Whatever it takes, the Supremes better strike down the egregious and offensive ObamaCare medical mandate.
The officious legislation, passed only strictly partisan lines, against the wishes of the vast majority of Americans, is so contrary to the spirit and letter of the Constitution, that one wonders why any Federal Judge would be inclined to give it more than scant derision.
The commerce clause of the Constitution has been stretched beyond its limit, permitting gross interpretations which swallow up the rights of the several states. Since when have we permitted the federal government to order states and their citizens to purchase anything? This is neither a necessary nor proper position or policy coming out of the Beltway!
Stop the encroachment of the state into our daily lives, medical or otherwise.
To the Supreme Court of the United States, strike down ObamaCare!
