Resolution Proposal: Censure for Lawless RPLAC Central Committee

WHEREAS

The California Republican Party depends on active grassroots organization founded on the efforts of individual Republican voters,

And

WHEREAS

Central Committees within California’s 58 Counties are established to ensure the most active and engaging means of organizing grassroots efforts to raise money, register voters, and win elections,

And

WHEREAS

Volunteer clubs within counties receive charters from Central Committees to facilitate efforts with other Republicans and complete all necessary and effective goals to win elections and advance Republican values,

And

WHEREAS

The Los Angeles County Republican Party Central Committee disregarded its own by-laws to threaten the removal of the President of the Beach Cities Republicans,

And

WHEREAS 

The Republican Central Committee Executive Board unjustly revoked the charter for the large and engaged Beach Cities Republicans,

RESOLVED

The Republican Party of Los Angeles County Central Committee is hereby censured for abusive and unprofessional practices against the grassroots conservative Republicans of Los Angeles County, particularly the Beach Cities Republicans.
