Report: Newport-Mesa Unified School District Protects Illegal Aliens

A resident in Costa Mesa, who asks not to be named, informed me that schools have been handing out DACA flyers informing parents about upcoming enrollment.

DACA Flyers!

Specifically, they are telling parents in the Newport-Mesa Unified School District that they will not ask about the legal status of upcoming enrollees as well as the parents. The biggest reason why? The district has declining enrollment, and they need the students for the attendance money awarded by the state.

Pretty cynical, and completely illegal.

Here are some further remarks about this:

I personally didn't receive one. But my mom teaches in the district and they were told since registration was down for the fall. The district emailed telling families to enroll their students and that they won't disclose personal info. The lady passed out papers a couple of weeks ago. She was back yesterday. I saw her leaving the school office before school was dismissed. I will try to get a hold of the letter. Costa Mesa was/is sanctuary city. I know the city is trying to "push" out illegals.

When she wrote to me about pushing out" illegals, I asked her to explain. The district wants to bring in illegal aliens to the schools, after all.

Encouraging city improvements to drive up housing costs. City buying housing properties.

The goal is to drive out low-income renters, but why not simply enforce the immigration laws on the books? Why do hard-working, law-abiding California citizens have to face a housing crunch, too?

Is Costa Mesa a sanctuary city, though?

What I do know. The WIC office in Costa Mesa. Must have illegals. They lady who was helping me didn't know much English and couldn't write. Government hiring illegals BS.

Starting to enforce housing codes no Multiple families in one Apt.

There is a crackdown in the city of Costa Mesa. I am also aware that former Assembly Allan Mansour tried to pass a city resolution condemning SB 54 (it failed).

Regarding sanctuary status in Costa Mesa, my source responded:

I looked it up Costa Mesa was never Listed. But as a resident the city was in "favor". And many people referred to Costa Mesa as sanctuary. Since Trump took office less and less people are seen around the city. Definite change.

Some good news.

I am disgusted at what is happening government schools all over the state. They choose to take in illegal aliens, all of whom displace the citizens and their children. That is wrong. We taxpayers do not want to give free services to illegals.

Joseph Turner: "You can't put Americans first
if you treat American children second."

I am glad for people like Joseph Turner of American Children First. He is going after the offensive Supreme Court decision Plyer v. Doe, which mandates public schools to provide an education to students, regardless of their legal status. That is offensive.

At least the city is cracking down on apartment abuses, the same overcrowding which overwhelmed Huntington Park and turned into a third-world ghetto.
