He calls them "undocumented immigrants" of course.
He wanted illegal aliens to count just like legal residents for the sake of apportionment for Congressional districts and electoral votes.
He was also under heavy scrutiny, whether he actually lived in his Mount Washington home above Downtown Los Angeles.
Since the California Democratic Party engineered another complete takeover of the state legislature in 2016, they are itching for a fight with Red State/Red Country President Donald Trump.
Kevin De Leon is now brazen enough to announce to the world that members of his family are illegal, and they use fraudulent documents.

Is it any surprise, then, that De Leon wants to turn the entire state of California into a sanctuary state for illegal aliens. Clear pockets of California have turned into Third World dumps because of the culture of corruption and criminality imported by illegal aliens.
California faces unprecedented illegal anarchy. This once Golden State has faced an unheeded diminution over the last twenty years.
What will be left of this state if Democrats continue their reign of terror and error?
There are two very simple solutions to this perversity:
- Arrest De Leon
- Deport his illegal alien family

It's very hard to understand as a California resident, of Los Angeles, CA, that we have someone as high up as Kevin De Leon who is trying the pass a Senate Bill (S.B. 54) that he wrote that would allow more of his relatives (as well as Mexican illegals) to enter the country illegally from Mexico and head straight for California! He wants California to become a 'Sanctuary State'! He needs to be charged with harboring ILLEGALS and helping them to commit Identity Theft! And his family members need to be investigated and charged with Identity Theft and Fraud! And they should be deported, never to be allowed back into the U.S. once they're deported! This Senator from California does NOT have Californians best interests at heart! He's the scum of the earth! He needs to arrested! And fired by the State of California!
