Dear Arthur, In the past, I have been deeply honored and simply blessed by the many supporters of my campaigns. Slowly, but surely, we in the California Republican Party are making incremental change in this great state, and raising awareness about the issues facing everyday, hardworking Californians and their families. It is for these reasons that I’m emailing you today – I wanted you to be one of the first to know what the next step in this movement will be. Today, I’m proud to announce my candidacy for Insurance Commissioner of the State of California, representing all residents of this beautiful place I’m fortunate to call home. The insurance industry in California and across the nation is simply failing, and the Democrats own it – they broke it. They are responsible for skyrocketing costs, increased incidence of accidents, and constant fears of uninsured or under-insured drivers on our roads. I intend to take my 25+ years of experience representing consumers to Sacramento to start alleviating these stresses and fears. I’ve been at the side of families in their worst moments, and I know firsthand the power of feeling safe, and secure, and protected by your insurance company. We need to restore the trust between those who protect and those who need protection. I am the only Republican in the race for Insurance Commissioner, and I bring the fiscal conservatism to the table needed to start cleaning up this mess.
