America First Delegation In Action WE THE PEOPLE RISING INSIDE OF THE SANTA ANA MEXICAN CONSULATE Forced To Stop Filming! 11/29/17 Santa Ana, CA Report by Robin Hvidston
VIDEO - INSIDE OF THE SANTA ANA MEXICAN CONSULATE! After members of We The People Rising were denied entrance into Congressman Lou Correa's district office in Santa Ana to present info on the painting of the Statue of Liberty in a hijab, Mike McGetrick suggested the group head over to the nearby Santa Ana Mexican Consulate as Congressman Lou Correa "partners" with the Mexican Consulate. After initially filming inside of the consulate, a staff member demanded that the camera be turned off.

MEETING WITH MEXICAN CONSUL
WE THE PEOPLE RISING MEMBERS MET WITH SANTA ANA MEXICAN CONSUL OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS ARTURO SANCHEZ.
Shocker: during the course of the meeting, the Consul of Public Affairs Arturo Sanchez said to Mike McGetrick that he would "kick his ass." Read the report below.
Above, file photo of Santa Ana Mexican Consul of Public Affairs Arturo Sanchez. The photo was taken during a Free Andrew Tahmooresi rally in front of the consulate when Consul Arturo Sanchez met with Andrew Tahmooresi's supporters.
NOTE: The Santa Ana Mexican Consulate is 2 miles from Congressman Lou Correa's office.
Mike McGetrick has repeatedly asked the staff of Congressman Lou Correa and the congressman himself why he invites representatives from the Mexican Consulate to be featured speakers at his pro illegal immigration town hall.
Congressman Lou Correa and his staff never answer Mike's question.
We The People Rising members were locked out of the district office when they attempted to hand deliver information on the painting of the Statue of Liberty in a hijab to Congressman Lou Correa. So Mike encouraged the group to visit the nearby Santa Ana Mexican Consulate.
Upon entering, Robin Hvidston was filming inside of the consulate but was forced to turn off the camera after a several minutes of recording. So there is no video of the meeting with Santa Ana Mexican Consul of Public Affairs Arturo Sanchez.
Consul Arthuro Sanchez met with the group in an office that seemed to be some sort of storage room. Vaughn Becht, Raul Rodriguez, Mike McGetrick, Deann D'Lean and Robin Hvidston were present at the meeting.
Mike McGetrick asked him if the Mexican Consulate staff members meet with Congressman Lou Correa and he answered, "Yes, as we meet with many elected officials." Mike asked for specifics about the meetings and as to why the Mexican Consulate is always represented at Congressman Lou Correa's town halls. He replied because they are invited.
Mike asked the consul if the reports his activities to the Department of Justice, and he replied that he does and also reports his activities to the U.S. State Department.
When he was asked why the consulate encourages illegal immigration, he claimed that the Mexican Consulate encourages the following the of U.S. laws. He claimed they serve Mexican nationals by providing appropriate documents.
Mike talked about how he is fed up with illegals changing neighborhoods in Orange County. And he told the consul multiple times that the consulate should not be catering to and helping illegals. The consul claimed that when Mexican nationals enter the consulate, they do not check their legal status. Mike said he did not believe that was a truthful statement and that the consulate is facilitating illegal immigration.
The debate became somewhat more heated as Vaughn Becht and Raul Rodriguez also were questioning the consul.
The conversation became very animated when Mike said to consul, "Can I have you kicked out of my country?"
The Consul replied, "No, but I'll kick your ass!"
WHAT? The group was stunned by this outburst and a threat leveled by a diplomat to a U.S. citizen. And the group made issue of the threat. But the consul remained steadfast and did not walk back the statement. The conversation continued for several more minutes as the members of We The People Rising expressed strong opposition to the Mexican Consulate meddling in U.S. politics and supporting illegal immigration.
The consul escorted the group out of the office and they left without further incident.
NOTE: The consul claimed that they do not encourage illegal immigration. Yet read one of the many articles about how the Santa Ana Mexican Consulate plans to help illegals fight deportation by providing legal services. http://www.ocregister.com/2017/03/06/mexican-consulate-in-santa-ana-launches-center-for-legal-defense/
FOLLOW UP ACTION A report about the meeting at the Santa Ana Mexican Consulate will be forwarded to the U.S. State Department and a copy will be sent to the U.S. Department of Justice and President Trump.
