I just got done working out, I had scrambled <br />eggs with cheese & turkey, jelly-&-margarine toast, and a glass of chocolate almond <br />milk for breakfast, a pretty decent breakfast.. If you eat high calorie foods, <br />it is easy to go way over your daily caloric needs.<br />You don't have to starve yourself, just eat sensible meals.<br />That is somewhere around 600 calories for breakfast, depending <br />how much of each you ate... I consider that a pretty good size breakfast for someone <br />your size... Are you weighing your food to make sure the calories are right, or are you just guessing?<br />If you had avoided the cheese and jelly, and use something like <br />Brummel and Brown margarine sparingly, you could have cut your calories by 200.<br />And if you drank 1/2 glass of chocolate milk,<br />decreased it another 50 calories...
