Travis Allen Surges in New USC\LATimes Poll
In a new USC Dornsife / Los Angeles Times poll, Travis Allen surged to 15%, a 6 point increase from an earlier Berkeley ISG Poll. Travis Allen is now the clear Republican frontrunner in the Governor race.
Travis Allen’s only Republican opponent, John Cox, dropped to fifth place behind State Treasurer John Chiang.
Furthermore, in a head to battle between Travis Allen and John Cox, Republicans favored Travis Allen by 10 points, 43% to 33%.
Travis Allen also surged among independent voters statewide with 13%, beating Cox by 5 points.
“This shows our strong support throughout the state and the growing momentum of the movement we started to take back California,” said Travis Allen. “Californians are ready for a change. We are tired of being put on the back burner by the political elites who are entirely out of touch with our day to day lives,” finished Travis Allen.
