George "El Conservador" Rodriguez Launches Sanctuary City Lawsuit

                   

George Rodriguez of the Civil Liberties Defense Foundation has filed a law suit against his home city of San Antonio, Texas.

Despite the passage of SB 4, the sanctuary city ban signed into law by Governor Greg Abbot, jurisdiction within the state of Texas are still not cooperating with state and federal law.

These outlaw jurisdictions would rather protect illegal aliens, especially criminal illegals, than ensure the domestic tranquility of all law-abiding citizens.

This disrespect for the rule of law is unimaginable, and especially in Texas! These measures show that even in red states, the pressure to comply with federal law has never been stronger, and the politics of race and division are still active and acute among open border zealots and regressive Democrats.

These are problems which cannot change without a fight. Things will not fall into place as they should just because a state is a red state or has a conservative governor at the helm.
