresponding with him through email for a little while, I asked to interview him, he agreed on the condition that it be done through Zoom and only for one hour.

The History of MassResistance.Org

The organization known as MassResistance.Org was founded and is headquartered in Massachusetts as The Parents’ Rights Coalition in 1995. They temporarily rebranded to The Article 8 Alliance, and had their first major legal battle when they tried to stop gay marriage in The State of Massachusetts; Mitt Romney was governor at the time, and they tried to get The Massachusetts Supreme Court to void his ruling of allowing homosexual couples to marry; obviously they were unsuccessful, but they have never stopped fighting, and in 2005 they formally adopted their current name. The organization is run by Brian Camenker, who has directed it since it’s founding; Arthur Schaper, the subject of my interview is The National Field Director. The other two main officers of the organization are Karen Van Wyk who is The National Organizational Director, and Amy Contrada who is in charge of research and writing communications and news essays for them.

MassResistance.Org is proud of their reputation of non-compromise with “the Left” and state on their website that “We engage in issues and events that most other conservative groups are afraid to touch.” They further state that “In contrast, rather than being truthful and confrontational, too many pro-family groups want to be seen as ‘reasonable and ‘not extreme’ They tend to ‘fight’ by writing commentary, re-posting shocking articles, and putting up a polite opposition to the latest left-wing lunacy. So, they don’t accomplish much.” One of the organization’s greatest accomplishments was the publication of The Health Hazards of Homosexuality in 2017, “a 600-page compendium which has been called a tour de force by The President of The American College of Pediatricians. It continues to be a preeminent exposé of this growing public health problem.”

Our Conversation

Most of what we talked about in our interview I have already detailed in the preceding paragraphs, so I won’t go over it again. Arthur Schaper spent a large portion of the Zoom interview doing a screen video share, so he could show my brother and I the various legal proceedings, battles, victories, etc., of his organization. One of the first things he shared was how MassResistance.Org helped parents in The Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District (NLMUSD) get John Glenn Highschool to shut down a Planned Parenthood “Wellbeing” center on their campus “In July 2021, the School Board signed a three-year agreement with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health to have a “Wellbeing” Center at the district’s John Glenn High School, funded by federal grant money. The agreement went until June 2024, at which time it would need to be re-approved by the School Board – or the center would close.”

Local concerned parents began opposing the “Wellbeing” center in earnest of May 2023, that is when they reached out to MassResistance.org, and Arthur Schaper began helping them mount a resistance. The parents were concerned because this “Wellbeing” center was providing teens to birth control, referred to abortion and transgender sex-change clinics, and provided mental health services by people who were not properly credentialed or even vetted; sometimes the people providing these services were fellow students, who were recruited and paid to counsel their fellow school members. John Glenn Highschool Administration and Staff did not even try to get parental consent for any of this.

Feminist and LGBTQ activists from the area began a campaign of intimidation against concerned parents and other residents; Arthur Schaper was himself branded a “white supremacist” in a local newspaper. The NLMUSD tried to assuage parents fears by telling them the “Wellbeing” Center was just a place where “troubled teens” could get needed services. When that didn’t work, they tried to stop all opposition to the center by declaring only current business could be discussed at NLMUSD Board Meetings; and that no signs would be allowed in. Arthur Schaper put an end to that by citing state law to the contrary, he, and local concerned parents refused to submit and they forced the school board to back down.

In Mid-June of 2024 the Principal of John Glenn Highschool announced the school would not be renewing the contract for Planned Parenthood’s “Wellbeing” center; and that it would shut down. Local concerned parents and other residents had won.

Arthur Schaper told me that when he first joined MassResistance.Org in 2014, he was a freelance writer for two news sites from New England; Go Local Worcester and Go Local Prov. When he first joined MassResistance.org he was helping them get orphaned and abused children out of the Massachusetts Foster Care system; he also helped fight an organization called GLSEN which stands for Gay and Lesbian Student Education Network.

He then mentioned Jack Phillips, a Colorado cake maker who first gained national notoriety in 2012 when his business Masterpiece Cakeshop was sued by a same sex couple because Jack Phillips who is a Christian refused to make a wedding cake for them. He took his case all the way to The U.S. Supreme Court, and won. Jack Phillips was also sued by Transgender Activist Lawyer Autumn Scardina, who wanted him to make a cake celebrating their “gender transition.” Scardina also requested a cake depicting Satan smoking a joint of marijuana. Another famous person mentioned by Arthur Schaper was the former CEO of Mozilla Firefox who was forced to resign after he donated to California’s Prop 8 Campaign.

My brother Joshua then asked him what he thinks about people who say they found out they were homosexual or trans when they were in puberty; or even before they entered puberty? He said we were the first interviewers he could remember who asked him that; and that most people try to avoid the issue altogether. Arthur Schaper believes that there is no biological and genetic basis for homosexuality or transgenderism and mentioned a 2019 study. He explicitly stated that just about everyone who is homosexual or transgenderism has experienced some kind of sexual abuse or neglect, and never really learned how to behave as either a man or a woman. He referenced somebody named Janet Boynes a former lesbian who was raised by a single mother, and had bad relationships with men. He also mentioned Ryan Sorba, who, while working undercover for Project Veritas, went into a gay bar in San Diego, and interviewed every homosexual patron that he could, they all stated they had been sexually abused. (As a point of fact, I actually met Ryan Sorba at an AWAKEN REDLANDS political event where Candy Olsen was campaigning for The RUSD Board; and he showed me that video Arthur mentioned.)

Arthur and I then talked about how plenty of homosexual and transgendered people are walking away from their lifestyles and choosing to go back to a natural state of heterosexual relationships; even marrying and having children. One notable person we discussed who was gay but decided to denounce his homosexual lifestyle is Milo Yiannopoulos who was sexually abused as a child by a catholic priest. Arthur Schaper mentioned how homosexual and transgendered people have contacted him and others at MassResistance.org to say they don’t support what The LGBTQMUNITY is doing. He said one man contacted him after he helped shut down Drag Queen Story Hour at The Montrose Library in Houston Texas; and wanted help getting out of the lifestyle.

We then discussed how we can oppose Gay Marriage, public displays of transgenderism where somebody is just going around dressed as the opposite sex; but not making a public nuisance of themselves. We talked about groups like Gays Against Groomers, Arthur Schaper doesn’t believe we should ally ourselves with them even though they state they are against kids being groomed and propagandized into homosexuality and transgenderism. He believes that even though we can’t enforce laws against private homosexual activity, people living as the opposite sex, that we should still have laws against it on the books, for if nothing else, symbolic opposition against it. My brother asked what’s the point of having these laws if we wont or even can’t enforce them? Arthur stated that Texas used Anti-Sodomy Laws to stop a network of sexual child predators.

Arthur then did another screen video share where he showed a story about a bed and breakfast in Hawaii that got into trouble for refusing a gay couple a room. He also talked about his belief that you don’t have to be religious to oppose homosexuality, gay marriage, transgenderism, and that plenty of people oppose it simply because of their critical reasoning skills which are rooted in biology, psychology, sociology, etc. He then talked about how his organization has earlier this year gotten 6 state legislatures to introduce bills which if pass could help overturn The Supreme Court Obergefell Decision. The Supreme Court passed this ruling in 2015 in a 5-4 Split, and 10 years later, with new conservative justices giving The Supreme Court a 6-3 Majority, The Supreme Court has indicated it may be willing to revisit and change their previous rulings.

We discussed the possibility that LGBTQ activists who have turned against the broader community regarding public pride parades, etc. are only doing it as way to safeguard the rights they already have; and how LGBTQ activists who are aggressively pushing pride, etc. are actively violating the rights of everyone around them; and we talked about MassResistance.org work across The United States, and in other countries; and how the aggressive campaigning for LGBTQ rights is deeply connected to the globalist goal of depopulating the world.

We talked about popular YouTube and DailyWire Commentator Matt Walsh who did a documentary called “What is a woman?” Matt Walsh once mentioned how when he went to Kenya, he asked a whole bunch of people that question, and they couldn’t understand why he was asking them that. We also talked about other countries doing their best to keep The LGBTQ out of their culture, President Putin of Russia for instance is a well-known opponent of The LGBTQ Movement; and that has made him popular with many on the right, Arthur Schaper though is not a fan of Putin and mentioned that he is an authoritarian dictator who imprisons and kills his political opponents. He is no worse than President Zelenskyy of The Ukraine who is doing everything America accuses Putin of doing; but we choose to ignore that.

We talked about how an Anti-LGBTQ Activist Bill Whatcott was arrested for hate speech against The LGBTQMUNITY because he was spreading educational material informing people of the diseases and injuries that can happen from repeated homosexual sex. We talked about how Jeff Younger had his son taken away from him by his ex-wife who denied him visitation rights. His ex-wife wanted to transition his son “into a girl” and Jeff Younger has been opposing that.

We only talked for about 51 minutes, and the scope of our interview was varied and very comprehensive. I hope to do another interview with Arthur Schaper in the future, I want to know more about what he is doing with Mass.Resistance.org
