Assemblymembers throughout the state of Californians have been hammered with phone calls, demanding that they vote NO on SB 1146 and pull the bill.

State Senator Ricardo Lara (D-Bell Gardens), the sponsor for the horrific “Kill Christian Colleges” bill SB 1146, is running scared.

Reports from inside the Sacramento statehouse and around the state confirmed that Lara was facing pressure from all sides.
Governor Brown threatened to veto the bill.
His fellow Democrats did not want to vote for this legislation, either.
So, Lara has given up on the strict limitations on the Title IX exemptions.

BUT …
This bill is still placing undue burdens on Christian colleges. They will have to publicize that they claim the exemptions.
AND …
The arrogant and aggressive homosexual lobby have promised to come back and try to pass this legislation!
“The goal for me has always been to shed the light on the appalling and unacceptable discrimination against LGBT students at these private religious institutions throughout California,” Lara said.
The senator said he will pursue other legislation next year, possibly including the provision dropped Wednesday.
Under state Senator Ricardo Lara’s amended bill, schools must “disclose if they have an exemption and report to the state when students are expelled for violating morality codes.”
We can’t let that happen.

Contact these legislators, and let them know that they will lose their jobs in November if they vote for SB 1146, whether it has been amended or not!
